Jacqueline - 10/29/25 - evening I did go back at noon because the other location no longer exists and I couldn't drive that far. I was greeted, given some water and pulled in. The guys worked on my car. I did get a discount because of the earlier happening (read below). The guys were nice and professional. They checked all of the bells and whistles and topped my liquids off for free. I appreciated them because they serviced my car. I hope that I don't come back on another day when this happens. I also hope that they have a back up plan for the days when the manager isn't available. When I was at BEX, I discovered why they had associate and assistant managers. That was so that things could continue running in the absence of the person in charge. My only thing now is that I hope ths doesn't happen again. I've worked in retail for years, and if the manager isn't in, they come in to fix stuff. His unwillingness to come in says a lot. It was 8:45 in the morning when I came by and that's a long wait. So there is no assistant manager? The places I worked in had assistant or associate managers to be there and do the work of a manager. The inability to care about this enough to show up to make sure the machines are running. I was told by the employee, we don't know if it will go through. Then what? That's not good to have an employee show up and not know if he services someone on a card, if it will go through. There should be a protocol for that. Lastly the question, do you have cash? Really? Tacky! Not good morning, how are you? I'd like to inform you but his first words, "Hi uh, do you have cash?" So I had to go down the street to get coolant and put it in my car because they were open at a reasonable time but would not provide service unless I had cash! read more

I came here for the first time, but it won't be my last time. I actually had spent most of the day looking for a place that wasn't super crowded to get an oil change. I found nothing until I went to Take 5. There was only one person ahead of me, so I got in there in about l0 minutes. In and out in about 25 minutes. Customer Service was A1. Went there on a Tuesday to get an oil change to then be told I need a new oil filter cap. The guys let me know some places to call to get that done. After calling a few places I finally was able to order one from O'riellys. I did a 2 day shipping and was able to get the part in by Thursday. After picking up the part I went straight to Take 5 to get that oil change. Each time I'm greeted with water and great customer service. It was like a hard a very bad oil spillage and they did a very good job on cleaning what they could and went above and beyond to make sure I was good. The service for an oil change was a bit pricey but I do have a Mercedes and expect the pricing to be what it was. It wasn't overpriced just a little higher than normal. I'm forever grateful for this level of customer service and will be a forever customer. read more

I had a long wait, about 45 minutes. I didn't know you had to drive around the side so I got out of the car and waited in the work area for at least 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. Afterwards, no one told me to drive around, I had to ask. One mechanic was helpful the others looked hostile like they didn't want to be there. They did the work, but I didn't like the mannerisms. I called on a Friday evening to check if they could fit me in for an oil change, and it turns out they operate on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis, so no appointment was needed. I went in on Saturday, and the whole experience was fantastic! I was able to stay in my car while they worked, and the staff was so friendly and explained everything clearly. They even offered me a discount code, which was a nice touch. The service was super quick--I was out in just 10 minutes! Everything you're reading here is absolutely true. I went here this morning, you pull up, you go in, you stay in the car, they show you everything and you're out in 15 minutes. Couldn't have been a better service. Very rare you can find an oil change place this well run. These young men working here were top notch and deserved of all the praise you see here on yelp. This is one of those rare cases where yelp really did help someone find a great place (you know how it is, you do a search and you get all the paid yelp businesses show up and that never works for anyone). Doubt if most of these glowing reviews are for real! Take5 is more like take 55 minutes in and out. Was informed my oil level was dangerously low, which was BS- I'd checked it a few days ago, perhaps he doesn't know how to read oil levels Goon mechanic ( who later could not replace my air filter housing) crying major, major oil leak; I park my van same place for years and have a few drops there yes. Saw some weird happenings under my hood and after paying I stopped outside to find my dipstick broken with the metal stick stuck in the shaft- yes, he doesn't know how to check oil levels - and they weren't even going to tell me about it! Now I've got to pay a mechanic to fix that, and I can't check my oil level, which I really need to do after these dodgy fools messed up my trusty minivan Edit, they said they would call when they received the replacement dipstick but didnt. I called, left a message, they never replied. Don't ever trust these people! read more
