A go to spot on MI to enjoy with my small dog for Mio's lunch special with your choice of an individual wood fired pizza and salad on the front patio on a sunny day

Came in for restaurant week for a weekday dinner. The place was pretty packed, but we were able to get a seat pretty immediately. My friend and I ordered the restaurant week menu which was a pretty good deal. With Caesar salad, any two pizzas, and tiramisu. Caesar salad was very saucy and the sauce was quite tart and lemony. I enjoyed it but I could see it being too tart for some. For pizza, we ordered the seasonal La contadina and La Calabria. The contadina was savory, I liked the bits of garlic and sausage. I did think it was missing just one thing for an extra flavor dimension but it was yummy regardless. The calabria had this subtle sweetness from the honey that was so addicting. The crusts of the pizza were perfectly chewy too. There were some burnt spots which I avoided, but overall really good. And then the tiramisu. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy a tiramisu. This one however was super soaked in coffee and 0 rum. But the punchy amount of coffee flavor was balanced out pretty well with the cream. Service throughout our meal wasn't bad. I ordered a glass of wine, but I wasn't told they didn't serve glasses for the wine until ~15 min later. And when I reordered a different glass, I had to wait an additional ~10 mins. So I didn't get my glass until I had the pizza sitting in front of me. Overall, the food is pretty solid. Very interesting pizzas and the restaurant week gave a pretty good deal.

We came in a hot day, so eating outside was very nice! Inside was cool with AC. The service was fantastic!!! I really liked food portions. Small pizzas and perfect salad sizes. The clams were yum! Kids menus available!

We came here for happy hour and the staff was really friendly. We enjoyed our pizzas and appetizers. The flatbread was surprisingly big. This place has a great ambiance at night, although can be noisy. Will come back when we're craving pizza!

Came here to see a friend for happy hour/dinner. We started off with some whiskey drinks which came with bourbon soaked cherries. We had the Manila clam appetizer and it was delicious! It came with bread and the broth was amazing. I also ordered meatballs-the appetizer version which came with 3 meatballs. The dinner portion comes with 5 meatballs. It was so delicious and tender. I'll definitely be back again!

I recently dined at this local Italian restaurant on Mercer Island, and while the food was quite good, the slow service definitely put a damper on the experience. The atmosphere was charming and cozy, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. Even after ordering drinks and appetizers, it felt like we were left waiting too long between courses. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but the slow pace definitely impacted our overall enjoyment. No pasta options which was unusual and also a little disappointing. If you're not in a rush and craving some good Italian food, this place could be worth a visit. Just be prepared for a leisurely meal and some waiting time! try the pizza though, it was really good.

It's been a while since I've been here. You cannot beat the happy hour! You can't eat the wood burning oven turning out delicious pizza. Excellent service and great vibes. Yummy. Happy things haven't changed here. Worth it. Didn't take photos but, this the scoop. Everything off the Happy Hour menu. Had the arugula prosciutto pizza, no photo, sorry. Delicious thin crust with not too much sauce. Appetizers, fried chicken peas, and bread with olive oil. Delicious. Dining partner had the beet salad and flatbread from, yes, Happy Hour menu. So much food and leftovers to boot. Yasssss! The restaurant filled up as the happy hour was on its last hour. Bam. Do it. Come here. And per usual, SYOY!

The food was good, but the service from our waiter was terrible--he was rude, seemed like he didn't care, and had an attitude the whole time, which ruined the experience.

Had such a great experience at Mioposto for their Valentine's Day special! My kids were thrilled with their heart-shaped pizza, which was both adorable and delicious. They also had some Italian sodas, which were a huge hit super refreshing and flavorful. I ordered the lasagna, and it was fantastic--rich, comforting, and perfectly baked. But the real surprise was the beer salad that came with it--I absolutely loved it! Such a great balance of flavors and a perfect complement to the meal. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. Even on a busy Valentine's Day evening, the staff took the time to engage with my kids and make them feel welcome, which I really appreciated. It's always nice to find a place that makes dining out with kids such a great experience. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend for great food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We were there for a large dinner gathering of 10, and the most impressive part was that all of our meals were served at the same time. Something that's not always easy for restaurants, especially when they're full and they have a large party where folks are ordering all sorts of different things from multiple pizzas to pastas to salads... I ordered the lamb shank which was delicious. The meat was tender, had good flavor, sodium level was balanced, which doesn't always happen with lamb shank that's served with a broth. Pogacha served this over penelne pasta, which was fine and it's one of their signature dishes, I also think it would be really nice also over polenta. My only wish was that there were more vegetables in the broth. Because seasonal vegetables were listed on the menu item, I anticipated there'd be more in the broth than there were. I'd also recommend Pogacha updates the photo on their website, because this is shown over a very different pasta with vegetables over it and less broth. Oh and, I love that Pogacha still serves fresh warm bread right when you sit down. So tasty and such a nice touch. We'll definitely be back soon.

The counter person was really helpful and my sister decided on one plain cheese and pepperoni pizza and the second was a sausage mushroom pizza. Later on, the vibe seems like it would be perfect for catching a game, grabbing drinks with friends, and enjoying a more energetic brewery atmosphere. We started with two Moscow mules. Since that's one of our go to drinks and we've had quite a few, these weren't our absolute favorite here. My only small complaint is that I wish the toppings were spread out a little more evenly so every bite had a good mix, but overall they were still really tasty. The Mac Attack was also good, but it didn't completely wow us. If you're looking for an ultra thick, super creamy mac and cheese, this probably isn't that style. I would have been clueless to this location, but a couple years back, I grabbed a physical ad and it listed this location. Mercer Island is a place I don't make a habit of visiting and this stop reminded me why. My brother used to live here, but that was 30 years ago. Pulling into the parking lot, everybody was acting like their car was priceless and you needed to give them space. If it takes you 45 seconds to back into a space everyone else is pulling into, you will catch my horn. It was a sunny day, but the real reason you needed sunglasses was to reduce the glare of the oversized ultraclear diamonds. I'll be blunt, I can't afford to live here, but it doesn't mean I can't shop there and truth be told. My car is just as nice or nicer than MI residents, I just never felt a need to live in financial isolation. We'll come back to the car. Almost everything you see here is 30% higher than a regular store, the only advantage to shopping her in my opinion is selection. You will find brands and items not normally found at Safeway or Fred Meyer, but I also saw sliced salami for nearly $24 a pound. You also see a lack of items on sale here which again, just reduces the overall value. I had people bumping into me, nudging me to get to items in front of me like I didn't matter and no one said excuse me or thank you for me yielding when they were clearly in the wrong. At one point, I literally had an employee apologize to me. He witnessed residents being entitled and rude to me and it was clear that was not the environment the store wanted to foster. My cashier was really nice, when I asked about her day, I think she quickly knew, I was not a local. Her face lit up and it was clear, she just wanted to be recognized. In the parking lot, I encountered a retired couple who had cut in front of me multiple times. They looked scared like I was there for payback. When I walked around there car the wife got worried, then I heard her tell her husband, "That's his car" next to their. As it turns out. We drive the exact same car, just difference colors. Matter of fact, I have 2 of them. I'm old school and last time I was here, this place was Albertson's Matter of fact, my childhood neighbor was the Store Director. . Last time I got so much attitude, I was in Medina. I'm happy for your success, but don't turn public places into uncomfortable atmosphere. It probably doesn't help that prices here are so unreasonable that people feel an obligation to act like idiots because they can afford to shop here weekly. The irony, I have shopped QFC on the south end and it feels like any other grocery store.

The server on the floor did not even acknowledge us when we came in, as we were entering, she was tossing an empty pizza box near another guest. We stood at the front desk, waiting to be acknowledged until my husband asked if we see ourselves or Weat to be seated she briefly just looked up and said "yah" as if we were bothering her. As we walked to a selected table, we noticed tables around us. We're not clean had crumbs and parts of food. As we start waiting at the table for about 10 minutes or so, she finally came by and just put menus on our table still not looking up in the eye still not greeting us just placed the menus on the table as she walked by without saying a word. After a few minutes of seeing her interact with other customers, we decided to not even dine in and left . -Tables it looks like they had a good selection of beverages, alcoholic beverages, didn't get a chance to look at the menu for food options If I could give it zero star, I would

I came here for a puzzled pint and unlike the ones in Seattle, this one was at a place that…read moreprimarily serves food! Very exciting. They have customer parking underneath, across from the QFC. Overall they were really friendly in inviting us in, bringing water, and letting us use the space for puzzles. For me specifically, they ...kind of dropped the ball on all of it. One person told me she'd bring me a menu once I was seated, but proceeded to pass me by when handing out menus (maybe because I already had water? Unclear. I tried to flag her down but she either didn't see me or ignored me). When I got up to ask about it, a different person just looked expectantly for me to order. When I told her I hadn't received a menu yet, she just gestured at the to go menu on the counter. When the pizza came, there were no napkins or utensils or anything given to me either. Throughout the whole hour and a half I was there, no one so much asked how I was doing despite that seeming to be standard for all the parties around me (including another one with only one person, so it wasn't because I was a Singleton working on puzzles!). The pizza I got was the aggressive mushroom one, which was great on mushrooms but oddly overly sweet, so I probably wouldn't get it again. The texture of the pizza was great though. Overall, the place was nice for puzzles and the food was good (just not what I expected for my order, but that's not really their fault). It was just a really weird night of service of feeling like they were snubbing me for no reason. It would be different if that's how they treated everyone or at least everyone who was puzzling solo, but the other person at my same table who was working solo got much better and nicer service than I did. :/
