I am admittedly particular and thought I knew what I needed and good lashes that I went so far to book my first appointment with my specifics. When I showed up, I was greeted by Nicola who would do my lashes and learned so much from washing my lashes to growing and maintaining to more volume. From my first appointment in November 2019 to now, I can only say these women are just like their name states...Fabulous! For those who have and maintain lashes, this is the place to go. Nicola and Belinda are so lovely and make visits to their place relaxing and comfortable. They have the greatest spot in Delray just a few blocks north of Atlantic Ave. Nicola always takes such good care of me and my lashes are full, and beautiful now. She has a gentle touch and I am never uncomfortable. I have been elsewhere in Boca only because the location was closer to my home but very quickly I realized that the commute was worth it for me. Are no stars possible? I made an appointment to have work fixed from another salon. The woman told me she was going to try to fill in the gap where i had no lashes. Instead of filling in the bald spot she removed lashes that were already there, making it look worse. She then said "your going to hate it (referring to what she had just done) i looked in the mirror and what do you know! I HATE IT. it looked better before she touched it. The entire time i was being sold on their lash serum for $65. no thanks! I have never been to any establishment where the person performing the service says "your going to hate it." Secondly, there is nothing worse than salon employees and owners bashing other people in the industry. So rude and unprofessional. For these reasons, I highly recommend you find elsewhere. read more

I went to this place to get eyelash extensions for the first time as a birthday present from my dad. They made me sign a form in the beginning having to do with getting them removed later (which costs extra) and allergic reactions. I had Denise who was very nice. She put these pads under my eyes and it was a bit uncomfortable. My eyes started to water A LOT and I asked her if this was normal and she reassured me that it may be because it is my first time or because it was allergy season.... I had to stop a few times because the burning was so bad and the appointment was 2 hours long. When she was done my eyes were blood shot red. And she just gave me eye drops said thank you and left. Later in the day the burning became worse to the point where I was crying. I ended up with pink eye in BOTH of my eyes. I called to get a refund but they told me I could only get a partial refund because as she put it, they did nothing wrong on their part. I did a lot of research and if you are a lash technician and your client is asking you if this is normal and their eyes are extremely red and watery, you should stop. This is my first time ever doing something like this so I didn't know this was even possible. Also, I've been reading online that if the redness is mainly at the bottom of your eye, it is most likely due to the eye pad scratching your eye. ALSO, there were moments where she would pull my lid a little too hard and my eye would open a bit, which is NOT supposed to happen because the fumes from the glue can irratate your eyes even more. I think if your client is clearly having an allergic reaction to the extensions, then you should immediately stop. You should not keep going knowing they are extremely uncomfortable and knowing that this is their first time. And if you do keep going 1. Give them a FULL refund or 2. Quit your job because you clearly do not know that signs of an allergic reaction. read more

I purchased a groupon for unlimited lashes with a 2 week refill, when I got there I was talked into paying $25 more so it would look good.2 days later my lashes were falling out, I went back to have them fixed and I was repeatedly told that they were doing me a favor. I though my refill appt was at 1:30 so I called to confirm and they said that it was at 11 and I missed it, and would have to pay another $70 after already paying for it with the Groupon,and if I wanted someone more experienced I would have to pay even more. Clearly it was my fault that I missed my appt but they had my phone number and could have given me a courtesy call I only live around the corner. The women said she was busy and turned away other customers, so am I to believe that, they sat there for an hour and didn't take another customer? Well I had already prepaid for the refill with the Groupon so the didn't have to accommodate me. I've getting my lashes done for over 10 years and looking for I new place because I just moved to Florida but clearly his is not the place!!!! read more

I don't know what some of these people are talking about in the reviews. I reviewed this place because it is close to my wife's work and I wanted to do something sweet. I got the appointment and thought I was doing the right thing. My wife came home and omg! Her eyebrows are different sizes, so that was just the beginning of the issues. My wife's lashes started falling out after a week and it was not just the extensions but her actual lashes with them. I would never recommend this place. Please protect the ones you love! These people are no good at what they do, they must have their friends leaving reviews or something! read more

This lash studio is amazing!!! Everything from the studio decor, to the customer service, to the extensions themselves is thought through. Belinda did such a wonderful job with my lashes. Not only is she considerate of the client, asking several questions to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my experience, but she was thorough and gentle with the application. She even took the time to ask my makeup routine and gave me tips to make the lashes last longer. The lashes themselves look perfect and I've already gotten so many compliments on them. I have been coming to see Belinda and Nicola for my lashes ever since I moved down from DC in November. I will never go anywhere else! I was worried because I've had a lot of experiences where people use either a cheap glue or the "sensitive eyes" glue which is terrible and 80% of your lashes fall out by the end of the week. Fab-u-lash uses a GOOD glue! Nicola and Belinda are excellent with the Russian volume lashes and Mackenzie is awesome with the classic lashes. You can easily come in and talk to them and figure which look you are going for. Definitely check out their Instagram account to see the differences between the classic and Russian volume. Despite the fact that my lashes grow fast, with these gals I've gotten the best longevity between fills (2-3weeks). If you want good lashes you have to follow the rules. No oils or creams near the eyes that can break down the glue faster, and NO MASCARA! There's no point in getting lash extensions if you are going to apply mascara every day, they will just shed faster and you will waste your money. These gals will instruct you honestly on how to best take of care of your lashes in order to maintain them! Personally I've learned that If you choose not to follow their advice then it's no one else's fault but your own if they start to fall out sooner than you want them too! These gals are the best at what they do and I would recommend no one else! Mackenzie also does an ahhhmazing job at brow shaping/waxing/tinting. She's got some serious skill.
