Loved the softness of it. Crunchy on the outside of course, but cheesy soft on the inside. ~ #9 Galbi plate ($18). Grilled just right imo. Decent flavor and not too tough. Pretty tender and meaty indeed. This seems to always be a fan favorite. ~ Special Combo with Supreme Chicken & Shrimp ($17). Loved the fried chicken cuts and the sweet/hot sauce all over. But the shrimp I was hoping for a bit of crunch. I felt it was tossed in the sauce too long, or the sauce just soaked it up. In other words, I wanted a to hear the shrimp crackle! It is a very dangerous surface - near impossible for a walker and/or wheelchair. It is just shocking seeing places go this level of saying that people with mobility issues are just not welcome here.
