My car experienced pretty immediate engine failure. I went back and forth with the dealership. I received initial responses such as "your warranty will cover it" etc. Unfortunately, I was without a car for months with no end in sight. The dealership couldn't get the parts. At that time, Enterprise stepped back in and took the car back. So for that, I maintain my 5 stars because they recognized the issue and made it right.

The fleet manager never did say anything to me other than hanging up on me. I have never had this problem before and I have bought many of new cars.

To give some context, I had an issue with a recent purchase, called in to their main line and tried to get some help... It didn't go well. 2 weeks owning a vehicle, issue came up, was a month out to get it looked at. One call to Rich, got it taken care of in a couple days. Couldn't be more pleased with the situation. The salesman Lee was an amazing person to deal with. No pressure and very helpful. We ended up buying the car and when we got it home that night found a mechanical problem with the car. I called them the next day and they told me to bring the car into them and they would fix it. They did everything they said they would do and put a new set of tires on for it for the inconveniences. The owner Brad, finance manager Nester, and the great Salesman Lee Jennie went above and beyond to make sure the car was right. I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for a used car. Good cars and more importantly amazing people to make a deal with.

At some point all vehicles will require some maintenance, and it's disingenuous to think the owner knows a water pump or oxygen sensor might go out after you've driven it back and forth to South Lake Tahoe 5 times I dealt with Brad, the owner, today and found him to be down to earth, forthright and honest. We didn't do a deal today, but based on my experience, he's the only "used car salesman" I'd consider dealing with in Reno.
