This is my favorite car place ever. Don't let the name fool you, they're not just a tire place, they do everything here! The best mechanics, the best front desk people and the best smell lol It's the only place I don't mind sitting and waiting because it always smells soooo good in here! They sell some decorative candles too so I think that's what it is. But apart from that, their prices are amazing, nothing compared to jiffy lube or any big name businesses like that. Here you get the family owned vibe, they truly treat you like family. They will build your profile so that every time you come in and give your phone number, they know who you are, they know your car, and you get points that accumulate and give you rewards! Also, you can sign up for text reminders so they'll let you know when you're getting close to needing service, an oil change for example! One time a rat went into the hood of my car and chewed the cover thing that covers the motor, they were the ones who found out what it was, they cleaned out the whole motor for me and ordered a new motor cover thing for me, everything was taken care of and I didn't have to worry. I've used Tire Place USA for years and was happy until this last time. They seemed to be very short handed. I brought my car in first thing in the morning with an issue where it would stall. They supposedly spent the entire day diagnosing it, only to call me at the end of the day and tell me they could not figure it out and I needed to take my car some place else. I brought the car in somewhat drive-able with no warning lights on - I had to have it towed away from the shop and it had a check engine light on. I guess if it's anything too complicated this is not the place to go. They are good for the basics is my lesson learned. read more

These guys are just the best! I found that I had a screw or big nail in a tire and I stopped at a Firestone shop (close to where I was at about 4:30) and was told they could not help me until the following morning and it would take about 45 minutes to fix the tire. On the way home I called The Tire Place to find they were open until 6pm. Traffic was bad but I reached them at a little after 5:30. Polite, efficient and fast, they took my keys and in less an 20 minutes from arrival they had fixed my tire and got me on the road before 6pm. But the best part, and always from these guys, they charge me $15! That is not a typo - FIFTEEN BUCKS. These guys are just the best and ALL my tire needs will always go to them. They do other automotive work as well and I will give them first shot in any auto work. Just a great place & fabulous customer service. Use them. read more

Excellent , excellent service! Went in at the end of the day with a tire replacement emergency and they did not have the tire in stock. But Gabrielle (Gaby) was so helpful and was trying to help me find the tire at other tire locations (basically the competition). Think for a minute...who does that these days? Gaby told me she could have the tire for me the next morning by 9:30 am. I was impressed by her professionalism and gave her the green light to order my new tire. I wanted to give her a deposit to show her I was coming back the next day and she told me it was not necessary. Again, she showed how professional she was with customer service. I was impressed. I came back the next morning at 9:30 am and they had my replacement tire waiting for me. I highly recommend this business and if you deal with Gaby it would be even better. She is cute, smart and straight forward. You can't ask for anything better. So guys, if you are looking for a cute, smart and professional girl, stop by and meet her. Searched on yelp to find where I could get my tire repaired since it had a screw in it. Called the tire place USA and talked to Lorena the owner. She was very friendly on the phone explaining to me that I could submit a warranty request to the manufacture if I needed to replace the tire and that they would provide all of the info I needed to submit. Based on the phone conversation, I felt that this business cares about their customers. They do not make appointments except you need to call in advance if you want an alignment or to order new tires. Otherwise it is first come first served walk ins only. I arrived at around 1:20pm on a Tuesday and talked to Kelvin. He said it would be 15 minutes but it actually took thirty until they started working on the tire. This was no problem since they had great WiFi to use and a nice shaded walkway area to wait (or you could sit in the waiting area inside which was nice and air conditioned. The fix took maybe 5-10 minutes and $15 later I was out the door. There was no trying to up sell me on a new tire or even a patch. When I asked about a patch Kelvin said it was not necessary and that the plug would last the duration of the tread. They have a rewards system when you check out and you can receive your invoice/receipt via text, paper or both. Thank you Lorena and Kelvin for making the experience easy. Popped in for an alignment and they had a great Groupon offer in place. They were busy and warned it would be awhile, which was happily accepted and appreciated. Decided to have two tires rebalanced as one seemed off at high speed only. Charged 30 dollars per tire for balancing only. Seemed high but paid and realized I should have investigated their price in advance and other local tire shops. My error ... Work was completed within time frame offered. Employee was nice overall and easy check out process. They had a couple other client hiccups while we were waiting, and outcome was not always as expected. I still find good value in their alignments and service, Although they only appear to work on front suspension specifically. They did not provide print out as in past either. read more

I went for a tire swap, took 2 days to do. I told the manager (Jose) that I wanted my old rims, the new ones that I brought were in boxes so I wanted the old ones put in the boxes so it wouldn't get my interi dirty or scuffed. I pick up the car and the put my old in rims that were full of dirt and grease on top of my seats. currently they are ignoring me and won't answer their phone. After they had replaced my tires a few months prior, one of my front tires started leaking air. I took it back, and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I decided to take it to JM Lexus, and they informed me that the tires had been installed incorrectly (without changing the underlying kit), and that this error had almost destroyed the entire system that holds on my tires. They also told me ANYONE that does tires would know to replace this kit, as it's standard procedure during tire changes. Cost me a pretty penny to have my car repaired at Lexus. The lady who answered the phone was nice, and told me they could take me right away. Had my car jump started and headed right there. I got my battery changed in 35 minutes and I was back on the road.
