I asked someone there if all they could do was replace my oil and leave the filters and additional fluids I was told "That's not what I asked you." Well guess what ***hole, I did, I didn't need their filters to replace my current one that was more than fine for another two oil changes. While they did the job and my car is completely fine, I felt disrespected with my request as a $100 oil change that they claim is good for "3000 miles" is highway robbery. No modern car needs new oil that frequently - they continued to pester me about services that I didn't need done again, I already had a mechanic specialized in my car maker do all I needed. I get it was a holiday weekend, but all I wanted was an oil CHANGE, not an excuse to double the bill for a handful of lousy services anyone with a brain can handle on their own, and the lousy attitude reinforces that I will not come back to their franchise.
