To much money it should not cost over 95 over one oil change. That's crazy as heckk..

I needed an oil change but dropping my car off at a Firestone for hours wasn't an option. I'm also 7m pregnant so I can't change it myself. I walked in midweek before work to enquirer about price and time it would take to change the oil in my 2019 Jeep. Enrique gave me a couple options on oil quality and the price along with a realistic time to how long it would take to change the oil. He never pressured me to get of over the other. I opted for the Royal Purple Engine Oil Full Synthetic. I was able to sit in my car while they worked on my car. They also did the basic check ups routine for an oil change. These people UNDER FILLED my car by about 2 quarts of oil. Had it not been for getting one of my signal lights replaced (via courtesy check) at another location, I never would have known. I then had to go to a local market and buy the needed 2 quarts myself. I am never bringing my car back here again. read more

So I went to this place to get my oil change done. I came home which is in Murrieta. Smelt burned oil thinking it might of been some of the excess thinking it was some of the oil that spilled on the side of the engine. Next day boy was I wrong. My drive way is covered in oil. So I called and spoke to Daniel the manager and he can't do nothing for me unless I bring it down. Murrieta to Camp Pendleton on low oil and possibly will lose more oil on the drive. Having to buy a new oil pan just because the people who performed my oil change fastened the bolt too tight to the oil pan. Today I watched the employees at Pep Boys have a difficult time unscrewing the bolt and when they managed to remove it, the thread from the oil pan came with it too. Fast service doesn't necessarily mean great service. How would you know the oil from the car completely drained? They promote Royal Purple motor oil, but don't tell you they used some generic oil filter when it should be a Royal Purple oil filter specific for your car. read more

I always get my oil change done here since it's convenient enough with everything I have to do around Mainside. I never wrote a review before but today I just had to. I ALWAYS get great customer service from everyone that works here. Today, being Friday, it was super busy when I got here around 8:20A.M. there were 4 cars ahead of me. Mike, greeted me and promptly assisted checking my car in. As I sat in the lobby to wait he came in and reminded everyone they had fresh coffee brewing. It was just him and another guy working, so 2 guys and already a line of cars. Between the phone ringing every now and again, and more people showing up, I can honestly say Mike is very proffesional and greeted everyone with a smile and by name once he checked everyone in. He has outstanding customer service skills as I would have probably gotten fustrated after the line of cars starting piling up soon after I got there. The wait was decent enough, as you don't know what the car in front of you is in for (service wise) just have to wait it out patiently. They reset my oil indicator which is a plus because most places don't bother with that and then your left to wonder how far you drove before noticing that (lol). They cleaned my windshield, which is also a plus cause I'm over due for a car wash as well ha ha. Overall, outstanding customer service from Mike, and everyone else who works here as I dealt with others in the past. They have very good knowledge with cars because they were able to tell how long I procrastinated putting off my last oil change before today. They also give you recommendations which THEY DO NOT DO UNLESS YOU CONSENT TO IT FIRST!! If they recommend something and you DON'T want it done, don't be afraid to voice a big fat NO, cause this place doesn't force you to get something you don't want done. However, if they recommend something it's because they do see that it is something your vehicle needs. They showed me how dirty my air filter was once, I admit I was hesitant to change it (I'm just cheap like that though) until they showed me the air filter I had on and after me seeing it I agreed to get it changed. Vehicle maintenence is just as important as your own health to keep your vehicle in top notch condition and working properly! :-) read more

So I went on October 7th around 3:00 pm. These guys were so rude from the start. They had me pull up and copped an attitude with me. Then I went inside and waited. These assholes clearly don't care or think I can't hear because as I was sitting there I can hear them laughing and saying "her radiator is fucked up!" (Someone threw a rock at my car a couple of years ago) I figured I would wait for one of them to come in and say something about it. Then the manager walks back in from talking shit about my car and doesn't say a word. So I say "something wrong with the radiator?" I could tell I caught him off guard and he tried to seem concerned but I wasn't buying it. I didn't get an apology or anything. He walks back out and then it's silent. At the time of payment the mechanic walks back in and tells me what I owe him without even mentioning what all he did to my car. They may have been quick and may be close to home since I live on base, but they were so rude to me that I would rather go off base and get better service. I will not be back. read more

Most incompetent lube techs I have ever encountered. Starting off i told the tech (Daniel I think was his name) NOT to remove my oil change reminder window sticker he immediately walks over there rips it off the window and says "why, what's wrong with it?" Seriously I just effing told you explicitly NOT to remove it. I also requested that my windshield wipers be replaced. Then I was asking him about the transmission flush they do because my truck has a special transmission in it and he said they have a machine that plugs into the transmission cooler lines (which is what my truck needs) so I agreed to the service. I walk back into the office of theirs and see him wheel around the flush vacuum that plugs into the dip stick and pulls all the old transmission fluid out through that. And i said "wait what are you doing?" he replied back "about to flush your transmission." dumbfounded I said that's not what I agreed to I wanted the flush done through the transmission lines. I replied back "oh, we don't have that machine, we dont do that here." I told him not to perform that service. Eventually (actually rather quickly) they finished working on my truck and came in to the office said I was ready to go. They typed up the invoice and it didn't have my windshield wipers on it. Already frustrated with the company I didn't even want to argue about it. I pay, get in my truck to leave and sure enough my old wipers are still there. as I drive away I noticed they also somehow managed to get my entire dashboard covered (and be covered I mean there was pools of it sitting there) with what I think is windex as I went around a corner it all sloshed into one of my dashboard speakers shorting it out and blowing the fuse for my radio. I have yet to see if their carelessness will cause anymore problems in the future with all the wiring under the dash. When I got home I was worried about my truck because my oil pressure was through the roof, I pulled the dip stick and they over filled it by about 3 quarts of oil. Long story short, your vehicle is better off not having an oil change than going here. Stay away from this scam of a business. read more
