They have a salon chair that has enough space around it to transfer from a wheelchair. That's not always easy to find. Very unprofessional i dont care what type of business you own, you should not be gossiping about ANY client/customer. Not only was she full of compliments but the music was very calming and they even have complimentary snacks and drinks. Such a vibe. I'm glad I found a spot I can keep coming to. The salon itself is clean and the nail work was well done -- I'm happy with how my nails turned out. However, my experience was soured by what happened after my appointment. Before we began, the nail tech outlined the pricing for the services I requested, which I agreed to. After she finished, she gave me the total - I trusted her calculations. I paid, tipped generously, and left. Not more than a few minutes later, she came running out to my car to tell me she'd miscalculated and asked me to send an additional $20 via Venmo. While I of course don't mind paying for services I received, it felt incredibly unprofessional and awkward to be chased down after already settling the bill. In my opinion, if there was a pricing error on the staff's part, the salon should have honored the quoted total and taken the loss as a gesture of goodwill. I did pay the extra amount and ultimately it's not about the $20 but the experience. The interaction made it feel like profit came before guest experience and unfortunately, that's enough to make me think twice before returning. My final total for a builder gel manicure (with no extensions or nail art) and a gel pedicure came out to $140 -- before tip. That feels quite steep compared to other salons in the area offering similar services. read more

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with drinks and snacks, which was such a nice touch! It's really new they told me the opened in December, it's very clean and has a cute aesthetic with blue walls and beautiful flowers. Linda did my toes and Nancy did my fingernails and they both did a great job. For my nails, it was my natural nails shaped to an almond shape and a opaque pink gel polish. Nancy did an amazing job on shaping them, I had tried to shape them myself but couldn't get it quite to the perfect almond shape she did! She always has nice recommendations with what color or style to choose from. I usually come see Nancy for my nails, and she is wonderful every time. She is patient and takes her time with my nails. The experience is a 5 out of 5 rating every time. They also have so many different services to choose from. I usually get gel manicure and regular pedi, and eyebrows waxed.
