Inside and case of cannoli that they will pipe fresh!

Omg this gelato is sooo yummy! Also the place is so beautifully decorated. Located across the street from findlay market this is a great place to stop at on a hot day! They have tons of traditional gelato flavors and the owner is so sweet. I got the stracciatella and toasted almond. You can get 2 flavors in 1 scoop! They have fresh cannoli that they pipe right in front of you too! Def want to try it out next time. They also have several flavors in pints to purchase and take home.

This is the best Gelato in Cincinnati. The best Gelato to ever even step foot in Cincy. It's traditional and authentic. Light and packed with flavor. The owner and every person who works here are wonderful when I've talked to them. This business has class from start to finish, which I can't say for other surrounding Gelato places. Inside is always really clean, and you gotta love that. They also have a fridge of gelato and some cakes. Make sure you grab an amazing Cannoli that they pipe and fill right in-front of you. The location is perfect across the street from Findlay Market, so you can sit inside or outside to enjoy your gelato. Please go support this wonderful place.

Vegan and gluten free heaven. It is such a joy to have a luxury like this. The magic is where the flavors join. I read about this place and the owner in CityBeat and was so excited to try it. Safe treats! The owner was lovely and even went in the back to get another v flavor for us to try. We bought a pint of pumpkin to go. It was my least favorite flavor. But I don't mean that any disservice. I would very, very gladly eat any of the four flavors we tried. Tip. I think my freezer made the texture a bit off... definitely spoiled by knowing what the good stuff tastes like now. And I will be back for more soon.

You haven't tried real Gelato until you've tried uGO. The owners make sure you get the full Sicilian experience with unique, mind blowing flavors and ingredients brought straight from Sicily (where their family is from). They have a rotating base of flavors (and I heard you can make special requests). Here some of the flavors I've tried: Cream based: Stracciatella, Gianduia, Nocciola (favorite), Pistacchio, Amarena (favorite) and Vainiglia; and fruit-based: Frutti Di Bosco and Limone (favorite). They also have additional dairy-free options, make sure to ask. The owner (Liliana) is an award winner Chef, recognized as one of the top 3 Gelato Chef in America. As you're ordering you can appreciate her laboratory (or kitchen) and see how she crafts small batches of Gelato and how she perfectly puts together Cannolis and beautiful frozen cakes.

Genuinely the best gelato I've ever had in my life. It's incredible. So soft and flavorful I enjoyed every bite. I would visit this place every week if I lived closer! A little pricey but worth every dime. Cannoli are fantastic as well

Amazing gelato outside of Findlay market. Everything is house made and it tastes fresh. The owners are so friendly and they made all the gelato cookie sandwiches that morning! It's a small little shop with no seating but there are a couple tables outside to sit if it's nice weather.

I had a couple children with me who were eager to sample multiple flavors, and the gentleman helping us was extremely patient with the kids. One of my kids opted to try Rose Petal, and the other the Italian Stallion flavor, which I thought was impressive given they would typically just choose chocolate or vanilla! All of the flavors looked so delicious and we were compelled to try the unique ones. A small cup of gelato is a pretty generous portion and it is so rich that it fills you up. Which is good, because I think the small comes out about a seven dollar price point, which is pretty pricey for my budget. This location is right inside one of the main outdoor seating areas, so there's plenty of spots to sit on a nice day. There are 3 to 4 seats at the bar directly by the register. I tried gooey butter cake, which was delicious as you would expect! The gelato was cream cheese based with fresh chunks of cake. Delicious, I'll be back!

They are friendly too and happy to walk you through the details of all the flavor options. My favorite flavor is the Freshman 15 with peanut butter and Oreo, but I also love their seasonal Pumpkin Snickerdoodle. The flavors have changed over the years and a lot of my favorites like the rose and black currant barely roll around anymore. Thankfully there is a lemon lavender flavor and a earl grey tea flavor which I love and I hope they never get rid of or I would be sad. The only reason this is a 3-star review is because the shop itself remains impeccably clean and the staff members are incredibly sweet and welcoming. However, the macarons themselves are missing the mark technically. In my recent batch, the sizing was highly inconsistent, and several shells were completely flat with barely any filling inside. More importantly, the texture was off--instead of having that signature delicate, crunchy outer shell with a soft, chewy interior, they were entirely soft and gooey. For a specialty shop, precision is key, and I really hope the kitchen can get back to their usual high standards. As who love macaron, I know macaron is flat, inconsistent in size, and lacks filling, it usually points to rushed production or issues with macaronage (the critical folding process of the batter). A soft, gooey shell instead of a crisp, delicate crust means they either skipped the necessary drying phase before baking, underbaked them, or over-matured them in a humid environment. Maybe it was rush due to the "Buy One Get One Free", however I wouldn't buy it if I know the quality would be like this, almost like I pick them out from the frozen aisle in random grocery store...

We ordered their strawberries and crème waffle which is served on a Liege waffle. Actually, it would seem from our visit that liege waffles are the only thing they serve here. It's fortunate because they are quite good. Anyway, the liege waffle was cooked very well. It has some crisp/caramelized edges with a nice, soft, and warm interior. The waffle tasted so good I would happily eat that shit plain. The strawberries and cream were a nice touch but the cream was on the light side and collapsed pretty quickly. I unintentionally ended up with a cream sleeve by just being in the vicinity. We saw a vegetarian savory crepe and felt that would pair well with the sweet waffle. We ordered this and had high expectations. I will admit I am much less of a crepe connoisseur than a Belgian waffle connoisseur so take this with a grain of salt but the crepe was WAY overdone. It was literally hard to the point that the plastic cutlery provided didn't stand a chance to cut into this thing. It made it very hard to eat, we pretty much ended up eating stray roasted peppers and spinach rather than properly between the crepe layers. This was quite disappointing and most certainly not something to write home about nor write regarding a highlight of the city's food scene, not to be a dick. GF speculated that the person making the crepe seemed to be distracted with many other tasks due to what seemed like understaffing. Something for the owners to think about if it affects the quality of their product but what do I know? The waffle was excellent, would skip the crepes.
