All 5 teeth took about an hour. I felt as if I just went under anesthesia and I was coming out of it. It literally felt like I was out for 15 minutes. I do have to go back for some cavities to be fixed after I fully heal up. So 2 more appointments for me. I must say that is has been the EASIEST and most COMFORTABLE experience I've had with a dentist in my entire life! The whole process went smoothly. The office staff is amazing, they really try to work with you on appointments and getting you in ASAP when you really need it. They really do care for their patients and are gentle. I am not a fan of the chapstick however. But their stress balls, top notch. Their dental rooms are quite comfortable, love the fact that they make you as comfortable as can be with blankets and your choice of tv to watch. They let you rest after surgery for as long as you need to. They don't rush you. They provide you complimentary drinks (even if you can't have them, they're there for your rides to enjoy). Best dental facilities I have ever been to! I will continue to come here for all of my dental needs. Thank you!

Despite submitting two separate release forms, I still haven't received confirmation that my complete dental and medical records -- from the start of my care through the present -- have been transferred. The lack of organization and follow-through is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. All I want is for my full records to be sent to my new provider without further delay. I hope the office addresses these serious communication and record-handling issues so other patients don't go through the same situation. I've been coming here since Dr. Fox was with the practice, and over time, I've seen the office's professionalism and atmosphere steadily decline. Very disappointed here.
