It's finally open y'all!! This is a business I watched it grow from scratch to this day! I am happy to see a place like this is now available in Hawaii. It's a sensory gym, a safe indoor playground for kids of all abilities. There are a ton of swinging, rolling, spinning things for safe physical activity and there are a ton of other quieter activities like kitchen set, tool station, arts & crafts room, touch/feel elements. I've been telling all manas I know and especially for the families with kids in the spectrum this is such a needed place in Hawaii. Thank you for creating this wonderful place for kids of all abilities! I've seen it first hand that the community needed this

I'm so happy that the We Rock the Spectrum kids' gym is now open here on Oahu. As the mother of a child with autism, I love places like this where I can bring my child and have fun knowing that he's in a safe environment where he can be comfortable. I also love that he's in a place where we are joined by others who are more likely to understand what it's like to have a child on the spectrum. In fact, there's a statement on the wall that says, "Finally a Place Where You Never Have to Say I'm Sorry." This is a kids' gym/play area that is inclusive and open to all abilities. There's a slide, trampoline, climbing wall, a plethora of cool swings, climbing structures, ziplines, etc. They even have a reading area, teen room, arts and crafts room, and a calming room, which turned out to be a big hit with my young son. He loved the ocean-themed room that was dimly lit and absolutely loved the canoe in there. I also like that they have a great nicely sized meeting room. We really are grateful for a place like We Rock the Spectrum. The owner is so nice and welcoming. We went on a weekend, so parking was easy. But, you might want to call ahead to clarify the parking location. The owner explained it to me, but my son was so eager to get inside and play that I didn't quite get to finish that conversation.

As a first time mom to a baby that's age is still free, I am already planning my next visit back…read more I was invited to this event via group so they reserved a whole private area for us. If you're coming here by yourself I would travel light so you can fit everything you need in lockers. There are about 2 private areas, one is double the size of others. It looks like the smaller area can fit about 20 adults "comfortably," but I'm also going off the assumption there's not much decorations, some space for food, and kids are all playing. If the spaces are not for a private party you can still use them too, but it's at your own risk to leave your stuff in the open. The level my son is at is lots of crawling but the new environment may have been why he mostly sat and just looked around - that and the kids running around. There was only a small area where he could comfortably roam, which I didn't mind because it makes the free admission for him worth it and I only paid $5 since I was with a group. Overall, I can see why this is a lifesaver for parents to let kids get their energy out. It literally is just the 24s of childhood, so who knows, my son may join the membership crew one day. But we do live more central, so maybe not this location.

I liked that they were cleaning a lot, which made me feel more at ease! There were party rooms available. I also liked how they would periodically update their equipment, games, and toys. The only thing that was usually not working well was one of the games in the video game area on the bottom floor. Other than that, my kids always had a blast here! I'm looking forward to visiting their new location opening at the old Saks Off Fifth Avenue store by the Target at Ala Moana!

Each family entering gets a run down of the rules like only one person inside the net for safety. I saw some parents even using the adult size baseball bats and golf clubs. They even have karaoke. The couches can convert to flat seating. I was so surprised these little ones were just jamming and requested songs and knew the words to songs. I didn't even know who Imagine Dragons were. I did recognize a couple of other songs. Perfect setting for little guys as well as older sisters and even mothers who were hitting baseballs or fathers throwing footballs or golfing etc. The party ran from 2-5 pm but birthday boy's parents had several coolers with drinks for the kiddies and adults. Twelve boxes of pizza were ordered and delivered. Assorted individual bags of chips, fresh veggies and dips and of course birthday cake. There was restroom facilities. The only thing I missed was no WiFi except for the employees to run the boxes, computers, sound system. Fast cleanup with helpful adult guests. A nice set up with couches, chairs and picnic table set up for the moms to sit on. Remember to get your parking ticket stamped for free parking. Have fun, you can even enjoy being a spectator.

What an awesome place! We need more places like Sports Box!…read more I first noticed Sports Box when it was in Ala Moana, near Target, and seemed like an awesome place for family or friends gatherings with its sports simulators with multiple sports and games to choose from. Well, I wasn't able to get my friends over (they're lazy), but I was able to come for a work event, and it was super fun. Sports Box is located right outside Dole Theatre where Wild Tiki Fun Zone used to be, I believe. There's ample parking and they validate! Definitely an easy and convenient location. Inside is clean, cool, and well maintained. It's a bit dark, but that's not a big issue. There are several "boxes" (simulators). Consisting of baseball, soccer, bowling, frisbee golf, hockey, footgolf, regular golf, dodgeball, and a shooting game. They provide all the equipment for every game. Even the Point Blank gun for the shooting game (yes, I had to power up the PlayStation later). You can bring own golf clubs if you like too. There's also a putting mat with multiple fun games, and the putting surface is angled, which makes it more challenging and fun than if it was just flat. Each box is charged by the hour and not per person. It's $75 per hour, up to 6 people, which is not bad at all. Party Packs are also available (up to 70 people, ranging from $225 to $425 per hour) where you can use multiple boxes, tables and chairs are provided, Karaoke available, and equipment. The only thing is they don't provide are food and drinks. Overall, I had a fun time. I enjoyed the putting and golf games. Golf had many modes, and many real life full courses that includes putting too! How awesome! The staff was helpful and informative. It's a great venue for gatherings and events. Or if you want to practice your golf. I'll definitely come back!

Being familiar with Keiki Kingdom, I filled out the waivers ahead of time via the website and clicking on this specific location so that the check in would be quicker. Once we got inside, there were two workers just sitting by down behind the counter. We headed to the counter and I was asked to fill out the waiver. I told them that I filled it out on the website and one of the girls says "every location has their own waiver." I told her "Yes, I went onto the website and clicked on this location" and she looked confused. She then told the other girl to see if they can search it up. Sure enough, she found my waiver. It could be a training issue, but I figured as an employee, they would be familiar with the fact that we could sign the waiver on the website, not only by scanning the QR code at the register. She checked us in and we opted in for socks because we didn't bring ours. She handed us the four pairs without even asking for sizes. Of course I had to switch them out because the socks were way too big. Prices weren't too bad I guess. It was $20 for one adult and one child together for two hours. Fast forward to the play area. It is quite small. Great for letting the kids burn off some energy. Some of the equipment wasn't even working. No employees were actively walking around to upkeep everything like the other locations. I also noticed that our stickers kept coming off and didn't last for even half an hour. Some of the okay areas didn't seem sanitary (there was a used bandaid stuck to the play mat). The restrooms only had one stall, which would be crazy if it were actually busy and knowing how kids can't really hold their bladders would be a nightmare. We weren't even too sure how often they would check on the restrooms to make sure everything was clean. There were a lot of claw machines in different areas. It was honestly the highlight of our time since we actually won stuff. Other than that, my kids spent most of their time jumping on the trampoline after going down the same slides a hundred times. I think we'll stick to paying a little extra for a better play experience for families at the other location.

***Be aware if your child gets sick or develop ringworm from dirty location…read more Came here frequently multiple times in 1 week so she could play, then suddenly she developed ring worm. That's when I knew immediately that this place was dirty, I ignored the signs of gnats flying everywhere and trash needing to be changed out also noticing everyone stickers don't stay on resulting in them just being left all over the place, that should of been the red flag to realize they don't clean, seeing someone sticker left for 2 weeks stuck against something tells you that they overlook on cleaning properly. So are things be wiped down? Cuz if it was then those things would have been removed. I had hopes for this location but this place needs to close down and cleanup because it's unacceptable and dirty. I will never return to this location unless they put out a message on they platform acknowledging it needs to be clean and that they corrected the issue, but also knowing that from here on you will see a change. **When a place have unsanitary conditions filled with trash it often attract gnats and other pests. These environments can harbor harmful bacteria and fungi, increasing the risk of infections. One common skin infection that may arise from exposure to such places is ringworm, a contagious fungal infection that causes red, itchy, ring-shaped rashes. Maintaining cleanliness and properly disposing of waste are essential to prevent the spread of gnats and reduce the risk of infections like ringworm. If exposed, it is important to seek medical treatment to manage symptoms and prevent complications.

You can pay by the hour for each session, or get a monthly pass that allows unlimited time each month. They do ask everyone to sign an electronic waiver, so bring your smartphone to make things easier. You also need to wear socks in the play area, to prevent damage to the padded surfaces. I would recommend getting some grippy socks, because some of the play surfaces are fairly slick when wearing regular socks, and it's like walking on ice. Everything is pretty safe for all ages of children, as parents and caregivers are all watching over their own flock. They do have a staff person that also monitors the area and cleans and wipes down surfaces periodically. The main thing to watch out for (as with most toddler play areas) is when older kids are playing in the same area as smaller ones. It's a pretty big space overall, so it really wasn't an issue while we were there, but it's still something to keep in mind. There is a lot to do and my granddaughter definitely had her favorites, such as the merry-go-round, the climbing area, and (for some reason) the zip line ride. She avoided the ball pit for some reason, but maybe she'll grow into it as she gets older. We spent a couple of hours there and it definitely wore her out, and all of us as well. It's a great place to spend for any family with little ones, and I know we'll be back.

How can that be? The original design made sense. It was a bit quaint, but at least there was better flow. It looks like maintenance has declined considerably. Feels like this place is on its last legs. The rubber floors are warped all over the place. Exposed screws, exposed electrical outlets, burnt out light bulbs. Their interactive video game screen doesn't work. They did upgrade the slide with lights and have a trampoline section. But otherwise, this place needs some TLC. They were better off with the old equipment than the cheap new stuff they put in. And the redesign makes no sense. There are areas that look like your kids are playing in a dark alley. Why?

This was the third time we tried to visit, and every single time there has been an excuse why my kids couldn't play. We've been told it's full, that there aren't enough kids, or that they could only play for 30 minutes. This time, I called ahead to make sure there was space before driving over. The person I spoke with told me they were open and had plenty of room. I explained that we would arrive in about 30 minutes. He said there was a birthday party starting at 4:00 PM, so my three boys would have 30 minutes to play freely before it got busy, and that they would be fine. When we arrived, we were immediately told they were closed for a party. I explained that I had just called and been told otherwise. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the staff became hostile and accused me of lying, saying, "We don't even have a phone. We haven't had one for months." That's impossible because I called the phone number listed on their Google Business page. Rather than apologizing or trying to figure out what happened, they told us to leave and refused to let my kids play. The customer service was completely unacceptable. Lucas, Jason, and the manager (who refused to give me their name) handled the situation very poorly. Even if there had been a misunderstanding, there was no reason to treat a customer that way. We left and went to Space Room instead, and it turned out to be the best decision. The staff there were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our kids had an amazing time, and the experience was everything we had hoped for. I will never return to Pups of War, and I cannot recommend it based on how we were treated.
