It was my first time coming here so I was a little lost and did not know where to go. But as soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by a hostess and was seated. I let the waitress know I was vegan and if they had any vegan options. She said they did not have much but she did point to the options that were available on the menu. I ordered two the avocado maki, and veggie. To drink I ordered tea and water. The service was fast. Once the food came out it did not disappoint. The sushi was cheap. And for being cheap it was delicious. The place was clean and really nice. People kept checking in to make sure everything was going great and if you needed anything. I loved this place and its prices. Definitely will be coming back.

All time favorite sushi spot in town! We have been coming here since they have opened and are loyal to this place for sushi! Great selection, always fresh! Employees are always friendly and welcoming. Convenient location, nice and clean inside as well.

We had to watch the conveyor sushi round about go by 4 times & decied we had to pick something. Literally almost everything had imitation crab. I feel like it was made as cheep as possible. Nothing even that good. I roll with masago. Nothing special. Even the blue plates were just kinda ok. We love sushi & know what quality is. Poke was pretty good. Service very good. No ambiance

This is definitely my new favorite sushi place! I love that it's a conveyer belt but if you want to order something off the menu you can. The sushi was really fresh and high quality. I got 3 rolls and a dessert which came to be less than 20$ A great price for the value. Employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. The music was great, vibes were immaculate. Would recommend this place for the next time you are craving some sushi!

There was this Asian woman dressed in a t-shirt and leggings with her socks over leggings up to her shins. Slippers was the choice of footwear. Very uninspired attitude and it's obvious that she hates being there. Kinda "I'm trapped in this dump of a restaurant" look and demeanor. Very well English and sounds like she grew up in the U. S. , but damn she was rude AF!! Breakdown on the food: 1. Miso soup - luke warm 2. Lemon chicken - breaded fried chicken chunks with a disgusting sweet sauce with a hint of lemon peel. 3. Scorpion Roll - might as well be eating a real scorpion because the fried shrimp in this roll was just glad yo get out of the freezer. Not good at all and the sauce that they smeared on the plate was had a vague taste that did not complement the roll. 4. The sushi- was offensive..not so fresh, most likely edible enough but we couldn't get out of this restaurant quick enough. I had to take a bite of the sucky lemon chicken just to get the taste of the super salty eel sushi. No, I did not dip it in anything. I only eat ginger with eel..a perdonal preference. Need I say more? DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Oregon has no tax on food but I still felt robbed of my $66.00. Shame..

Wasabi - like, real wasabi! I kept dabbing in my mouth never having tasted it before. It's both spicier on the front of your tongue and more luxurious on the back. I want more. The fried chicken bao was unfugging, unbelievably delicious. Can we say unfugging on Yelp? We got the Mrs V roll - spicy tuna topped with seared beef. Again, buttery with Rich beef and tuna that's actually spicy. Excellent roll This was an elegant, refined and completely delicious experience. We will definitely be back.

Our server didn't smile and seemed so impatient when we asked questions about the menu. He was going off the clock and flippantly said, if you need anything ask the other guy or the bartender, both of which seemed disinterested in filling in for him. When we asked about which tuna nigiri was which (several were on the plate) they had no clue and were not interested in finding out for us. Food wise, it was okay and I've certainly had better but the lackluster service tainted the entire night.

Today I went and got a 'Caterpillar' roll and 'Day Dreamer' roll. Let me break it down for you. Caterpillar roll: AMAZING 10/10. I love sushi and this is a go to roll for me NO MATTER WHAT. This roll is always good, but Sushi Pure makes it amazing, the taste, texture, and fulfillment it brings is unmatched. Day Dreamer roll: Very Solid 7.75/10. This roll had me in a chokehold for a second. That's neither bad or a good thing. The taste all around was very good, but the texture through me off (more personal problem, so many of you may love this). It was like soft, then crunchy, then popping due to the fish egg. All around I would recommend, but it may not be for everyone. The servers I've had both times have always been so kind, quick moving, and motivated so the service is unmatched as well. All in all, Sushi Pure is a must try with an amazing atmosphere!

Nice interior, and was waited on quickly. My waitress brought water, and took my order for green tea. It came quickly, a full mug, and a lovely little cast iron teapot with a second serving. Good tea, too! I ordered the nine piece Hamachi sashimi (on a diet... no carbs, lol)! I was brought a six piece... and let the waitress know that. Told her the six piece would be fine for now. Lovely presentation, and the hamachi was beautiful. Fresh too, no fishy odor and the color was good. It was delicious. I would eat here again!

The fish itself was decent--fresh enough and clean-tasting, but not blowing you away. Think reliable neighborhood sushi rather than anything premium. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty at 7:30 PM, the operational execution was incredibly poor. Service Delays: While a glass of wine arrived promptly, a single cocktail took 50 minutes to hit the table. Our appetizer required a 30-minute wait and lacked basic seasoning. Lack of Communication: The kitchen ran out of a core ingredient for one of our five sushi rolls. Instead of informing us, they unilaterally substituted a different roll, assuming we wouldn't notice. When addressed, staff insisted the replacement featured real crab, though the quality and texture indicated otherwise. Staff Inconsistency: Our primary server disappeared early in the evening, leaving us to track down other staff for updates. Because of the extreme structural delays, our food arrived just 30 minutes prior to closing, resulting in a rushed and uncomfortable conclusion to our meal. Had the restaurant been busy, lapses in timing might be understandable. Given the low volume of diners, this was simply poor management. I will not be returning.
