FedEx was supposed to deliver yesterday. They are "a little behind." Today the tracking showed my package was in Prescott and out for delivery at 7am. It's 4:30 and it still hasn't arrived. I had to leave town without something I needed. You'd think if they were a full day late you'd be the first stop in the morning rather than the last. Their tracking app stinks as well. WHEN YOU ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING OVERNIGHT - OR EVEN A DAY LATE - DONT CALL FEDEX. Poorly managed and unreliable. read more

This FedEx location has never given me any problems. Go inside, pick up my package, end of story. BUT, the only reason I go there to get my packages is because there is always a reason they can't get it to me on the day its supposed to be delivered. Every. Single. Time. I'd feel comfortable betting my guitar that the next time I'm supposed to get something delivered by them they would screw it up somehow. UPS gets it right about half the time. Amazon and USPS never have problems getting me my packages. FedEx is the worst, bar none. read more

I regularly use this store for my shipping needs. They are always pleasant professional and courteous. I recommend them for everyone. The office is always picked up organized and professionally looking. It can get busy so pick the mid week early moor in or after lunch times to visit to help avoid rushes. I arrived and attempted to use the self service area to at least fill out address information, and then press the button "transfer to counter". I remarked as much to a gentleman in a FedEx uniform, who simply nodded at me as he headed out the door, announcing he would be back in 29. (With one person being helped at the counter and two more besides myself in line.) I'm guessing he was going on his break and was not going to be delayed. The ONE employee who was left was courteous enough, but had no idea what "transfer to counter" was or how to use it. So we had to go through the effort and the time to input all of that address information for my package. Again, she remarks more than once " that's why we have help wanted," and I said more training would be good too. read more

I received an envelope that was apparently run over before delivery, was torn open, and the contents gone. According to FedEx, the delivery was made because there was a picture of the envelope at the door. The picture was very blurry, so you cannot even tell it was a FedEx envelope, let alone damaged. Since someone was home at the time of delivery, and the doorbell was not used, I can only assume that the driver was responsible. FedEx makes it impossible to make a claim. read more

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received. I called to ask a question about a package I had shipped out and the guy who answered my call was extremely rude and kept talking over me. He right away said "I can't help you with that" and proceeded to hang up on me. Go to another location if you need help. read more

This store writes it's own rules, requiring us to drive way out of our way to a ship center, for non-hazardous packages that we are permitted to ship. Even the local FedEx Ship Center says that they should accept our packages and similar services in other towns will without complaint. read more

Similar to another negative review for this store...we were returning a shipment from an online store, we already had the return shipment label, and using the same boxes that were shipped to us. We were instructed to go to FedEx to drop off the return. They refused the box and forced us to buy a new one for $9 because the box had a tiny hole in it...insane being they were obviously responsible for damaging the boxes to begin with, since it was shipped to me via FedEx. I think the employees in this store need to review actual company policies!! read more

There were quite a few people in line and just one woman working. The men in front of me asked her if she would recommend working there and she was saying yes but it is a ton of work and she's all on her own in the front so it can get hectic. Great service and knowledgeable employees at this location! I came in during the afternoon and although there was a bit of a line, the crew members were incredibly efficient and got everyone taken care of in a reasonable time. I had a couple of questions about what I was shipping and the gentleman helping me was wonderful about answering everything. So, I'm in Prescott with the family and have to mail something out Boston by Tuesday. The problem - it's Saturday afternoon and the Post Office is now closed. Oh yeah, and I still need to make copies of things and print something from the internet. What's a guy to do? After ruling out the Post Office we tried a UPS store. Closed! Thankfully my sister knew of this Fed Ex Office location. They were still open and had everything I needed to copy, print, go on line and ship to my destination on time. YAY!!! Back in January we had a delivery from Fed Ex. The driver managed to hit a large sandstone flower container and light standard on the way out and completely destroy it. Mind you our driveway can easily accommodate an Abrams tank. You could see the tracks of the truck drift off the driveway, hit the container and veer back onto the driveway. He didn't stop. We have photos, passed them on to a "representative". 3 times they said they would investigate. 3 times we were given "case numbers". 3 times we didn't hear from them again. Chicken sh** is the first thing that comes to mind. What kind of so called Billion $ corporation stiffs an old couple living on a fixed income? Apparently Fed Ex. I needed some cardstock cut into quarters. I tried at another company and they mangled it. I had to buy new cardstock and brought it here. First, they cut the paper perfectly for half the price. They also evened up my mangled paper for no extra charge. They will forever have my business. read more

This place was busy today and the only 2 employees they had worked their butts off and stayed friendly to everyone, while multi tasking to everyone's needs. I made signs and had to print and laminate them and they came out beautiful. My only complaint was I tried to print myself at first, but I didn't see an option to print in Color so I wasted $5 printing in black and white. Thankfully the guy working let me email the document and reprinted them for me in color and didn't charge me. read more

Absolute rip off! Fed-ex delivered items to my house in damaged boxes-everything broken. A total of 5 boxes. Made me buy new boxes to ship back because they don't accept "damaged boxes". Cost me $80+ to send back their damage. UPS on the other hand it amazing!!! Never had a problem there! read more

Worst FedEx center wish I could give zero stars. As a FedEx business customer and a Veteran who has had an account for several years and have shipped via FedEx from several global locations I have never been refused service for any reason. The manager Kim Barron refused to accept my package after she not only physically inspected my items but my box as well and said due to a 1/8" hole she wouldn't accept my shipment. She also stated that it was FedEx corporate policy to refuse a box that is not in pristine condition. I called FedEx to inquire about the policy and the corporate representative stated there is no such policy. I have never been treated with such disrespect and subjected to refusal of my business based off a fabricated lie. Kim Barron should not be in a managerial position for a car wash. Update: Shipped the same box at the UPS center around the corner with no issue. Thanks UPS. read more

I went to this Prescott FedEx/Kinko's twice. The first time, no one could help me unless I wanted to pay $16 for each of four printed pieces (this was definitely not within my budget). I have to create awards every year from someone else's artwork. The challenge is getting the artwork to fit into a standard frame after I add the award text to the image, without distorting the art. I'm no good at Publisher but this is all I have to work with. In desperation and nearing me deadline, I went back to this location a second time hoping for a miracle and was helped by the new assistant manager, Ron. He was so gracious and extremely helpful. It took him less than 5 minutes to get the whole thing right, then I changed the name on it 4 times and he printed each one on card stock for me. Total tab $14 for the whole deal. What a huge relief it was to get that job finished and to have it done so well and with so little effort on my part, not to mention a reasonable charge. I only hope he's still there when I have to return with the awards for 2015! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, which he earned, is that I had to go back a second time to get someone who could help me. read more
