Awesome venue for all ages. We had kids from 4 to 50+ yrs old and everyone enjoyed it! The bigger kids (adults) might have enjoyed it even more than the little ones, and I can't say that about any other party venue I've been to. RESERVATIONS (phone) Easy to reserve (50% deposit), parking is free with validation in the parking structure. You don't have to throw a party, you can just rent one "sportsbox" by the hour. FOOD/DRINK You can BYOB BYOFood BYOGolfClubs. They do sell canned drinks and water but no food. There are 2 clean bathrooms. SIMULATOR The simulator has dodgeball, soccer, disc golf, regular golf, shooting games, hockey, bowling (with and without bumpers), baseball, and probably other stuff I've left out. You can easily switch between the games, you can play 2 player scramble golf. 2 player dodgeball, just so many choices! The couches are comfy and the room was perfect for our party. LOCATION Right next to Dole Regal theaters. Park in the same structure and take the elevator down to the ground floor and it's right there. I've thrown parties at a lot of venues here on Oahu over the last almost 2 decades, this was the EASIEST for me to plan and kept everyone busy, even the parents of the kids. We just did it for 2 hours (the minimum) which was perfect for our small party but we easily could have stayed another hour. I might have to plan another one with just the parents!

We've tried the Aiea location but this location is far more spacious. They also have a putting area which is a plus for us. You have your own area to hang out with friends and family. You can bring your own food and drinks. Even their lavatories are very clean. Staff are super friendly. Just follow their rules and enjoy!

Located right next the the Dole theater at the ground floor, they provided chairs, table so you can bring your own food and drinks, the staff was friendly and talk us through how to play difference activities. You can play golf, frisbee, soccer, baseball, shooting game, etc. in the box, it is all computer simulated, good for team building, they also has two nice and clean bathrooms. We all have so much fun enjoying the experience.

I saw a Tik Tok about this place and knew we had to try. Sports Box is located on the 2nd floor of Ala Moana Center next to Target. We made a reservation through the website that yelp provided on their business page & it was very easy to follow. We booked a box for 30 minutes for almost $40. If we had done something differently is to just book the 1 hour because time does go by so quick you don't even realize you have to go! The box provides so many sports to play from, but in our experience we only got to try Baseball and Golf. I would love to come back and do the other sports. It is so much fun! Definitely good for events, dates and birthday celebrations!

I had no idea this place even existed! Came in with my twin 8 yo boys for a birthday party. They were in heaven! They played virtual sports but with real balls - soccer shooting goals with a soccer ball, baseball swinging a bat to hit a ball, hockey with a hockey stick - for three straight hours without stopping except to sip some water. It was a total blast! It's also cleverly set up with a long row of comfortable sofas outside the mesh 'batting cages" where parents can relax and enjoy. You can bring in your own food and beverages. A terrific place for a kids birthday party, or just a rainy day highly athletic activity for active kids. We will be back!

I run a club at UH Manoa and we needed somewhere to have our kick off social. I wanted something interactive and where members could bond with other members who they've never met before. SportsBox was awesome! We hosted a party there and it is $225 per hour and the minimum is 2 hours. You're provided 3 boxes (6 per box) and the lounge area for your party to hangout in. This was perfect, I got some pizza and drinks and everyone had a blast. It was a good thing to have two hours as we had to take break in between games because some were very active and tired you out. They have a wide range of games such as hockey, gift, soccer and even a shooting game. Someone is there to always help you if you have questions on how to play a game or how to set one up. It's a super great place to hang with friends or host a birthday party!

Never knew about this until friends recommended it. I brought my family here as a surprise and late birthday activity gift for them. Glad I scheduled my time when I did (7pm on a Friday) because it definitely wasn't busy (thank goodness). COLBY at Ala Moana Sports Box was the person who greeted and assisted us. From the start he was welcoming and had a friendly demeanor. The entire time we were there he was helpful. He taught us how to operate the games. He provided us recommendations on certain games that were popular. And that was fun!! Overall, being a previous manager, he defined what ultimate customer service should be. We definitely will return here and possibly host an event here in the future! Go here and have some fun!!

The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! I would highly recommend this Keiki Kingdom Location above all.

I spent $98 to bring my three kids to Keiki Kingdom on Beretania for two hours, and unfortunately…read morethe experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of customer service started before we even entered the play area. At check-in, I asked for specific sock sizes for my children and was met with complete indifference. It set the tone for the entire visit. Many of the attractions and play areas advertised were either closed, broken, incomplete, or poorly maintained. The zipline course was closed for the first hour of our visit. The train table had zero trains. The princess play area was nearly empty, with no costumes and very few toys. The play kitchen was missing most of its accessories, with only a couple drawers containing play food, and the SMEG play refrigerator was broken. The overall maintenance was disappointing. Several play areas felt neglected, and some equipment appeared to have been out of service for quite some time rather than temporarily unavailable. There were even broken claw machines and other unused equipment sitting around the facility, giving parts of the space the feeling of a toy graveyard rather than a premium children's play center. The facility simply did not reflect what is advertised online. What frustrated me most was the lack of staff engagement. My child became stuck inside the jungle gym, and when I asked a staff member for help, she looked at me and walked away. Whether it was a language barrier, lack of training, or simply not caring, there was no attempt to assist. There were also strange setup choices that made the experience worse. A speaker for the projector was mounted directly above the play kitchen area, blasting audio into children's ears while they were trying to play there. For nearly $100, I expect a clean, well-maintained facility with functioning attractions, stocked play areas, and staff who are willing to help families. Instead, we found broken equipment, closed attractions, empty play stations, and indifferent customer service. I don't mind paying premium prices for a great experience. I do mind paying premium prices for an experience that feels neglected and significantly different from what is advertised. The biggest disappointment wasn't that one or two things were broken. It was that broken attractions, empty play areas, disengaged staff, and obvious maintenance issues all existed at the same time.

This facility is for kids ages 10-months to 10-years old. Socks are required for both kids and adults. Compared to other indoor playgrounds for kids, this one is on the small side. There's a good variety of play areas and activities that my kids don't get bored with the small space, and I enjoy it because it's easier to monitor them versus the larger playgrounds. They have a room for toddlers with a small ball pit, slide, oversized blocks, and toys. Next to it, there is a small rock-climbing wall with a foam pit below, a merry-go-round, kitchen, market with fresh produce, an ice cream stand, a doctor's office, and a dress up and makeup set. For the larger kiddos, they have a huge jungle-gym with a 3-way slide, mini zip-line, larger ball pit with a wall projection that you can throw balls at animated characters and score points. One of my children's favorite areas is the sand pit. Only, the pit isn't filled with sand, but plastic Nerds-like particles. There's a large climbing dome made of netting and sand toys in this area. Monthly passes are available, so is a small party room, and there's a nursing and changing room for your infants. Wipes are available if you need them. Stamp cards are available and you can earn a stamp for each hour-long visit you purchase. After 10 hour-long visits, you can get a free hour for one child. You usually have to ask for the card and for the stamp, as its given upon request. At the time of your exit, they provide your kiddos with balloons. My kids have gotten to choose from animal, sword, and flower balloons. Overall a great place to bring your kids to move around indoors, and give yourself a breather.

Like many indoor playgrounds, you need to sign a waiver at check in and purchase their socks to wear. It was quite small compared to a place like Kids City in Kapolei. One thing to note is the check in area is directly in front of the automatic sliding doors leading to the parking lot, so be cautious if you are waiting to sign in and have a runner! My toddler enjoyed the ball pit for a while and then played in their sand bar (hinoki wood cubes), grabbing all the shovels his arms could hold. He also played with the big foam blocks. As another Yelper mentioned, it doesn't seem as clean as other indoor play places because I also saw stickers from different dates in various places. Overall he wasn't too keen on playing here for long, and I felt like I spent a good amount of time chasing him around the play area instead of him actually playing. Maybe if they get more equipment and toys set up? It seemed like half the space was shelves of merchandise or inventory. In any case, we paid for an hour of play, but by 45 minutes our kiddo was ready to leave.

Being familiar with Keiki Kingdom, I filled out the waivers ahead of time via the website and clicking on this specific location so that the check in would be quicker. Once we got inside, there were two workers just sitting by down behind the counter. We headed to the counter and I was asked to fill out the waiver. I told them that I filled it out on the website and one of the girls says "every location has their own waiver." I told her "Yes, I went onto the website and clicked on this location" and she looked confused. She then told the other girl to see if they can search it up. Sure enough, she found my waiver. It could be a training issue, but I figured as an employee, they would be familiar with the fact that we could sign the waiver on the website, not only by scanning the QR code at the register. She checked us in and we opted in for socks because we didn't bring ours. She handed us the four pairs without even asking for sizes. Of course I had to switch them out because the socks were way too big. Prices weren't too bad I guess. It was $20 for one adult and one child together for two hours. Fast forward to the play area. It is quite small. Great for letting the kids burn off some energy. Some of the equipment wasn't even working. No employees were actively walking around to upkeep everything like the other locations. I also noticed that our stickers kept coming off and didn't last for even half an hour. Some of the okay areas didn't seem sanitary (there was a used bandaid stuck to the play mat). The restrooms only had one stall, which would be crazy if it were actually busy and knowing how kids can't really hold their bladders would be a nightmare. We weren't even too sure how often they would check on the restrooms to make sure everything was clean. There were a lot of claw machines in different areas. It was honestly the highlight of our time since we actually won stuff. Other than that, my kids spent most of their time jumping on the trampoline after going down the same slides a hundred times. I think we'll stick to paying a little extra for a better play experience for families at the other location.
