They got it in on a sandwich, in their slaw, on nachos, mixed INTO a burger, and on a salad. Because, balance. You can even get it on top of your mac and cheese. Oh, and pulled pork? They got it on a bun (topped with the bacon slaw), on nachos, you can even add it to a grilled cheese. The list goes on. Suffice to say, they have you covered on pork. That being said, when Oinkmobile came through Georgetown, I could not pass up an opportunity to try it out. I went with a group of four. Three of us opted for the Oink 50/50 Burger, rated one of the best burgers around. I was the outlier with the pulled pork sandwich. The burger was a HIT with everyone. It does not disappoint. The pulled pork sandwich was a messy delight. You get a brioche bun, plus that bacon slaw. Come on! What else do you need?? One lesson learned - maybe ask for a fork. The fresh AF Park is a cool spot with great ambiance and a full bar with pickleball courts too. But the real prize here is OINK MOBILE!!! Their 50/50 burger is A-MAZING!!! From the garlic aioli to the bacon-onion jam to the patty itself. This burger is a WINNER!!! Highly recommend. And their fries aren't too bad either. Service was good and fast and prices are reasonable. I would definitely eat here again. Looking forward to trying some Oink nachos or even the Oink BLT with some seasoned fries. I agree with Rob H. this is absolutely the best food, I had the pork sandwich , the pork was delicious, the bun is perfectly toasted , I love the sauce and the final top off of onion and pickle makes it a perfect sandwich!! The French Fries are crispy and delicious, not the normal limp ones you get at other places. The location in Cottonwood Shores is perfect, the outdoor area has tables and chairs, you can watch Pickle Ball on 4 courts, and an area for the kiddos. Soon there will outdoor music!!! I saw the Oink Mobile pop up and it piqued my curiosity. IT. WAS. AMAZING!!!! I tried a bit of everything so I could have the family try some as well, and I ended up eating it all. Judgement free zone! The 50/50 burger patty was perfectly grilled and was big enough to be folded in two for an extra large burger. The bun even stayed together on the way home without getting soggy. I don't honestly know what these folks' food tastes like, but I've gone several times this week, called, and everything. They're always closed. The business model must be good, but I'm done calling and wasting my time with the inconvenience. The availability is different on both Google and yelp, and even going off an earlier time they're closed 1-2 hours before they say they're going to be. My husband and I tried Oinkmobile tonight after seeing it many times when we would get pizza from the food trunk right next to it. It was hands down the best food we have had here in Marble Falls. We got the 50/50 burger, mac n cheese with pulled pork, bacon and jalapeño on top, and the BLT. Absolutely delicious but the burger was the star of the show. They gave us a fan to keep the flies away while we ate too which was nice. The only thing I wish was different is later hours. I'm always craving a burger after 7pm!;) read more

What an amazing team! The Oink Mobile visited our local brewery and I reached out to them prior to check on their menu. As a vegan, I wished that they would have something for me and my family. I've only ever had a burger like their 50/50 once, up in Maine (Butcher Burger, so freaking incredible) but it's such a breath of fresh air that I've finally found another spot that makes the pork/beef burger. Obviously they're cooked well done, since it has the pork, but that's absolutely no problem at all since it tastes incredible. If anyone were to give anything less than 5 stars to this food truck it's not fair to how awesome their entire operation is. We got there around 7, probably managed to snag the last burger they had, cuz it said sold out when we picked it up, but the fact they sell out is a testament to how amazing it is. If you want it, get there early; it's a food truck so supply space is obviously limited. Service was fast, fries were sooo cheap (honestly you could charge more than 2 bucks for the fries but I won't complain). Mac and cheese was flawless. The Good Lot was an awesome venue, but it's safe to say that this food truck is the reason why I'll be back all the time instead of just occasionally! Keep up the great work and don't change at all! I found this place courtesy of yelp and talked my husband into trying it. The 50/50 burger is divine. I've never had bacon jam before and it's excellent. Their mac and cheese is decent, topped with bacon makes it better. The nachos are 'bad ass' according to my husband. The BLT is as expected, good but not as good as their burger. We're back today for another try. Ordered the BBQ pork sandwich with seasoned fries. We haven't been disappointed with their menu yet! The only down side is parking.
