First- everyone around us got a flower, and we didn't so that was a little sad. But the issue here, we too our vehicle to get serviced and specifically told them the tire pressure was low. They sent us away and the tire pressure light was still on, they told us to drive around to let the sensor work. Three hours later came back because the light hadn't gone off yet and had them check again. Only to find out they never actually checked the pressure and lied on the inspection sheet. The oil change was done just fine but honestly just disappointed that they didn't actually throughly do their 20 point inspection as advertised. read more

Yesterday 2/26/24.. my mother who is a senior came in to get her oil change done. She waited then she was instructed to move her car from one lane to the other while the employees kept accepting other clients that came in much later. When asked they informed the guy who instructed my mom to move made a mistake. After my mom moved 2 times.. the employee told me that the car In front of me will only take 5 mins. Then it was her turn..when my mom followed up the guy who has a pierce nose and ears the guy told my mom " life is unfair.. so deal with it. My mom waited for an hour 1/2. My mom also asked for corporate number and the names of the employees but nobody wants to give out their names. This is really unacceptable specially for a senior who just needs a basic oil change. I was surprised to see that they change the name and ownership of this place, but I'm glad to see that the customer service is still great. They have you stay in your car for the process which I prefer as it reduces the risk of me spreading germs or coming in contact with other peoples Staff is super friendly and always checks fluids and other basic things to make sure you were good on the road. This was my first time going to this location and experiencing an oil change like this. Everyone is super helpful and really nice. They cleaned my windshield and provided free carnations to their female employees. Service did not take any longer than 15 minutes and they top off service for the future is a great additional perk. read more

These guys are fast and do a good job. They've taken care of me and my family for the last several years and I've been very happy with the service that they give. I think it's probably a good value. They're a bit on the high side, cost wise but the speed and reliability of what they do is worth it to me. Both locations in Riverside have great folks that have taken care of us well. read more

Yikes! $58 for the cheapest oil change! The previous place, Spoiled, was less than $25. We ended up going to Valvoline where it was $47 out the door. If Walmart was a little quicker, I'd go there... $23 for Quaker State and $33 for Pennzoil.
