I came here for a simple oil change and left feeling like I paid for a whole engine rebuild. I waited about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged, then another 30 minutes for the actual service. For a routine oil change that usually costs me $60-$70 elsewhere, I was charged $110 and some change. Nothing extra, nothing special, just an overpriced basic oil change. If you're looking for fair pricing and efficient service, you're honestly better off going somewhere else. I was desperate for an oil change so chose this place but it is way too expensive for what they offer, and the long wait on top of it didn't help. Save your time and your money. read more

Super fast and efficient. I asked how much to install a cabin air filter I had bought but couldn't reach the awkward location in my car to put it in myself, and a technician named Michael said he would do it at no charge. It turned out to be a struggle for him, too, but he didn't give up and eventually got it in. It was very hot that day, too, and I'm sure it was frustrating and uncomfortable for him, but he did it! I pulled in for a quick oil change service. I'm perfectly fine with how this place is supposed to work. In fact, I prefer it. In theory, it's a good, efficient system. Unfortunately, it takes the right employees. It takes employees who have at least a modicum of customer service. Apparently, they don't here. I pulled up and sat in front of the open bay while 3 or 4 employees worked. They saw me but made no effort to even acknowledge to me that I was there. After waiting for over 20 minutes without even an acknowledgment I was there I left. I recommend avoiding this place. In response to the business owner's reply. There are a lot of similar reviews. Obviously, your canned response is not sincere or you would have done something about it. read more

This place is great. Service is friendly and the entire process takes around 30 minutes. My oil light came on and the technicians checked to see my oil level. Because the oil light went off by accident, the technicians topped off my oil and inspected my car free of charge. Definitely coming back here! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. This place is a joke. I went to get my oil change for my GMC truck. Assistant manager Cara couldn't even open the hood for the truck. Second she googled the wrong model and gave me the wrong price. Third they couldn't even find the filter on the truck. Had me wait over and hour then apologized and said they don't have the oil for my truck. At this point I'm angry my time was old worth a $15 discount for my future oil change with them. No thanks!! How upsetting we have taken our car there 2 times already. We recommend this place to our military friends. That's also how we found out about it. I will never go back. Worst service ever. It's a bummer we have 3 cars and wanted this place to be our to go spot. Now I'm at jiffy lube and only took them 20 minutes to get my oil change. They had no problem finding the filter. read more

A close friend was about to drive to Oregon, but I found that the last mechanic forgot to fasten the plastic cover under the engine bay, and it was making a lot of scary noises as she drove. She needed help fast so I recommended she call and ask Oil Changers if they had fasteners and could help. They fixed her problem in a snap, explained what she can do about it moving forward, and saved her trip to Oregon. I am in town helping my daughter get ready to head home after graduating UC Davis today. The service engine message popped up on her car, so I started quizzing her on all things related to her engine and determined she very likely needed an oil change. Oil Changers came up on our Yelp search and is super convenient. It is a drive-thru style and easy to stay in your car while they perform the service. That is also very helpful for when they ask questions regarding other things that may need tending to. We put off changing the air filter, but they put it on our account as a recommendation for next time. Good idea! They also record your email so they can send you reminders. An oil change was definitely in order as the car oil level was very low. A reminder will be very helpful in the future. The staff was super kind with their suggestions and information, and they patiently answered all our questions. They also helped getting the engine light reset. There was a $5 coupon that popped up when we checked-in. The overall price is what you would expect to pay at similar businesses offering the same service. They also have an offer to buy 3 get 1 free services. I recommend you stopping by if you are in need of an oil change. Stop by and check anyway because you might just need one and not know it. read more

I walked in this place from the gas station next door looking for help with my flat tire. Well, obviously this is an oil change shop so they don't really deal with tires, but for some reason it popped up on Yelp for tires, so I thought I'd double check. I spoke to Andres who was just my guardian angel today. He came over to the gas station to help me put my spare on so that I could get to a tire shop. I was so impressed with Andres and realized I was actually way behind on my regular oil change, so I immediately asked if they had time to fit me in. He told me it's just first-come first-served and it was early so there was no wait. I had not been to this kind of oil change place where you just stay in the car and the mechanic talks to you throughout telling you what they are doing. Andres was completely professional throughout the entire process and I thought the price for the oil change was reasonable for such nice quick service. Thank you so much Oil Changers.
