Fast and relatively inexpensive. I went in for an oil change. Upon arrival, I was guided in and they immediately started working on my car. For $95 (my car requires the more expensive oil, but I had a $10 coupon), they changed my oil, checked all lights, filled my tires, and topped off all liquids. No upselling, I didn't even have to provide any information like email or phone if I didn't want to. Compared to the quoted $235 at the dealership which would render my car unusable for a whole day, this is the BEST deal out there. I asked couple questions like what kind of synthetic oil do you use because there is a difference between 0W20, 5W20 and 5W30. I also asked what is the oil brand is it Mobil, Liqui Moly or something else. And on the last question a guy got really angry.... Thorough, reasonably-priced oil change. Along with the $64 oil change, they changed my very dirty air filter ($20) and changed my coolant fluids ($110). I appreciated how they showed me how dirty the air filter was before asking if I wanted to change it. Before installation, he showed me how the new air filter matched the size of the old one. It's an oil change, and about what you'd expect from a quick change type of place. Except that it isn't. The workers were so friendly and hospitable. And they explained what they were doing, what they noticed, and if you wanted to purchase extras, here's what they are. But it wasn't normal oil change place pushy, just that's what it is and hopefully, you understand why it's needed/necessary. What a welcome relief to not have to feel like I need to pay out the nose just to keep my car running, or worse, not understand why I should be paying extra fees. This last time both Alton and Devonte were especially kind and accommodating answering all of my questions about my old car and offering extra advice and information that I didn't know I needed. So I did the bare bone oil change, no extra bells and whistles. With a $10 off coupon, making it about $55. Two docks available- had to wait about 15 minutes, no appointment. Took about 20 minutes. They didn't clean my windshield, and seemed to rush me through, but all in all fine. They didn't update my paperwork, I guess previous owner had also been to an oil changers so it still has her info instead of mine,and incorrect mileage, but I got it done! I had already checked most of the fluids and filters, and they tried to sell me a filter but it only looked dirty because he touched it with greasy hands! I think that was kinda dishonest, especially since I'm a woman, trying to pull one over on me?! but I already knew it looked fine. Overall it was fine but nothing stood out good or bad. The service was fast but also the guy clearly didn't check everything on the checklist that was listed on my receipt/summary of service. He didn't greet me or explain anything to me about my car. Had me just turn my lights on and filled oil in my car without any real exchange of words with me except for telling me the price and asking for my card. The guy was about to send me on my way until the other guy working there intervened and was more attentive. He ended up checking my tire pressure, washed my windshield which were both on the original checklist. Makes me think the other things on the checklist wasn't even looked at... unfortunately it was a poor experience there and not planning on paying for that again. read more
