This business is very customer service focused. From the minute I pulled up to when I drove away they were respectful, responsive, honest, and friendly. They were also focused on getting the oil change done quickly but in a manner that didn't lack customer service. They tightend my oil filter too tight on Just hoping they didn't mess up the threading on the engine. This is a big no no it can cost a whole engine they act like they are educated when they are not very bright in this industry. Please stay away to protect your car. read more

I was surprised to see that they change the name and ownership of this place, but I'm glad to see that the customer service is still great. They have you stay in your car for the process which I prefer as it reduces the risk of me spreading germs or coming in contact with other peoples Staff is super friendly and always checks fluids and other basic things to make sure you were good on the road. Yesterday 2/26/24.. my mother who is a senior came in to get her oil change done. She waited then she was instructed to move her car from one lane to the other while the employees kept accepting other clients that came in much later. When asked they informed the guy who instructed my mom to move made a mistake. After my mom moved 2 times.. the employee told me that the car In front of me will only take 5 mins. Then it was her turn..when my mom followed up the guy who has a pierce nose and ears the guy told my mom " life is unfair.. so deal with it. My mom waited for an hour 1/2. My mom also asked for corporate number and the names of the employees but nobody wants to give out their names. This is really unacceptable specially for a senior who just needs a basic oil change. Just because she was a senior you guys can treat people like this. read more

They cleaned my windshield and provided free carnations to their female employees. These guys are fast and do a good job. They've taken care of me and my family for the last several years and I've been very happy with the service that they give. I think it's probably a good value. They're a bit on the high side, cost wise but the speed and reliability of what they do is worth it to me. Both locations in Riverside have great folks that have taken care of us well. read more

Yikes! $58 for the cheapest oil change! The previous place, Spoiled, was less than $25. We ended up going to Valvoline where it was $47 out the door. If Walmart was a little quicker, I'd go there... $23 for Quaker State and $33 for Pennzoil. Ive been going to Oil Changers for years and even when they changed owners, they've still managed to provide excellent customer service every time. I mostly go to get an oil change but they're always checking the little things for you and making sure you are up to date with any other maintenance your cad may need. Sonny was extremely efficient, fast and communicated exactly what he was doing and showed me the oil stick before leaving so that I could see the clean oil and that I was full. Came down south ( 4.5 hours drive ) this am and stopped by One auto shop told us to come back by five , we went by at 4 and they said they didn't have time anymore. So went to about 4 more places and finally wen to spoiled oil change and they said drive in , they did the oil change checked my tires filled my wiper fluid , showed me my filters without saying they needed to be change they said they were still good and even gave me this flower after I told them what happened. These guys were my heroes. You guys rock !!! All of my so cal friends , I highly recommend this place. I will be coming back here the next time I'm in town.
