Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

My Aussie is 13 and not very active and cost $95. Walked out spending $195 in total. That's just ridiculous. That's about $50 more than any other place I've been over the past several years. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco. Anyway, unless your money grows on trees. save some money and do some research.

Unfortunately, what followed was a series of alarming incidents that no pet owner should ever experience. 1. Reckless Handling & Safety Neglect Upon pickup, **Rafael** allowed my **male Labrador to bolt out of the grooming area without a leash**--directly next to **Highway 74**, a dangerous road. Had I not been there, my dog could have been hit by a car. Additionally, they **improperly dislocated his choke chain** and failed to secure it back in place, further risking his safety. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. 2. Unauthorized Grooming & Injuries My **female Lab** was supposed to receive **only a bath and teeth cleaning**--**NOT a shave**. Yet, when I got her home, I discovered **blood marks all over her face and inside her ears**, indicating severe clipping injuries (photos attached). When I returned to confront them, **Rafael first claimed his mother "carefully shaved" her**, then backtracked when I reminded him **shaving was never requested**. His mother then **denied any injuries occurred under their care**, blatantly lying to my face. 3. Uzi is so much less stressed now & goes from a fuzz ball to a sleek puppy cut all within about an hour.
