NO DENTS, SCRATCHES OR LEAKS(PIN HOLE RADIATIR LEAK FIXED) During oil change had a weird incident, they over looked, I tried too but AFTER MY VISIT, LEAKING OIL, threw EngineCodes, crappy gas mileage, crappy performance. After taking it back 3 times and a claim entered. After 3 way telephone conversation,them stating I need to prove that it has code issues. Ran codes, printed and emailed back to them ...No call, no show, no more emails! Now, I find out that there are missing/leaky lifters and filters all to go with oil pressure related issues that Valvoline damaged my engine and won't admit TO fault AFTER BEING A LONG LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF 14 YEARS, IN LIBERTY FOR 28 YEARS, this is what I get....A car repair up to $3k when I bought a PERFECT RUNNING TRUCK THAT WAS DONE BY INCOMPETENT ROOKIE WORKER, WHO HAPPEN TO HAVE BEEN FIRED A WEEK OR 2 AFTER MY OIL Change and before I brought my car back the first time..(took witness) oh and I told the Mgr to go look at the video/audio of the oil change in question bc I pretty much yell WTF and there was panic in the kids eye in my window telling me turn it off turn it off!!!! And a huge knock!! Like there was a tool stuck in it or dry sounding.... One thing wrong, they forgot to put oil in it , then asked me to start it with no oil in the engine, SOUNDED HORRIBLE WHEN I STARTED IT!! JUST DONT GO TO ANY VALVOLINES!!

Another mechanic looked at it read the codes put in a coil solved out to them told who I was what it was about they put me on hold just never to answer my phone call wrote reply about trying to reach out to granddaughter never did all made up. Now when they called, they told me they figured out what the problem was, without pulling it into the bay - so they didn't even charge me. Any other place would have charged me even if they didn't pull it into the bay and just took minutes out of their day to look at it. Even though transmission work, isn't their bread and butter, their honesty speaks for itself, as well as not trying to nickel-and-dime. They will definitely be my primary spot for mechanical repairs in the future.

2 different vehicles Kia telluride they left the oil pan…read moreplug loose one time. Another time they over tightened the oil filter housing and cracked it. Other vehicle Toyota Camry they did not tighten the oil filter all the way causing the car to leak oil.

If you have a V8 that takes more than 5 quarts of oil (what is included in their price set) GO ELSEWHERE or be prepared to spend $100 extra for 5 more quarts of oil. $20 per extra quart is crazy. Thankfully the guy working on my car threw some discounts on for me otherwise my oil change would have cost me $200. The service is great but other than that unfortunately I probably won't be back due to the price it's going to cost me every time I go in there.
