This is an amazing company when it comes washing your dogs. Being the owner of a Doberman pinscher I have never had anybody be willing to walk up to the back gate and take my dog to give him a bath. I didn't realize Tina was on Yelp! She's been grooming the fur babies on our property for years! Our Pitbull Freya absolutely loves her! Prada (RIP) enjoyed her but our other fur baby Mia had always been skittish. Tina lovingly groomed our 3 dogs: a Pitbull and 2 chihuahua mixes. Sadly, we lost Prada in December 2022. So there are only 2 dogs she grooms now; we refuse to get another fur baby since Prada really set the bar high! Tina has always done a great job, she's so good at handling them all even Mia. Just moved back to Murrietta and was looking to get our two Large Dogs Groomed. Usually, my husband and I like taking them to a location with a lot of room because one of our dogs (Newfoundland) is over 100lbs! Our second fur baby is a medium/larger husky :) Like many, we are very busy people! So, I shot them over a text message. They responded very quickly. I however did not respond back with an answer very quickly because...we are busy...long story short, the following week I replied back to them asking for their next available appointment. They got back to me within a day or so and we scheduled! They showed up to the appointment early, after letting me know that they could arrive sooner. They took our larger dog first, brush/de-shedding, bath,, teeth, sani-trim, blow-dry, and more I am sure...the works! We could tell they love dogs! -Very professional! -Nice, large, clean, organized van! -Polite -Affordable (in comparison to what we have paid at several other salons) I would definitely recommend this service. We will be using them again in the future for all of our dog grooming needs! I'm so sad this didn't work out! I'm going to put in simple words why I'm giving such a bad review. She didn't follow my instructions. She said she new how to cut schnauzers and she doesn't at all. Literally the worst cut my dog ever had. She cut one side of his face. His beard! And left the other side without cutting. She should have cut any of that. I'm beyond upset. A schnauzer beard takes a while to regrow. She made my puppy look like something else with a flat face. Don't waste your money and time if you need a specific grooming. read more
