No greeting, Workers were talking with other customer... the guy stared at me and didn't say anything. very unwelcoming

Both my boyfriend and I needed new phones and Caleb was our guy! From start to finish Caleb was knowledgable, courteous, and great with other customers as he would greet every person walking through the door with, " Welcome in".Caleb would help other customers if it was during our downtime of waiting for things like "port overs" and many customers took notice. He explained and reexplained anything we needed at anytime. Caleb was never pushy, made sure all current deals ( military carried over) were on the account. HE DEF SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED ...... AND BE IN LINE FOR PROMOTION ( Great future management)!!!! Good workers and great customer service is hard to find!! Thanks Caleb! read more

My mother broke her iPhone and damaged screen. Salesman was so patient, helped us through it and got her a new phone. He made sure we didn't lose photos and contacts. My parents can never remember passwords. The salesman was so calm and kind through it all. EXCELLENT experience. read more

Avoid the sales representative Enrique. We walked in to find out about Verizon internet for our home, only to find out my cell phone bill would be raised an additional $8.32. Even though we were told the two were separate. Enrique told us we had too many discounts on our plan?? That was his reasoning for the $8.32 increase. We ended up leaving without the Verizon router and our phone bill increased $8.32. Never again. Corporate has been notified. read more

Was misled into believing that a postpaid account was more secure than a prepaid, ( which its not) after numerous calls and speaking to numerous people ,not to mention being on hold for hours on end, finally spoke to the right person that was was knowable enough to switch me back to my last plan, Thank you Merlin!! But still at a higher rate, and I'm out over $500 and was told I can't get it back even tho I was lied to. This place was the start the nightmare, dishonest and very unwilling to help me. read more

I went in yesterday evening because I had some questions about the operation of my iphone 13 that I could not figure out. Even though they were busy one young man, his name is Will, came over apologized for the delay and said he would assist me as soon as he took care of the people ahead of us. As it got later he kept coming over and checking with us to make sure he had not forgotten us. Finally when it was our turn, I explained my confusion with the phone and he very patiently went over every thing about the phone and never once acted impatient or irritated by my lack of understanding. As he was helping us he told us about different devices the store offered and any specials they had going on. After we were done with my phone I told him I wanted to buy a Samsung 4 watch from him. He apologized but explained he now off the clock because his shift ended 20 min earlier. I apologized, he never said anything or made any attempt to rush us. He offered to have the other young man write up our order but I refused. I made up my mind that after the time he spent with us I was only going to buy from him and would come back on his next work day. Not only will the item not perform for longer than a week, Verizon will NOT help you but the best part is to use ZAGGs free lifetime replacement, you have to PAY a minimum of $9. 99 to have it shipped to you. You are better off buying from AMAZON, where you WILL receive much better customer service! AND the screen protectors WILL NOT cost you $49.99 plus tax. I purchased 2 screen protectors, one for phone, one for tablet and both did not last one week. But I paid $90 for the two. On AMAZON I can get and did, better quality, no lifting, better customer service for $10.99. Don't waste your time or money!!! read more
