He went through the process of evaluating the car and telling me what he had discovered. Joseph and his manager (also a man of integrity) offered us what we asked for (and a little more). Purchased a brand new 2026 Enclave from Corey Wood on 1/19/2026. The car was a loaner and had about…read more400 miles on it when we picked it up. We had driven from Oregon to deliver our trade and pick up our new car. We got all the way to Susanville before the car went into limp mode and said service now. WE tried to reset the code by shutting the engine off and letting it sit but the engine light continued to come on. On star did a advance diagnostic and showed us a P960 code which is a transmission problem and not to drive or risk more failures later in the cars life. So we had it towed to the nearest dealer which was also Corwin. THey initially were helpful and talked to their service department when they returned Corey Wood and Bradley Garlich told us we could fly home and the car would be repaired and reunited with us on GMs dollar including travel costs. We had appointments at home and they told us that GM would pay for everything and we said you are sure they said yes and then once again before we made the final decision to go home we said again you are sure because if they wont pay we will look at alternatives and both Corey and Bradley said they were sure and all we had to do is apply for it with GM which we did, and Corey even suggested we get a rental car while ours was laid up. We gave the Service department the code that On Star gave us and what the things to check were. All they did was drive the car upto 95 miles an hour and said they couldn't get the code to repeat. They did nothing on the list provided by On Star and GM recommendations and told us On star codes are not right they dont match up with real life. When Corey stopped answering text and emails for updates I went to the General Manager Leo Carreno. We have waited 4 months now and now the entire dealership has gone dark and GM has denied our claims (no problem found even though we supplied the data from ON STAR). If they cared about their customers they would go to bat for them but since we are from out of state they just take the attitude to ignore. So I would say Corwin has no service after the sale EVEN for Brand New Cars. The service team does not listen to what they are told or are to lazy to check the items that GM service says to check. Buick also doesn't care about their customers. In my life I have bought 4 Buicks and either have bought or caused to be bought over 50 GM vehicles. I just figure if I can get 1 person to not buy from Corwin or a GM product I have recouped some of my travel expense and of course I am hoping for many to not purchase Good Luck with Corwin buick, Leo Carreno, Corey Wood and Bradley Garlick

Upon arriving, he greeted us with a big smile and was extremely helpful. Ray asked what we were looking for and immediately presented us with 2-3 options. Ray was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles available and took care to explain what was included while not pressuring us. He was very kind and friendly, which went a long way in helping in turning what is normally a stressful experience to a positive one. I highly recommend working with Ray when looking for your next vehicle, he won't disappoint!!

I recently went in for service at Bill Pearce Honda and was offered replacement tires under their…read more"tires for life" program. As much as I appreciate the new tires, it is unfortunate that they installed generic all season tires instead of the tire that came with the vehicle when I purchased it new. I spoke with the so called customer service person and he said I needed to mention my preference ahead of time and pay the difference for the prefer tires. That would have been fine had I known they were going to install generic tires ahead of time. I was never informed this would happen nor was I given an opportunity to opt for original equipment. I assumed it would have been original equipment (OEM). Of course they would not offer to replace them now since they are used tires. That would have been the correct thing to do in the pursuit of customer service. He said that I need to wait another 30K miles for the next tires exchange to get it resolved. It cost me $150 for the mounting and balancing and that is not exactly free tires either. Now I will need to visit my local tire company to purchase better tires to remedy the problem customer service only applied mouth service to. The customer service person simply stated he was there to help me. Some help. Just another corporate guy. This is not an experience I care to repeats. Vehicle service is not supposed to be stressful, it's easy to keep customers but hard to attract them. As much as I like the Honda product, it's now time to switch brands maybe back to Mazda. At least I got good customer service there.
