They often have free samples, which is a nice touch. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered, whether it's a pastry, a croissant sandwich, or a coffee. Most of the staff are SCAD students, and they've always been friendly and helpful. On one visit, I had the chance to chat with the owner, Helen, who is lovely and clearly passionate about what she does. I was amazed to learn that she imports her flour and butter from France, which explains why everything tastes so authentic!
