The team and the service here is exceptional. Appointments run on time, what a crazy concept, and the staff is very friendly. In a world where providers are pushing costs as low as possible, Bay Star's dentists do the actual work themselves. Dr. Tai cleaned my teeth and spent time just getting to know me as a new patient. I have not been to a dentist in a long long long time. i was a bit apprehensive about what I would experience but Dr. Qian introduced herself, went over my problems (which yikes I had a lot of!!!) and offered to repair sameday after my initial exam and cleaning. I wasn't ready that day so I had set up another time to come back. They take care of you here!
