Their honesty. They serviced my truck, flushed th3 coolant and transmission and changed the oil but only opened the air filter and when the clip broke, they left it alone. Air filter is black and no my truck as issues and needs to go.to the shop. Sensor and air glow issues. I always was happy but not anymore. A worker named David helped me even fix my ac as it had been making noises for a year and even shops couldn't fix it but he opened my cabin and reached in for a while and pulled out a bunch of stuff inside the fan with no extra charge all the workers here have a positive attitude and are friendly and nice and always wanting you to get what's best for your car and you. read more

1-During my oil change one of the guys there broke my tire valve, and I did not have a spare. They said they would get me a tow truck and pay for it. 2 hours later still no tow truck. When the manager asked one of the workers where is the tow truck, he said he forgot. So, I called a tow truck, and they then took another 45 minutes to get me. The tow truck was $125, Fixing the tire $25. I did not even ask for the tire repair, just the tow. I called their office and told me to send the bill. It's been 2 years and still nothing. I will not recommend this place. I will never trust them again! Back to Speedie in Turlock. 2- Being diabetic I need to use the bathroom quite often. They yelled at me when I tried to use it. Be aware!!! I sent my young son there to get his oil changed. My son had no idea what he was doing other than an oil change and these snakes took full advantage of him by billing him $400 worth of crap his car did not need. Spoke to the manager and he was not helpful. Go somewhere else. read more

Serious Mistake by OilChangers.com - No Apology or Accountability My granddaughter took her car to OilChangers.com for a routine oil change, and they overfilled the engine by 3 quarts. As a result, the car started smoking and running erratically. We had to call a tow truck and take it to a mechanic to avoid further damage. Although they did refund the cost of the oil change, they never apologized or acknowledged how serious the mistake was. Overfilling oil can cause significant engine damage, and their lack of responsibility or concern was extremely disappointing. I'm posting this review to warn others--if you choose to use OilChangers.com, double-check their work. I made a mistake and overfilled my car with oil. I went to another place before and they refused me service, but the men at oil changers did not. They went above and beyond with their service. They cleaned my engine from the overfilled oil, they cleaned my windshield, and even clean all the debris from underneath my hood. They were also all very nice.
