I've only used these cleaners twice to have some runners cleaned. With 3 dogs, there tends to be unfortunate accidents. Dropping off to picking up, the clerks are friendly and prices are fair. Both rugs came out clean and smelling fresh. Definitely recommend! read more

I wish I could rate them a zero in all honesty. I went into the store to have my leather jacket cleaned, which I knew already was going to take awhile to clean as they don't specialize in leather. I handed it over to them on March 31st, I was quoted $45 for the cleaning and was told it would take 2 weeks to clean. I came back two weeks later to hear that it would take another 5 days. I left and called them 5 days later to see if it was ready. They told me over the phone they didn't know what the hold up was and why it wasn't cleaned yet. They also told me the zipper was broken. When I first handed over the jacket the zipper was working completely fine. I told them over the phone they needed to repair the zipper, since they broke it. They tried to make me pay the alteration for the zipper even though they broke it. We went back and forth for a few minutes until they finally agreed to fix the zipper for free. While also on the phone we also agreed to pay $25 because it has taken them over a month and a half to clean the jacket. I went in to go pick up the jacket and they refused to give me the jacket for $25 even though that's what we agreed upon over the phone. I ended up paying $35 which was still a discount, but a terrible compensation for their poor customer service and punctuality. I also asked them before I left if the zipper breaks again will they fix it for free. They responded in a snarky and rude tone saying, "It won't break." Ogden's cleaners is the worst Dry Cleaning Service store I have ever been to and will never be returning. They need to have a team meeting on how to be respectful and punctual! read more

After cruising I always take our dry cleaning to Ogdens. They are reasonable and the staff friendly.

I waited awhile to write this review as I look for consistency in a dry cleaner. That said, they've lived up to the test of time. I use them monthly for dry cleaning/laundry of my slacks, dress shirts and some of my favorite short sleeve shirts. Always perfect! Took four pair of swim trunks here as well to be hemmed (I hate it when my knees grab the ends when I bend my legs) and they were done quickly and expertly - at a fair price. Love the new fit. They also have the convenience of auto bill. Just grab and go and they'll charge (accurately - I check) whatever account you give them. One last thing......they're quick. Super pricey for alternations. Took two items for mending. One item cost 50.00$ for 2 inches on a saggy crotch and the other was a shirt at the collar wore once and it came apart. My longtime seamstress would have only charged 20$ in total and it would have lasted. super disappointed. The staff is super nice and cold water for patrons. Drycleaning services are pricey but good. I went in to get 4 pairs of pants hemmed to my length. Was told to return another day as their seamstress is only in once or twice per week. No problem there. The problem came when the pants were returned. They were not hemmed to the lengths that were measured. I suspect due to their disorganization, the lengths for each pair were misplaced. The stitching was horrendous, too. Just very uneven, and at times pinched the pants. Needed these to look professional, but will most likely have to hope they can be redone or be forced to buy 4 more pairs. In either case, I will not be returning. read more

Tries to make an appointment for alterations, but they do not that. Seamstress is only works M, W and F, 12-5. I arrive at a little before noon and seamstress is not at work yet. Owner went over the alteration I wanted and said it could be done. I get a call a few hours later to come back. The seamstress was confused and needed me to try it on again. I explained, but she wouldn't listen to the issue with the excess material on the pocket. I can take it home and whip stitch the closed myself as that would be worth my time than dealing with incompetent seamstress. read more

I wouldn't even give this a star. Needed alterations on a dress, I was told it would be ready in a week. They never called to say it was ready. When I went in to pick up the dress and it was barely worked on and wasn't not even finished. She moved the buttons and didn't even cut the remaining fabric off. The dress was to be taken it which it wasn't. So I left empty handed. When it was finally ready, said fabric flap was actually taken care of and the dress was finally taken in. There was a line for alterations and she was insistent that I just pay for the dress and move along. Which was extremely rude considering that she did a piss poor job the each time I was supposed to pick up my dress. Come the day of the wedding I put the dress on and found several pins which should have been removed prior to even bagging the dress. I am thankful I noticed before sitting down in the dress because there would have been at least 3 needles directly into my behind. Save your time, money, and sanity but going some where else. Seriously. Giving a star because the two women working up front were extremely kind and understanding each time when I expressed my concerns, as the seamstress is only in certain times. read more

I found the prices extremely high, and am disappointed that they didn't cover them when I dropped off my dry cleaning. When I asked about prices, I was told not to worry - that we'd take care when I picked up, and that we'd be getting a discount for first time customers.
