Update : I recently went to get a smog check with the car I brought to oilmen. The air filter box hose was not connected! The worker at oilmen brought me my air filter trying to hustle me on getting it changed and I turned it down. So I know they touched my air box last. It could of left my fiancé stranded on the road... Bastards, avoid this place at all costs. Came here with my girls car. Got the fully synthetic deal they had advertised on the banner . While watching em pour the oil , it was Mobil super synthetic bottle. Not really full synthetic as that would be Mobil 1.... asked them about it and they say they only use Mobil super. If your expecting full synthetic be careful. I brought them my personal vehicle before thinking it was a decent place and deal. I asked for Mobil 1 full synthetic and they quoted me a average price. 98 bucks or so for 7 quarts full synthetic Mobil 1, with filter as I thought. Turns out they don't even carry Mobil 1 full synthetic... so I got ripped off before as well. Also seems as though owner is more friendly to Filipino customers. Also over heard him give a Filipino customer a better deal. Won't be returning. read more

Sad day today. 10+ year customer who brought in many vehicles. Wont be going back. After the old man stopped coming in the service has gone to sh*t. If you decide to purchase air-filters from their competitors and not them directly, they will damage your filter box and say its your fault. Asked for some way to make it right and the "manager" refused after the worker admitted to pulling out the air-filter. Asked for proof that his guy broke it. Other than the fact that the worker just pulled out the filter, and the piece hadn't fallen off an air filter box in 6000 miles i didnt have any. Great service. Asked if i can contact the owner through email, the "manager" said he takes care of the emails. Basically made it seem as that HIS word was the final say in a business he does not own. read more

Before going back to NorCal I had to get an oil change since my maintenance light came on. I didn't know any car shops in the area since I usually do back up north so I did some research. This place had a lot of good reviews and most of them were from women so that was a good sign. I went in and the staff was really friendly and professional. The older guy named Berto who was the manager was very courteous and told me the price of the oil change before they even started the service. Around $70 for full synthetic oil 0w20, plus they check your tires, filters, and even clean your windows. They said everything was still good so they didn't recommend me anything which is also a plus cause a lot of other shops would try to upsell you on things. Their oil change service comes with vacuuming the car, washing the windows and checking the air pressure. I made sure to watch what they were doing, because the last maintenance shop ruined my car. Was recommended from a friend to come to this car shop, and they did not disappoint. I needed to get my brakes done and they did a free brake inspection. I thought both the rear and front brakes were needed to be replaced, but they were honest and genuine and said my rear brakes were good and it was just my front pads that needed to be replaced. A shady shop could easily have said both brakes were bad and needed to be replaced just to get my money, but this shop didn't. Price was very reasonable to replace the pads and they did it with an hour and a half. Definitely recommend coming here, they're sincere and honest. read more

I came here to get my oil change and differential service done. I even brought my friend just to make sure they're doing everything right, and they didn't disappoint. I asked the workers if I can stay in front of the hood and watch them do the services and they didn't mind. We watched them replace the old oil filter with the new one, fill up the engine oil up to 6 quarts and saw them change the differential oil in the rear axle. I just moved to the area not too long ago and I was looking through yelp and discovered this place. Off the bat the manager Max was really friendly and nice. He told me for my Scion TC it'd be about 77$ for a full synthetic oil change and that's a fairly good price. I watched them do the oil change, as I made sure they did nothing shady and actually replaced my oil and changed my filter. That did just that, and I was really impressed with how fast they did it. Came here the other day, and this place has awesome service. Came in to get my brakes done and to get my differential oil changed, but they told me that my differential oil is still fine and I should be good for another few months. They did my brakes and rotor within 2 hours and I didn't hear any more squeaks. The fact that this shop was honest and genuine saying I didn't need my differential service done, goes wonders. So I had called on Saturday at about 4 o'clock asking what time would the latest that they can do a oil change he mentioned if I get there by 5pm that they would be able to assist me. I got there at 4:50 and immediately as I pulled up, they started waving their hands around saying "No, no" so I rolled down the window and they said "we're closed" they don't close till 5 o'clock as per their online hours and what they told me over the phone. I mentioned that I had spoke to someone they told me that if I got there by 5pm they would help me and he said "no no no we're closed" First off very unprofessional. So then I proceeded to continue going on Sunday, and keep in mind the last time I had been to this specific place was almost 3 years ago. The only reason I went back to this place is because my original place was closed and I have to commute to work tomorrow by 7 AM. So I get there and no questions asked they do the oil change and use synthetic oil without asking me what it is or what kind of service I wanted. Usually they ask if you want regular or synthetic they didn't ask me and it was $88 for an oil change. Overall customer service is horrible here. Definitely will never return here. I've learned my lesson. read more

I have a Toyota Corolla, and my maintenance light came on so I knew it was time to get an oil change. I just moved to the area, so I did my research on here and on Google and this place had good reviews. All the gentlemen were really nice and professional, and all of them were wearing masks as well. The manager even pulled in my car for me. They did not try to upsell me on anything, and they said that all my filters and fluids were good. I expected this place to be super cheap by reading ALL the ravin reviews but it was about $49.99 for my Father's Oil change on an 08' Sienna Van They finished the job in close to 15 minutes and Checked the air on all 4 tires. I'm not sure if I will bring my car here cause I only use MOBIL oil but I'm sure to bring his van back here when duty calls, aka when the Maint Req'd sign POPS up! I stopped going to the other shop I use to go to because they inflated their prices way too high and they tried selling me stuff I didn't need. I was doing my research and this place has good reviews so I came here. The guys here were friendly, professional, and honest. I got an oil change and did my brakes and rotors done here. The entire process took about 2-3 hours and they even offered me water as well. I was allowed to watch what they were doing and they gave me brand new rotors cause I know other shops just resurface your rotors even though they say they give you "new" ones. Please DO NOT come here they are useless, lazy thief's. I brought my car in because my tire pressure keeps going down they checked my tire for any leaks and found nothing they told me it's normal in warm weather for tire pressure to go down. I told them it happens monthly and they said that's normal what a load of bs. Then I brought it in because the car was making a weird noice when accelerating they said they would charge 30 dollars for a diagnostic test found nothing and still charged me the amount. 3 useless "mechanics " and they couldn't find the issue please don't waste your time here. If you use their shop make sure to confirm on a set price take a picture ask to pay before the work is done do what you gotta do to make sure they dont change the price on you. read more
