Awesome venue for all ages. We had kids from 4 to 50+ yrs old and everyone enjoyed it! The bigger kids (adults) might have enjoyed it even more than the little ones, and I can't say that about any other party venue I've been to. RESERVATIONS (phone) Easy to reserve (50% deposit), parking is free with validation in the parking structure. You don't have to throw a party, you can just rent one "sportsbox" by the hour. FOOD/DRINK You can BYOB BYOFood BYOGolfClubs. They do sell canned drinks and water but no food. There are 2 clean bathrooms. SIMULATOR The simulator has dodgeball, soccer, disc golf, regular golf, shooting games, hockey, bowling (with and without bumpers), baseball, and probably other stuff I've left out. You can easily switch between the games, you can play 2 player scramble golf. 2 player dodgeball, just so many choices! The couches are comfy and the room was perfect for our party. LOCATION Right next to Dole Regal theaters. Park in the same structure and take the elevator down to the ground floor and it's right there. I've thrown parties at a lot of venues here on Oahu over the last almost 2 decades, this was the EASIEST for me to plan and kept everyone busy, even the parents of the kids. We just did it for 2 hours (the minimum) which was perfect for our small party but we easily could have stayed another hour. I might have to plan another one with just the parents!

We've tried the Aiea location but this location is far more spacious. They also have a putting area which is a plus for us. You have your own area to hang out with friends and family. You can bring your own food and drinks. Even their lavatories are very clean. Staff are super friendly. Just follow their rules and enjoy!

Located right next the the Dole theater at the ground floor, they provided chairs, table so you can bring your own food and drinks, the staff was friendly and talk us through how to play difference activities. You can play golf, frisbee, soccer, baseball, shooting game, etc. in the box, it is all computer simulated, good for team building, they also has two nice and clean bathrooms. We all have so much fun enjoying the experience.

I saw a Tik Tok about this place and knew we had to try. Sports Box is located on the 2nd floor of Ala Moana Center next to Target. We made a reservation through the website that yelp provided on their business page & it was very easy to follow. We booked a box for 30 minutes for almost $40. If we had done something differently is to just book the 1 hour because time does go by so quick you don't even realize you have to go! The box provides so many sports to play from, but in our experience we only got to try Baseball and Golf. I would love to come back and do the other sports. It is so much fun! Definitely good for events, dates and birthday celebrations!

I had no idea this place even existed! Came in with my twin 8 yo boys for a birthday party. They were in heaven! They played virtual sports but with real balls - soccer shooting goals with a soccer ball, baseball swinging a bat to hit a ball, hockey with a hockey stick - for three straight hours without stopping except to sip some water. It was a total blast! It's also cleverly set up with a long row of comfortable sofas outside the mesh 'batting cages" where parents can relax and enjoy. You can bring in your own food and beverages. A terrific place for a kids birthday party, or just a rainy day highly athletic activity for active kids. We will be back!

I run a club at UH Manoa and we needed somewhere to have our kick off social. I wanted something interactive and where members could bond with other members who they've never met before. SportsBox was awesome! We hosted a party there and it is $225 per hour and the minimum is 2 hours. You're provided 3 boxes (6 per box) and the lounge area for your party to hangout in. This was perfect, I got some pizza and drinks and everyone had a blast. It was a good thing to have two hours as we had to take break in between games because some were very active and tired you out. They have a wide range of games such as hockey, gift, soccer and even a shooting game. Someone is there to always help you if you have questions on how to play a game or how to set one up. It's a super great place to hang with friends or host a birthday party!

Never knew about this until friends recommended it. I brought my family here as a surprise and late birthday activity gift for them. Glad I scheduled my time when I did (7pm on a Friday) because it definitely wasn't busy (thank goodness). COLBY at Ala Moana Sports Box was the person who greeted and assisted us. From the start he was welcoming and had a friendly demeanor. The entire time we were there he was helpful. He taught us how to operate the games. He provided us recommendations on certain games that were popular. And that was fun!! Overall, being a previous manager, he defined what ultimate customer service should be. We definitely will return here and possibly host an event here in the future! Go here and have some fun!!

We've…read morebeen here twice with our 6 kids and it's always been younger children playing which is a relief from the other location which allows older children and teens to participate on the second floor to which they do not always stay. The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! I would highly recommend this Keiki Kingdom Location above all.

As a parent, I have mixed feelings about Keiki Kingdom. On one hand, the layout is fantastic. You…read morecan tell someone spent a lot of time thinking through how the space flows. Everything feels connected, there's plenty for kids of different ages to do and my kids had an absolute blast. I also appreciate that the parking lot is gated. Given the area, that extra layer of security makes arriving with young children feel much more comfortable. But once you stop looking at the design and start looking at the details, the experience begins to fall apart. Cleanliness needs work. The tunnels had an unpleasant odor, parts of the facility smelled musty, the bathrooms felt sticky and the locker area was warm with little ventilation. The air conditioning also seemed inadequate. On a busy afternoon the building became uncomfortably warm and several vents looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Maintenance is another issue. Too many attractions were out of service during our visit. The popcorn machine wasn't working, one of the slides was closed, part of the climbing area was unavailable, the TV displays were damaged and several machines throughout the building were either broken or empty. When you're paying premium admission for a family, it's disappointing to find so much of the facility unavailable. The front desk also left a poor first impression. We were required to purchase Keiki Kingdom socks even though we already had socks from another indoor playground. I understand having policies, but when you're asking families to spend more money before they even walk in, it would be nice to mention that several attractions are currently unavailable. That feels like the fair thing to do. I also wish there were more staff actively walking the play areas. Not to babysit children, but simply to help keep the space clean, notice maintenance issues and step in when kids are playing unsafely. That visible presence would make a big difference. The frustrating part is that all of these issues are fixable. The foundation is excellent. The design is better than most indoor playgrounds I've visited and my kids genuinely loved their time there. But a great concept deserves better upkeep, better maintenance, and more attention to the customer experience. We'll probably be back because the kids had fun. I just hope next time the facility lives up to the quality of its design.

Being familiar with Keiki Kingdom, I filled out the waivers ahead of time via the website and clicking on this specific location so that the check in would be quicker. Once we got inside, there were two workers just sitting by down behind the counter. We headed to the counter and I was asked to fill out the waiver. I told them that I filled it out on the website and one of the girls says "every location has their own waiver." I told her "Yes, I went onto the website and clicked on this location" and she looked confused. She then told the other girl to see if they can search it up. Sure enough, she found my waiver. It could be a training issue, but I figured as an employee, they would be familiar with the fact that we could sign the waiver on the website, not only by scanning the QR code at the register. She checked us in and we opted in for socks because we didn't bring ours. She handed us the four pairs without even asking for sizes. Of course I had to switch them out because the socks were way too big. Prices weren't too bad I guess. It was $20 for one adult and one child together for two hours. Fast forward to the play area. It is quite small. Great for letting the kids burn off some energy. Some of the equipment wasn't even working. No employees were actively walking around to upkeep everything like the other locations. I also noticed that our stickers kept coming off and didn't last for even half an hour. Some of the okay areas didn't seem sanitary (there was a used bandaid stuck to the play mat). The restrooms only had one stall, which would be crazy if it were actually busy and knowing how kids can't really hold their bladders would be a nightmare. We weren't even too sure how often they would check on the restrooms to make sure everything was clean. There were a lot of claw machines in different areas. It was honestly the highlight of our time since we actually won stuff. Other than that, my kids spent most of their time jumping on the trampoline after going down the same slides a hundred times. I think we'll stick to paying a little extra for a better play experience for families at the other location.

I'm also guilty of losing my sticker... Couldn't find it. Idk where it fell off me. There were black streak marks visible on the yellow and white material from improper cleaning... More like a wipe once with a wet paper towel. I did like that the layout has changed since Feb when I was last here. It flows better. But nobody checked us on our way out. Truly disappointed because we had our kiddo's birthday party at this location back in February and we felt like it was a great place back then! Everything worked. Everything was clean. Nothing was broken. It was comparable to the other play spaces and we were excited to have an indoor play space in Waipahu. We were so bummed by our recent experience considering how excited we were to return. Now we're afraid to go back.

This was the third time we tried to visit, and every single time there has been an excuse why my kids couldn't play. We've been told it's full, that there aren't enough kids, or that they could only play for 30 minutes. This time, I called ahead to make sure there was space before driving over. The person I spoke with told me they were open and had plenty of room. I explained that we would arrive in about 30 minutes. He said there was a birthday party starting at 4:00 PM, so my three boys would have 30 minutes to play freely before it got busy, and that they would be fine. When we arrived, we were immediately told they were closed for a party. I explained that I had just called and been told otherwise. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the staff became hostile and accused me of lying, saying, "We don't even have a phone. We haven't had one for months." That's impossible because I called the phone number listed on their Google Business page. Rather than apologizing or trying to figure out what happened, they told us to leave and refused to let my kids play. The customer service was completely unacceptable. Lucas, Jason, and the manager (who refused to give me their name) handled the situation very poorly. Even if there had been a misunderstanding, there was no reason to treat a customer that way. We left and went to Space Room instead, and it turned out to be the best decision. The staff there were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our kids had an amazing time, and the experience was everything we had hoped for. I will never return to Pups of War, and I cannot recommend it based on how we were treated. You can pay by the hour for each session, or get a monthly pass that allows unlimited time each month. They do ask everyone to sign an electronic waiver, so bring your smartphone to make things easier. You also need to wear socks in the play area, to prevent damage to the padded surfaces. I would recommend getting some grippy socks, because some of the play surfaces are fairly slick when wearing regular socks, and it's like walking on ice. Everything is pretty safe for all ages of children, as parents and caregivers are all watching over their own flock. They do have a staff person that also monitors the area and cleans and wipes down surfaces periodically. The main thing to watch out for (as with most toddler play areas) is when older kids are playing in the same area as smaller ones. It's a pretty big space overall, so it really wasn't an issue while we were there, but it's still something to keep in mind. There is a lot to do and my granddaughter definitely had her favorites, such as the merry-go-round, the climbing area, and (for some reason) the zip line ride. She avoided the ball pit for some reason, but maybe she'll grow into it as she gets older. We spent a couple of hours there and it definitely wore her out, and all of us as well. It's a great place to spend for any family with little ones, and I know we'll be back.
