    Khao Soi with fried chu!

I got T1 Khao Soi with fried chicken. I must be really hungry or the Northern Thai curry soup heard my inner voice and went straight to my heart and yummy. J I lived an hour away, so I will miss you fondly!

Great Thai food! We've been wanting to stop by the Foodlandia Carts for a while and tonight was the night. And, what a spooktacular night to do it...the pod is dressed up for Halloween. So cool. Thai was on my mind, so that is where I went. Easy ordering. Nice service. And the food is very tasty. I may have found a new Thai spot. I had the chicken pad Thai. It was flavorful and plenty of protein. My wife picked a different cart (what?!?!) but she would've found gluten free options here (yes!). The service time was very quick and the order and as ordered. A good find but will be back.

Great food at a reasonable price with access to all varieties of extras. The pork rice and khao soi were both delicious and authentic and the staff were friendly.

Super friendly, fast, very tasty. It's a close first or second place for Thai food in the Portland Metro.

There's always been live music playing whenever we've visited, which adds so much charm to the experience - though it can get a tad bit loud, making it a little tough to hear the person sitting right across from you. While we've enjoyed almost all the food we've tried here, I have to give a massive shoutout to the Pinch Spice truck. They have some of the absolute best Indian food I've tasted around here. I find myself constantly coming back just for that single truck! 10/10 recommend One downer has been that at least a quarter food trucks are closed any time we have visited. Hope they start keeping more consistent timings.

There are plenty of sitting spots available as well for guests. We were in the mall for about 5 hours. We shopped in the Lego store, Tumi, VS, Dick's, 85C Bakery, and BoxLunch. We had friendly interactions from staff members in the all the stores. We also went to the food court on second floor, which was underwhelming compared to rest of the mall. The dining space had old tiles on the floor, the chair and tables were basic ones. There were 10-12 stores available offering a variety of cuisines. The food was decent from couple of stores we tried. Prices were little bit expensive. Overall we had wonderful half day spent shopping and dining at this mall. There was a good mix of popular and luxurious brands, offering wide range of products. The food court could use some facelift to match with rest of the wonderful interior of the mall.

A friend and I wanted some fro yo and realized that this had the one and only fro yo spot unless we wanted to head 15+ minutes in any other direction since there is the Salt and Straw and Moberi but not actual fro yo. So, we braved the parking situation - again, read the reviews which almost all mention how bad it really is. People are truly awful and trying to pull in or out of spaces is a nightmare. I am ADA and I genuinely do not feel safe if I get stuck parking here. The parking lot was arranged horribly and it is carved weirdly creating a lot of blind spots. So we walk into the center and realize that all the stores are different, again... every time I try to visit a store here it is gone - they seem to last a few months but the fro yo spot was there for years and suddenly is gone and there is a ceramics class place. I would love to know where people plan to park for that since the lot already is full without 20 people trying to take a ceramics class. So we walk up to their 'map' to see surely there is ice cream or something IN here. We then after a whole lot of confusion since there is this insanely long list of businesses. We then realize that the list which is all over the place and the map is for the entire Cedar Hills Crossing which they include ALL of - stuff across the street and up the street and covering an insane area that we would not be walking to. Maybe you can just do a map of the building we are in which used to be called the Beaverton Mall.... I genuinely was so unnecessarily overwhelmed with all this garbage that I still don't know or care what the hell is in there. The other buildings are open strip malls you can drive and see the name of each business and you would be going there directly. So, I go back to not bothering to go here and the people who seem to know nothing about marketing continue to have no customers and wonder why. Just trying to get in and out of the parking lot was an insane time waste.

I was surprised how big their menu is, and that it spans from Cantonese dim sum to Sichuan spicy dishes. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. The dim sum is your typical standard fare. They make a good pan fried noodle dish and congee. Of the dim sum items, I think I liked the har gow the best. The rest of the items I think they could use some better seasoning. Service wise they do need a few more carts going when it gets busy. The last time we went, my mom just up and walked over to the cart that was on the other side of the room to get some items. Or just switch to the "pencil and order on demand" method. Saves some of the service hassle. There are some nice banquet sized tables towards the back of the dining room, with lazy susans and such. This Saturday morning, we went for dim sum with a few friends. I loved that they had carts going around. We arrived right at opening with many other guests, but were promptly serviced. We're all from more Asian areas so it's so nostalgic to sit and speak Cantonese. I was impressed with all of the food. They don't have as many options as other restaurants, but they do have all the basics (har gow, siu mai, cheung fun) that you need. And they were incredibly tasty!! The egg tarts especially were so perfect and flaky. I'm excited for them to become more popular.
