As soon as I entered this store last month with my best friend Ryan, I heard another customer excitedly requesting the chocolate that is "like a Snickers" but way, way better. Of course I had to try it as soon as it was our turn to choose chocolates. It tasted very fresh! So did all of the other chocolates that Ryan and I picked - we got a box of 12 assorted truffles, and we picked them out one by one! Service was good; the lovely lady behind the counter was very welcoming. The atmosphere of this place is super cute. And walking in, it smells amazing!! A bit pricey, but in my opinion definitely worth the cost!! I will go again at some point, and I recommend that you give this shop a try if you are into gourmet/artisan chocolates.

I do enjoy the chocolates from here. The young lady is a bit rush before I decide which ones to pick into the box. She said the store opened by her grandparents Over 35 years store. Overall the chocolates are pretty good! Recommend the chocolates.

Oh! Amazing chocolate. Made right in Mercer Island in small batches... I cannot believe how delicious each chocolate was! I purchases a mini gift pack containing two fresh sea salt caramels. Very cute. I also bought four different truffles. My husband and I enjoyed them together... wow... crazy good! Great service too!

Oh! CHOCOLATE...come visit our Spiritual sis next time you are in Mercer Island!

Margo is the sweetest person ever. We met her for the first time and we felt we knew her our whole life! She's good friends with our friends so she knew we were visiting her shop. Margo knew all of our names and treated us like family! I love the different options of chocolates she offers! Coffe Caramel is delicious and all the coconut options are very delicious as well. If you are in the area...passing by on a road trip... please come say hello to Margo and Family! OH CHOCOLATE!! that's right!!

Nice, quaint little chocolate shop on Mercer Island. Not too familiar with the history of the company but definitely can sense the family owned and operated vibe. Lady was really nice and went over options with us to pick out gifts. All boxes comes with a nice ribbon for gifting. Pricing is moderate to fair for specialized chocolates. After spending $130 on chocolates was finally offered a sample. I took one but my fiancé declined at the time. While checking out, he decided he wanted a cheap Oreo and we were charged for it. Just my opinion but you'd think after spending that much, they would consider that the over sample. It also seemed stale and tasted like a knock of Oreo under the chocolate. Could be wrong though. Other than that, great experience!

    So yummy!!!

I love this place. I have tried chocolate all over the country, the world even, and I always keep coming back to this tiny little chocolate shop on Mercer Island. Sure, Seattle has a lot of chocolate shops. But you can go to Fran's and get good quality but you're also paying sky high prices. Bellevue ain't cheap. But stopping at a Oh's not only are you offered several samples of their incredible chocolate but the entire experience is thoroughly enjoyable. Their chocolate dipped Oreos are not to be missed.

    Amazing Class!

Came here for our Anni! Margo and her daughter were wonderful and so friendly! The chocolate class was so fun! We got to temper the chocolate, dig our fingers in it, get messy and dip all our favs like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, almonds, marshmallows, Oreos, graham crackers! And she lets you dip with dark and milk chocolates! The chocolate is just amazing and some of the best husband and I have ever had! You def have to come here but try the fun class too! So worth it! We got sent with two boxes of our dipped chocolates and left over chocolate bricks! Just amazing! We also purchased a box of their 30 chocolates, we are set for like a month or two with chocolate! Best experience

Delicious homemade chocolate and the owner was super friendly. Definitely will return.

Delicious handmade chocolate in well decorated boxes. The owner was at the shop working and she was the nicest lady. She even hooked it up with a free sample. Next time we're in the Seattle area I am definitely going to stop by again!

This box of chocolates are truly perfect. The milk chocolate is smooth and creamy, and the dark chocolate is not bitter at all.

The earlier you come the more likely you will get to eat the delicious pastries, but if you come past 11 AM you likely won't find much. The staff here are so nice too! Super tolerant as my indecision took over my brain seeing so many pastries! I think not having anyone behind me helped with that - a rare slow moment - because once the door opened I waved the white flag, asked them to pick me 3 of their favorites and off I went. The only problem with that is I can't recall the names of what I bought. The croissant, easy. The little puffy pastry with big sugar flakes and apricot that was very light? No clue except it was delicious.

Great place for catching up with someone.

Traditional Chinese dishes with a spin, plus a seasonal menu with other Asian dishes (ex. Viet). Got the fried oysters, peking duck ($85), squid ink fried rice, bo kho w grilled banh mi, dong po rou (braised pork belly), mapo tofu with fish, okra + eggplant in garlic sauce, and green beans. Fried oysters, eggplant w garlic sauce, green beans, and mapo tofu were good, but felt a bit overpriced given the quality and quantity. Have had better versions of these dishes elsewhere, but not bad choices here if you need non-meat options. Peking duck was good, and the addition of candied lemon is similar to that of Peony Kitchen. Came with steamed buns, but a bit pricier than PK. Dong po rou also came with steamed buns for sandwiching the meat in. Meat was very tender. I haven't had authentic bo kho (oops), but we thought this tasted quite good! Tender meat and veggies, good flavor, and came with banh for dipping. Squid ink fried rice was pretty good, and came with a thick layer of cheese on top. Couldn't really find the chunks of squid, but was quite tasty. On the pricier side, but worth a visit. It looks and feels like a converted gas station with minimum tables inside, a few games, and a larger outdoor seating area under where the pumps used to be. The experience is largely hands-off but not fast food. There are tablets that customers can place their orders, drinks are in a fridge nearby, and they have a few beers on tap. Everything is made to order so it isn't instant and the prices are more similar to a sit-down restaurant with full service. When the order is ready a number is called and it is in a nondescript, thin paper bag that easily tears. My experience has been very inconsistent here. There have been moments that the burger is the best burger on the Island with it being juicy and savory, every bite being better than the last. There have been times that I question why I even try because the burger is overcooked, unremarkable slab of meat. I can't comment on the service as I have had very little interaction with them. When I calculated how much it cost to have a burger, fries, and wine here plus tip I struggled justifying returning when per meal it broke down to how much I pay at any of the Island's full service restaurants with the exception of two. Interesting concept with inconsistent results.

I would have been clueless to this location, but a couple years back, I grabbed a physical ad and it listed this location. Mercer Island is a place I don't make a habit of visiting and this stop reminded me why. My brother used to live here, but that was 30 years ago. Pulling into the parking lot, everybody was acting like their car was priceless and you needed to give them space. If it takes you 45 seconds to back into a space everyone else is pulling into, you will catch my horn. It was a sunny day, but the real reason you needed sunglasses was to reduce the glare of the oversized ultraclear diamonds. I'll be blunt, I can't afford to live here, but it doesn't mean I can't shop there and truth be told. My car is just as nice or nicer than MI residents, I just never felt a need to live in financial isolation. We'll come back to the car. Almost everything you see here is 30% higher than a regular store, the only advantage to shopping her in my opinion is selection. You will find brands and items not normally found at Safeway or Fred Meyer, but I also saw sliced salami for nearly $24 a pound. You also see a lack of items on sale here which again, just reduces the overall value. I had people bumping into me, nudging me to get to items in front of me like I didn't matter and no one said excuse me or thank you for me yielding when they were clearly in the wrong. At one point, I literally had an employee apologize to me. He witnessed residents being entitled and rude to me and it was clear that was not the environment the store wanted to foster. My cashier was really nice, when I asked about her day, I think she quickly knew, I was not a local. Her face lit up and it was clear, she just wanted to be recognized. In the parking lot, I encountered a retired couple who had cut in front of me multiple times. They looked scared like I was there for payback. When I walked around there car the wife got worried, then I heard her tell her husband, "That's his car" next to their. As it turns out. We drive the exact same car, just difference colors. Matter of fact, I have 2 of them. I'm old school and last time I was here, this place was Albertson's Matter of fact, my childhood neighbor was the Store Director. . Last time I got so much attitude, I was in Medina. I'm happy for your success, but don't turn public places into uncomfortable atmosphere. It probably doesn't help that prices here are so unreasonable that people feel an obligation to act like idiots because they can afford to shop here weekly. The irony, I have shopped QFC on the south end and it feels like any other grocery store.

We got seated, but there was no wait time. We chose outdoor seating because the weather was nice. For drinks, we ordered a raspberry Italian soda and a sprite. The sprite tasted watered down, and had no flavor. The raspberry Italian soda was delicious though! When our server took our order, i believe he took the order wrong. We asked for a pepperoni puntura, and from the looks and tastes it was a simple pepperoni pizza. This was disappointing because we always get pepperoni puntura and were fondly looking forward to that pizza. If I really wanted a simple pepperoni pizza then I would have bought dominos. It was missing the honey and the cheese they add on top, which is why I'm saying that they gave us a pepperoni pizza. For the price you would think the service would be immaculate but from the visit, clearly they don't pay attention to the customers. The Margherita pizza was delicious and would definitely order again! No complaints for that. The restaurant was full of people and had a good ambiance. However, we were never checked up in during our visit until we pointed it out. All together, I would not recommend this location but the Ravenna location has been my favorite spot of mioposto.
