    "The Fig"
    Young N.

Great, friendly customer service. The texture of the crepe got soggy too quick and it needed more flavor. I ordered "The fig" which consisted of cheese (mozzarella?), dried figs, candied (?) walnuts, bacon and arugula. All the ingredients didn't really come together that well. It was too dry and needed some sort of sauce. I think If the crepe had more flavor instead of just tasting like flour, add some sort of sauce and if the crepe was more crunchy, it would be better. Maybe the sweet crepes are better.

Yum! PB&J inside of a fluffy crepe? Sounded pretty tasty for a mid-day treat. I came here with my boyfriend and he seemed to have his heart set on it. He got it with crunchy peanut butter and it gave the crepe great texture. I ordered myself the Nom Yen, which is a sweet creamy drink. I drank this all the time as a kid! It was very nostalgic and flavorful. Just as I remember it. I would order this all the time if I lived in the area.

The crepe was freshly made and the wait was short.

In a chilly morning, my boyfriend and I decided to get a crepe and a waffle sandwich for breakfast. It was a very convenient choice because those two carts are right next to each other! Our crepe was made freshly, and the wait was short. We had a not so pleasant experience next door, so it makes oh my crepe a more appealing choice between the two! We enjoyed the "very berry" crepe and will return if we crave something sweet at the food cart park!

It was a hot day and I had just wandered around the Beaverton night market and needed something to help me cool off. I found this cute food truck and their drink options caught my eye. I decided to try the Nom Yen since ive never heard of it before (supposed to be a traditional milk street drink sweetened with palm syrup thats naturally red). They made the drink really quickly for me which was nice. The drink was very creamy and milky but the syrup was very strong and the drink was overly sweet. It was refreshing and helped me cool off but I could only take small sips at a time without the syrup being too overpowering. It did taste better once the ice melted and the water mixed to dilute the drink. Overall I dont think this drink was for me since it was SO sweet. But, if you like really sweet drinks I would go for it.

Oh my Crêpe is located in a food cart pod near city hall in Beaverton called BG Food Cartel - easy to get to location with plenty of parking across the street from the pod. So back to this delicious crepe I shared with my daughter, We tried the very berry crêpe and it was decadent and light. The inside of the Crêpe was tender and the outside was crispy with just the right amount of fruit and cream. It was a perfect ending to our culinary experience at this food cart pod in Beaverton. We will definitely be back to sample more menu items.

A big smile due to the great crepe

The food slapped the ham and egg was surprisingly really good and my friend had the rocky road crepe was really good

if you know me, im generally not a dessert person.. w/ the exception of this cart, of course! practically everything they make is by scratch and the little things/additional effort they put into it really stand out. they even add lemon zest to the berry compote (talk about attention to detail!) if you arent really into sweets like me- do not fear or fret my child, because they have both a sweet and savory menu for customers to choose from. you can even get creative and customize/BYO to your liking! i recommend eating it fresh at the carts rather than taking it back home. its still good either way, though.

Omg this breakfast crepe gives me life... So fresh and full of protein

I was craving something sweet and I spotted this eye-catching cart with a big selection of crepes to try. I like that I can see what goes into the crepe and there's a clear split between sweet and savory. I'm very much a berry gal so I ordered the Very Berry. When I got my order, I was immediately surprised by the fullness of the crepe. The first bite was delicious. The heat from the crepe fresh off the griddle, the oozing berry compote... Wow. The crepe is unexpectedly crispy. I found out that this style is inspired by the way crepe vendors make it in Thailand. The slight crunch reminds me of thin, fragrant ice cream cone but softer. It goes well with the yummy jammy filling. I expected the berry compote to be so-so but the flavor really isn't the same as those run-of-the-mill stuff. It's not too sweet and it's a bit tart in the way you can only get from crushing fresh berries. The taste is more nuanced and complex. Funny what simple fresh ingredients can do! I could also taste a bit of lemon that brightened up the whole thing so I knew that this was something special. No bland, artificial tasting stuff which I love because I have a lot of food sensitivities, especially to preservatives and food coloring. It's not easy to find a treat I can fully enjoy so it's a relief to find a place that serves handmade fillings I can indulge in stress-free. I also got the lychee lemonade which is refreshing and has chunks of lychee in it. Both are great treats for the summer!

The girl at the counter was new and it took a while for her to find the right buttons. I'll give them a pass on that as the whole place is new. The meal I had, however, was absolutely delicious. It was a chipotle chicken plate. The beans were also very good, and my wife liked the rice. You have plenty of fried chicken choices around the station, but Soul does a good variety for everyone. Here's what I've had thus far: ~ K-Corn Dog & Potato Corn Dog ($7 each). Loved the softness of it. Crunchy on the outside of course, but cheesy soft on the inside. ~ #9 Galbi plate ($18). Grilled just right imo. Decent flavor and not too tough. Pretty tender and meaty indeed. This seems to always be a fan favorite. ~ Special Combo with Supreme Chicken & Shrimp ($17). Loved the fried chicken cuts and the sweet/hot sauce all over. But the shrimp I was hoping for a bit of crunch. I felt it was tossed in the sauce too long, or the sauce just soaked it up. In other words, I wanted a to hear the shrimp crackle! Still a worthy combo. The cooks working hard in pod were really working up a sweat. Credit to them for staying composed with all the orders coming in. Still service with a smile, no issues. When I'm in the mood for some delish Korean eats, I'll definitely be back! They're worth a try if you've never been.

The bread was properly grilled adding that toast to help firm the bun without allowing it to fall apart in someone's face. The coleslaw compliments the flavors. I had it with the original sauce which was tangy but not spicy at all. They also have a sweet sauce but I think I'll try that next time. Well done! My daughter had the crowded potato. It was delicious at first but we were surprised that the bottom of this dish was actually 3 large potatoes. After eating all the ingredients at the top, there was nothing but these 3 potatoes left which was disappointing but there was nothing else to eat with these. Ended up throwing it away. I can't speak for their ribs but it could be what I'll be targeting next. The price was decent and the owners friendly. Meal also comes with a bag of chips. Parking was plenty but people started arriving. The lot shares the kids play indoor play area called Xplore hence the name of the food truck area. The food truck area is situated on a hill and some parts are not even with the food trucks on the left side having pallet stands so you can look at the vendor when placing orders. Plenty of seating and also live band. Nice vibes! Can get hot so dress appropriately if 70 deg or more.
