Quickly and efficiently, they fixed the tire then mounted it as the spare tire which was over 20 years old. The set of tires purchase elsewhere out of state where we live were two weeks old. I bought a new replacement tire, and it was mounted and balanced. The pricing was very fair. I watched and saw numerous people helped with consistent caring service on a Saturday morning. We came in for service to a leaky tire and from the moment we walked in the door these guys were super welcoming and had genuine smiles and a willingness to help. There is NOT a lot of good customer service out here now days and one of the last places you'd expect to see it is a tire shop but they blew us away. They made sure they checked all boxes when it comes to Customer Service and fast service. Everyone made eye contact and smiled. They PROMISED, even gave us a written receipt for the amount we'd be refunded in full once we had our new tires installed and returned their 3 tires. We brought the tires back and the owner refused to refund us the amount they promised.
