DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THOUSANDS ON REPAIRS. I bought the 1998 peterbilt because of the over haul with 175,000 miles on it. I Had it for two weeks and the engine blew. I Took it to the repair shop that did the over haul on it, and come to find out the engine was not the same engine that was over hauled, numbers did not match the shops paperwork. So the repair shop contacted the original owner that had the work done. And he also verified that it was not the engine that was in the truck when he sold it. OTS are shady people. I spent $27,000 to repair this truck. They refused to pay the bill so I got a lawyer. Skip the headache and buy somewhere else. This place should be put out of business. read more

Just recently purchased the 2005 kenworth. Look very nice and they sure talked it up. Never offered to let us test drive it, probably because the odometer doesn't work and there's no way to tell how many miles are actually on the truck. When we decided to buy it before we even got it home it was blowing oil all over the back of the cab from the rear end housing. Called and spoke to our sales person who wouldn't return my call. Just kept blaming it on the service manager never getting back with her but she never got back with me EVER. We paid out of our own pocket to have that fixed. Also noticed when we got home that there was a lot of blow by that we were never informed about. Makes me worry if the truck is gonna blow up before we even get to haul our first load. After a week of dealing with stuff and not even getting it on the road yet, my husband notices a fuel leak. He's currently draining the fuel tank to see if he can find out where the leak is or if it's a hole that they just did a temp fix on just to get it out the parking lot. Should've known something was up when it wouldn't start and they ended up fixing the fuel line, which actually didn't fix it because my husband had to go buy more parts to fix it because it was dumping fuel in one tank and overflowing it. read more

DO NOT BUY A TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! Read BBB reviews, look at the 24 complaints filed with the Ohio Attorney General. It is clear that they falsely advertise, cover up major issues with trucks all under the guise of rebuilt engines and truckers are losing money, business, their livelihood because of this crooked dealership. We made the mistake of buying a semi here in January 2023 and were provided paperwork that it had a rebuilt engine. The truck immediately began having issues and our mechanic does not believe that the engine was rebuilt. Now upwards of $33,000 in repairs are needed and are stuck with a non-running truck that we have to pay for. We have contacted the dealership and company that supposedly did the rebuild and it is is not looking promising in terms of amends being made. Reading other complaints and lawsuits this seems to be their M.O. Go elsewhere and learn from others mistakes! I will keep warning people about this business. I filed in court but sent the petition to the wrong division. It was sent back with a letter from the judge stating why he sent it back and closed the case. I will still be pursuing this matter. I feel sorry for anyone that has gone thru what I went through. I wish i could get everyone to listen and not buy from these guys. You can understand small issues and a resolution to the issue that helps the buyer, but they knowingly cheat people out of thousands of dollars with no remorse and no willingness to help.
