These guys are great there straight up and do not oversell or try like the other store ( Jiffy lube or Valvoline) they're not overpriced like that other store and that is what I like if you have your own oil there will do it for you at a fair price were those other stores charger you as if they put their own oil into the car. We are a repeat customer with several vehicles. Have been going to Walton's for over 10 years. We even moved 40 minutes away, and still drive to Liberty for their service. They stripped out the oil drain plug, leaked oil all over garage. Took it back the next day, said it was fixed. Still leaks oil. The car NEVER leaked a drop previously. This place is great! I will say, I haven't ever had such a great oil change experience as this. You pull your own car into the bay and stay in the car. They check the filters, fluid levels, tires and change the oil. They say they can do all of that in 9 minutes and they truly can. I was only there for about 10 minutes! I never had to even get out of the car. They were friendly and didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. My filters were still good so they just blew off the dust on them for me. They cleaned some corrosion off of my battery connector for me. The price for the oil change was competitive and reasonable. Lovely experience! I will definitely be going back here read more

Pulled in at 8:30am and the service staff immediately opened the second car stall and began my oil change. As a new customer, they collected my car information and oil type and began servicing my car. It was so quick and easy, likely less than 9 minutes. The staff was very friendly and efficient, aired up my tires and assured me that the oil they had drained out looked pretty good, so I was all set for another 5000 miles. I loved that I could just wait in my car, addressing emails, playing Angry Birds and was out of there in no time. At $34 for Penzoil, I thought it was a great deal. They also offer air filters and wipers starting at $9.95. Way faster than other places I've gone for oil changes, friendly, and at a better price - I'll definitely be using Walton's regularly for oil changes. read more

I have to say that I was very very impressed with Waltons. They are really what every customer service provider should be. I just left work and called them to see if they could squeeze me in before the end of the day. Even though it was close to closing time the did not hesitate to say that they would be happy to squeeze me in. I drove right into the bay and was in and out super quick. I'm not sure what frills one requires when getting an oil change but for me I want nice people, fast service, and a good price. Plus is was nice to support a local business. If you shopped around you could probably get a little better price. However, I am a big proponent that your time is worth something. With that being said I think Waltons was on point. read more

I work for a locally owned small business and customer service is always number one to me. Horrible service! This place has changed! We used to come here all the time and had great service until recently. They broke the drainage plug on our car when they changed our oil. I called and spoke with the manager, who said it was his last day but he would have the owner, Don, call me which he finally did. He said to come in and they would get it fixed. When we went back the next day to get it fixed they said there wasn't an issue and they only problem was that the plug was on tight. So they changed our oil and I left. After a few days we noticed our car started leaking oil all over our driveway and garage. When I called back to speak with the new manager, Mike, he said, "Oh yeah it is broken, we have the part right here. We had someone walk out without notice that morning so there was only one guy here and he didn't know what he was doing or what was going on." I said, " I told him what was going on!" He to,d me to come back in and they would get it fixed right. So i had to make another trip back. When we took the car back to get fixed the same guy who didn't know what he was doing the first time was there again. He proceeded to tell me that the part they ordered was too small so he made another quick fix and it may or may not work. I asked to speak with the manager or Don, the owner. He said they weren't there, but he would have them call me back. I never received a call so I called several times until I reached the new manager, Mike. I was explaining to him what went on and my frustration. All of the sudden he said, "Can I call you right back? Don, the owner just walked in and I will tell Him what is going on and have him call you back." I said, "Great, thanks!" This was about three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for Don, the owner to call me back and we just noticed our car started leaking oil again. So I guess they didn't fix the issue. I would not recommend going to get your oil changed at this place...ever!!! Sad to see a small local business treat their customers this way. read more
