Came down south ( 4.5 hours drive ) this am and stopped by One auto shop told us to come back by five , we went by at 4 and they said they didn't have time anymore. So went to about 4 more places and finally wen to spoiled oil change and they said drive in , they did the oil change checked my tires filled my wiper fluid , showed me my filters without saying they needed to be change they said they were still good and even gave me this flower after I told them what happened. These guys were my heroes. You guys rock !!! All of my so cal friends , I highly recommend this place. I will be coming back here the next time I'm in town. The best oil change I had was my first time at SpOILed and the worst being today when I found out that they were bought out. Basic changes to this place have made unnecessary complications: The price went up by almost $11 for just a general oil change and it's become a drive through service model where you consistently have to turn your engine on-and-off for them to check your car. Before I was in and out in 10 minutes on an average day. Today, I went when it was nearly empty and it took almost 30 minutes to get the job done. All this and they can't even put the reminder sticker on your windshield for you! What happened?! Oh, how I miss the old SpOILed with how quick and convenient it was. Looks like I'll be on the road searching for a new company to be loyal too every 5,000 miles. I gave the place two stars because they honored my SpOILed coupon. Other than that, look elsewhere or go to your brand's dealership. read more

This may help those who used SpOiled prior and preferred to bring their own products, I prefer an uncommon synthetic brand that's never found in oil change shops but meets my manufactures warranty and is labeled as such. Yes, Oil Changers will still do the service. However, they charge the basic full oil change price. So where SpOiled simply charged a labor service. Oil Changers price is close to $40 for the bring your own oil service. That's an increase of nearly $15 for the labor! It's basically the same cost a any repair shop now to provide the labor. SpOiled was a far more relaxing and pleasant experience. I've not recommended Oil Changers like I used to SpOiled. I get that it's a different business model, and a bigger chain but it's not the same level of service or attention to customer needs. So yes they will... but you're gonna get dinged pretty hard for it. read more

oh how I will miss SpOILed... they were spectacular in service and pricing. Now this new company has some things to works on. The workers are nice and friendly BUT NO I don't want to drive my car into that little spot for you to do the work NO I don't want to be a part of servicing my car by reviving my engine on your que NO I don't want to sit in my car while you bang around under tue hood and body NO NO NO .... no more flower and mint, no more window wash, heck they don't even put the sticker on the window for you! To top it all off I'm paying MORE for LESS service now. Nope won't do it. I have NO idea why the owner sold to this less than company but it is a flop. So ladies... As a woman I always felt safe and trusted SpOILed...now I'm very leary and uncomfortable with this new place. The guy had to reach into the cabin over me to reset my maintenance sensor....and then hands me the reminder sticker to place myself...heck you reached all in here why can't you put the dang sticker up there? All in all I'm done with this place for sure ..I will pay the extra money and go to the dealer before I will return here. The 2 stars is for the guys who I am sure are trying their best under new direction to continue to give friendly service. But when the whole machine is broken the small parts won't work either. Nice try oil changes but you guys fail to live up to the SpOILed Legacy. Definitely not so spOILed anymore. Extremely unhappy with the fact that this is now a drive-thru service. The fear of having to drive into one of those spots is the reason I became a loyal customer of spoiled. I got out of my car let the great guys handle all the work. No, I don't want to be part of the service team reviving my engine to 2 to 3 rpm. Yes, the prices dramatically increased. I see one of the "manager" comments is to provide better training. What do you mean better training. They were amazing until the new owners bought them out! I guess it's on to look for my next oil change location. Were they fast? yes. Did they charge me for services they didn't provide? Also yes. Since the new management took over, customer service has suffered. They charged me for an air filter I declined to be replaced. They almost forgot to replace my skid plate. They were laughing and joking and not really communicating with each other when it came to getting the job done. Normally they offer me different oil options (synthetic vs regular) and normally they tell me what they are charging me for. Not so much this time. Probably time to look for a new place. read more

Great service. The mechanics that worked on my car were very nice and professional. I went around 920 am and was able to pull right in with no wait. Wow! What happened to this place. I thought I found the best place ever for oil changes when I first started coming here. Now it appears that new ownership has come in and they have significantly raised their prices more than what the dealer charges. I came in yesterday and waited and waited and finally got up to the bay and one of the employees says. "You will need cash, our card reader is down". Luckily I had the cash but it drained me of everything I had. Beyond that the service was very slow with visible inefficiencies as the employees milled around in confusion. When I looked at the service order you could tell that they just check off the boxes without really knowing what they did. I haven't checked their work yet hopefully it was done right. So sad to see this happen there. It appears that professional service is a thing of the past. read more

Came here for my oil change, was told that they have a new management and changed of name. But I still recognize some of the staff, still the same courteous and helpful lot! The only difference I noticed is that I don't have to get out of my car, which I personally think is great specially at this time. I think it gives less exposure for the clients and the staff as well.
