I was working a full time job all while working part time on my own business, untill I was able to go full time in my own business. I found myself tired, worn out , stressed ,lost, and not quite sure who I was anymore, outside of work. I needed a way out, I needed to find something to rediscover the spark within me. I was on Instagram one day and I noticed one of my clients posted a video of her dancing which lead me to dance community! And that is how I meet Krystal! She is such a fun person, an AMAZING dancing, with a dope spirit, and a big heart! Rediscovering dance has re-inspired me to be creative. I am a beginner heels dancer and really like how the girls are supportive. It helps to go to class because there is a mixture of levels in class from the advanced dancers who are AMAZING and down to earth; to the beginners like me who feel safe enough to try new moves even if you look crazy lol! The environment is supportive. The class motto is "Do You" Boo (and give Zero Fu$cks) lol. Which I believe is a great Motto to live by everyday. Not only will you have more confidence dancing you will also walk better in heels. This is more than dance it is an empowerment group! Also It helps watching everyone dance in class. Cause we learn from each other! You won't be disappointed! Come challenge your self and walk taller and more confident in heels cause you've practiced in the mirror ;-) ! I Hope to see you in class! One of the people that owns the place said oh people get hurt a lot. I said yeah but exercise is still good for you. They completely ghosted me. Refused to answer my calls and messages. I still have credits for lessons and they won't answer me at all. I got ghosted for taking lessons or working there when they found out I got hurt and have a disability. Didn't bother to even say don't come back. Just silence. No conscience.

Richard is super patient and explains things in simple terms. He's super engaging and the dances are fun. Sally is high energy and ready to go at the class's pace, whatever that looks like. I've been having so much fun, and my friend and I have both blocked out our weekly class on the calendar for forever. Can't wait to keep learning new steps and choreography!

I go in to pick up my tickets from will call which was a breeze. The staff is really friendly and helpful and I was glad to know I could sit anywhere once I got inside the theater. Once inside the theater I noticed it was hot as hell inside. They didn't turn in any fans or A/C and this was on Super Bowl Sunday that day was a little warm outside as it was. I thought to myself dang my deodorant is about to really and truly be put to the test. Thank goodness it passed because I was sweating like it was no ones business. The show starts and about 20 minutes in the show was temporarily put on hold. As one on the dancers fainted and the lady was like 80 not cool! B-( most of the dancers were seniors so air should have been a priority! Even after the medics and fire DEPT showed up they still didn't turn any kind of air on wth! Are they trying to be that cheap with air. I mean at least open some doors and windows. They finally proceeded with the show the it was great! Once the 15 minute intermission came up went to the nearest corner store to grab plenty of water because since I was watching my friend do her thing I needed plenty of H20. I hope the owners of the establishment because I'm disappointed on how hot that place was. I wish the intermission was longer so I could have went to and changed my attire entirely. To end this review the Tap show was amazing and I enjoyed it. I can't for the life of me see how those poor dancers tolerated the heat, bless their hearts because I wouldn't and couldn't do it. I have to rate this place 2.5 starts and it's because it's too damn hot in there.
