They told me my appointment was at 10am and I even got a text message reminder saying it was at 10am. Came to my appointment day, I arrive 15 minutes early to give myself ample time for new patient paperwork. And I finished my paperwork by 10am. Came to 10:15am and I still wasn't called up yet. So I gave them another 15 minutes. 10:30am came, and so I walked up to the front desk to ask what was going on and they said my appointment wasn't until 11am. When they told me that, I was so pissed.
