You go online and choose what bin size you want for your family, and how often you want it. For my family we get the small produce bin every other week and it is more than enough food. The absolute BEST part is you are allowed to customize what comes in your bin. You bin comes with whatever is in season, but let's say you're not a huge fan of broccoli. You can switch out the broccoli for any other item in the drop down produce menu. At the store I go for one thing, and end up spending so much more than I wanted. This way it saves me time and money. Also I feel more in control and aware of what I'm eating. Since I personally order 2 or 3 oranges I can control how many I want (unlike the grocery store) so the rest of the bag won't go bad. We started a few months ago and now we have it down to a science. We are eating healthier, and my stress levels have gone WAY downhill. We take a trip to Findlay for some meat, and the rest of the week we get creative and try to use the seasonal ingredients in a fun and new way together. I plan on having Green BEAN for as long as they will keep delivering to me! Oh, and it's only $35 for the small bin + Free delivery! I've been using their services for about 2 months now, and I don't think I'll be stopping any time soon. You can choose how often your delivery comes, so I receive mine every 2 weeks. Each time you are due for a new bin you get to go in and customize what you receive. On top of all the wonderful, fresh, organic produce, I've also been getting meats (free-range, grass-fed, etc.), fresh eggs, organic milk, and some great bread! It's amazing to me how affordable everything is, and delivery is even free! They automatically put things in your bin, but you are welcome to add/remove when you customize - the fun part for me is getting things I've never made before and experimenting with new recipes. There was also a hard working employee out in the dining room furiously trying to clean the tables, floor, etc. The employees were so kind and asking for some empathy as they never have a lunch rush this late in the day. I assume people were out Christmas shopping and that changed things up. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup with a tea. Everything was brought out hot and promptly, again, despite how slammed they were. It was all done with a smile. The food was fine, but the employees were what really made me want to return. It almost reminds me of the Soviet Union era stores you see in movies. Things are laid out orderly but there is no personality in the store. I ordered 9 items yesterday, and when I parked at the appropriate spot, a person brought me two bags of items and walked away. I checked the bags and found 8 items instead of 9. I went to the pick-up door and knocked. The same person opened the door. I told him I was missing one item, and he got offended immediately, told me that I ordered 8 and paid for 8. I asked for his receipt, but he told me it is on my phone. While I was looking for the receipt, he shut the door and never opened it again. I went inside the store and asked one of the management personnel, who found me another manager. That manager heard my story, and first he said that I am probably paid for 8 but not 9. I showed him the receipt (which stated 9 items). He checked my order and said he would give me a refund. I told him that I need 9 items, because it is the presents and I can't give 8 presents to 9 people. He said that they probably don't have one, but we found it in the store. I realize that all people make mistakes, but a rude and careless attitude is not acceptable. I felt like they didn't care about the customer. When I asked to take action to prevent similar disrespectful behavior for future customers, they just told me to go and place a review. It seems like they don't really care. At least I am making sure everyone around me is aware of this poorly designed business and rude employee.

While this is the bigger, more modern choice, to me the flow of the store is odd compared to other Krogers. It also seems to be much busier at all times of day. Recently I was in the area waiting for a take out order to be ready, and needed to grab some groceries. I had heard this location was doing better with precautions in 2020 than most Krogers that seem to be a free for all, so I gave it a try. Not much has changed here. It was nice to see a dedicated cart cleaner at the front of the store, which I sadly haven't ever seen at other locations. Most of the customers were wearing masks, which was nice. The organization and stock of the store wasn't bad. The meat section was actually fairly well stocked and the deli was actually operating. Check out was a little more of a free for all, despite 6ft being clearly marked. I avoided the crazier looking self checkout area for an associate, but had to bag my own groceries and she made me feel rushed. This location does have a Starbucks, a Murrays Cheese, and Kroger gas out front. There was a very nice selection of seasonal plants outside.

We mentioned it to the person at the register and they kind of blankly stared at us. I guess I don't expect them to know every item, but it wasn't busy and even some clarification on if they stopped carrying them altogether or just ran out would have been great- especially since they always ask "did you find everything ok?" Not the end of the world though. This particular store seems older and has the lighting and organization that seems the same as when I'd visit in the early 2000's.
