I called 3 days in a row, 2-3x per day, no answer but asked to text for faster service so I did. No call after 1 week, called the Kamakana location and spoke with the manager. She was very kind and professional, however she was not able to book parties and again asked that I contact the party reservation line. She also said she would message them. Well, it's been weeks still no call back. I guess they don't need my business, booked elsewhere.

Day-of logistics & communication failure Despite asking for our bus driver's contact details in advance, the team did not coordinate with him. You either spit it out or you swallow it." 4. Zero Accountability We hesitated to write a public review and reached out privately via email first to share our experience.
