Will talk shit They have terrible customer service. Lashes will fall out if you go here don't waste your time or money. I've been going here for a year hoping things would get better but they just keep getting worse. The glue will burn your eyes and they don't care about fixing their lack of doing a good job in the first place..... they will fall out and damage your real lashes. Why I went back, I question every day. She doesn't change the sheets between clients, she offers a blanket every time that I know is not washed between clients, so I decline. She doesn't leave her chair when she calls her next client into her station. I'm not sure how she has time to sterilize her equipment; therefore, I don't think she does. This last time I went to her, I got a horrible infection that resulted in my eyelashes falling out. I have no eye eyelashes! The pain was unbelievable, so much so that I almost went to the emergency room. I couldn't sleep, my eyes were red and felt like they were bulging out of my head! I went to my eye doctor twice and thank goodness my eyes are okay and I'm grateful for that. However, I have no eyelashes! I questioned her in the past about the eye infections I've had and questioned her about her sterilization procedures. In her broken English, she told me she does sterilize between clients. I do not believe that she sterilizes her tools. I've have two friends who have also gotten eye infections from her. One day as I was waiting for my appointment, a lady was checking out and questioning the receptionist as to why her eyes have been so itchy and red the last time she got her eyelash extensions. That should've been my clue, amongst others, to not return. When I go to my nail salon, they open a package of tools that have been through a sterilization process. Hannah's business does not do that! Shame on me for returning and I learned my lesson the hard way. She did return my money, including my tip and offered me free eyelash extensions when my eyelashes grow back, really? I will never get eyelash extensions again. I'm grateful that my eyes were not permanently damaged. My eyelashes will grow back, but I will never get eyelash extensions again. Please be aware that it appears that Hannah is violating health codes. I have notified the health department. She could truly damage someone's eyes permanently! It's just not worth the risk. Hopefully she will get a violation and get her act together by changing the sheets between clients, bringing a new blanket in each time a client walks into her station and properly sterilizes her tools with the proper sterilization equipment. This is a disaster waiting to happen... I was lucky there was only my eye eyelashes and my eyesight was not damaged. Hannah, I've seen that you have responded to others who have given you a low rating. Don't you dare respond to this one with any excuses. Hopefully the health department will be knocking on your door any day now. I would suggest that you get your act together and sterilize your equipment and change the sheets! That's disgusting!

Overall this set was value and looks good on day one. I'll update my review in a couple of weeks, but definitely plan to come back and see her again. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the rooms and tables are a little sketchy. Not sure if they are always like this or bc of covid reasons, but the tables are all wrapped in Saran Wrap I guess for such a great deal not everything can be perfect. I had to go back in to the Lady Lash Studio 3 times for my micro blading. I got an eye infection. For two weeks my eyes were matted. When I expressed my concerns, Hope said, oh! But, they are better now. Lady Lash Studio is only concerned about the money they make. Not the customer. When I tried to explain how I wanted my eye brows to look, Hope did not care. Same results.y eyebrows are not symmetrical. I had a facial performed by Hope. Very rough. Not pleasant and soothing. Left two dark spots on my face. The male that called me is very rude and unprofessional. Straight Bull! I ask for what was advertised. I did not get that. Oh! And, Hope took it upon herself to charge my credit card $25. I was very hesitant to get a lash lift because I've always had full and long lashes and was scared they'd get messed up but I wanted to stop using mascara as often so I decided to get one. Now it's June and my lashes are broken off and frizzy. They go all different ways and just look really really bad. I've tried oils and everything to get them to look normal but nothing has worked yet. My experience wasn't great when I went in and now my lashes are ruined, I can't wear mascara because it looks crazy. I'm not sure if they were over curled or the chemicals were left on too long but my eyelashes still haven't recovered. I'm so upset my beautiful lashes are ruined. I regret getting a lash lift and would never get one again unfortunately.
