The company explained that this is normal because these are not permanent lashes. I usually get lash extensions from another place and they usually last for at least 3 weeks with minimum fall out. Because of this I don't consistently attend chic lash boutique. In this economy today, if I pay a $150 for lashes. I want them to last at least 2-3 weeks without having to touch them up. My favorite lash artist is Mary, she's kind, and skilled.

I'm not a fan of their scheduling because they leave no time in between sessions for alterations. What I did like about them was they were very fast and I was out within 30 min but I feel that may also be a downfall now that I have gone over 8 times, i notice my lashes do not last more then a week before they are start slowly falling out. I schedule refills and then come refill time, My eyelashes are pretty much gone to where I feel like I need a full set , but because I didn't tell them that at the time of booking the refill, (like I knew your lashes were gonna fall out so soon) they won't accommodate that and make me come back and schedule another appointment. Time management is not the best there. This is the only place I have been to that my lashes don't last at least a month before I need to refill. Also not a fan of prices. They charge you for the initial Lash instillation and then they charge you for the style of lash you want and then they also charge you a master stylist fee on top of that. I feel like I walk out spending $350 on lashes which I've never done before. Even with the membership I just don't feel like it's worth it so I'm glad I never signed up. I thought that maybe it was just the location that I was going to. Amazing lash studio is a chain so they have multiple locations. I went to the midtown location and got a "master stylist" and she gave me a full set of eyelash extensions, and I kid you not. The next day they fell all out. I have been getting my lashes done for the last five years, so I know how to properly take care of them. When I called to tell them what had happened, they blamed me and said, are you sure you didn't do this yourself?. Yeah because I wanted to spend my day coming back to redo my lashes. Because I have nothing better to do with my life on a Saturday before a big event which was the reason I went the day before.

I was very hesitant to get a lash lift because I've always had full and long lashes and was scared they'd get messed up but I wanted to stop using mascara as often so I decided to get one. Now it's June and my lashes are broken off and frizzy. They go all different ways and just look really really bad. I've tried oils and everything to get them to look normal but nothing has worked yet. My experience wasn't great when I went in and now my lashes are ruined, I can't wear mascara because it looks crazy. I'm not sure if they were over curled or the chemicals were left on too long but my eyelashes still haven't recovered. I'm so upset my beautiful lashes are ruined. I regret getting a lash lift and would never get one again unfortunately.

I was welcomed into the studio by the receptionist, Hailey, who was very knowledgeable about the different styles, weights and lengths of the lashes and ensured that all of my questions were answered so that i left with exactly what i wanted (my previous sets were still beautiful, but i was hoping for something with a little more flare on the ends). Sarah, the stylist, was fantastic! She told me that she thought the size i had in mind would be a bit too heavy for my eyes, so she encouraged me to go down one thickness level- I'm so glad i listened to her! They look fantastic!
