He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises.

I do wish they were open on Saturdays as that's much better for my timing . I would recommend them as a knowledgeable and friendly place to take your car.

They were thorough, informative, and educational. And I felt really taken care of which, usually at mechanic places you feel taken advantage of. On top of that which you wouldn't think is such a great thing in a place where men are getting greasy and dirty, they were also well dressed and put together, and you could see that they all had great style and their attitudes and personalities and demeanor were amazing. If I were you, dear managers, I would do whatever it takes to keep this group of people and/or people pretty much near like them ... because of their customer service (seriously all of them, a team consulting each other, and everybody giving opinions and working with each other, which was fantastic.) Brought my car in for two new tires. So l drove around still leaking thinking I had another leak when the whole time they put the tires with the plug and slow leak in the back. Had to come back a second day and wait about two hours to get it corrected for a tire rotation. Doesn't that sound crazy !Guess what late two days in a row as a manager of a nation wide remodeling company and they cost me my time ! Clearly a staffing and care issue and hold your staff accountable. Worst part: my rims came back gouged around the lug holes and on the spokes, exactly where their tire machine and impact tools touch the wheel. Went in undamaged, came back damaged. Also my lug nut wheel lock, they said it was stripped and broked it. Didn't offer to replace it for free and how was it difficult when your guy was easily able to remove it the other day and my wheel guy was able to move it easily two weeks ago. YOUR GUY CLEARLY DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND BROKED IT AND DAMAGED MY WHEELS. I literally painted my wheels after a car wash company put acid on my wheels and now two weeks later I come to a shop that has great reviews I thought I was in the right place and now have damaged rims, no wheel locks and it's very upsetting as I did not bring my car in like this. I trusted in this shop. Also I am a car guy, I have pictures from the previous day showing my rims in normal condition as know they will try to claim it is not their fault. It's my fault, I had a bad feeling from the start especially when I was trying to talk and I kept getting brushed off. I sent them a text and they did offer to fix it. However, I don't trust their staff to do the repair. I saw the shop firsthand, and they don't have the proper tools or materials for the job and these wheels are custom painted on top of that. When I originally came in to replace a tire that was losing air, their staff purposely relocated that tire and damaged my rims in the process. If they were willing to do that, I have no confidence in letting them repair my wheels , and I am sure it was for me to come in and for them to not take blame. My rims are custom painted you would have to strip everything down , fill the dents you made and more, not some cheap filler fix that I know they would do. I did sent them an invoice, will they honor it probably not ‍ Also ownership didn't take fault of their mechanics messing up, didn't apologize and didn't even care to follow up. I will never come here and I have two other luxury cars that I will never ever step foot in this establishment neither. I'm now exploring my options to recover the repair costs. Photos attached. They made the noise go away the day I returned. But, on 7.7.2026 same noises - but louder - trying to put the car in reverse did NOT SOUND GOOD. So I chose to err on the side of caution and not drive the car. Never on any of the other THREE VISITS at this location did they choose to share with me the ENGINE WAS LEAKING OIL. That could have been the death of everything good. I believe they should be MORE CAREFUL in how they handle VISIBLE ISSUES - that is called CARING for your CUSTOMERS. They wanted full control of speaking with the PERSONS (licensed mechanic) who would fix my car, but EXPECTED me to lay out & pay for everything. Can I give zero stars on this? Where do I start…read more.... Brought my car in for 930, by 11 o'clock I went inside to ask for an ETA and was told there were four cars ahead of me. So before I got frustrated I asked for my house key and I walked home which was about a 30 minute walk I then took a nap and called at 1:45 asking if I can come pick up the vehicle, I was told that there was one car ahead of me and that once my car is ready to be worked on it will take 45 minutes so between 930 and 230 my car still hasn't been worked on. I had work at 3 PM so I had to leave my car there and I had to Uber to work and back the next day. I had to wake up and walk again 30 minutes out to your shop just to walk up to my window being down. My driver's window is broken. I mentioned that I came in with all my windows up and that they're going to have to repair my window. Now I'm waiting another 30 minutes for them to bring up my window. Mind you I'm used to going to my tire shop on Dixie and getting a used tire changed in 15 minutes and the cost being about 80 bucks. This shop took more than six hours for my tire change and charged me $140. This was the worst service and worst tire experience I've ever received in my life. Nobody should be getting any type of work on their car done here. This is the most unreliable and unprofessional Shop I've ever encountered. Oh, and they didn't put on my door frame correctly so when I opened my driver's door, my whole door panel was stuck and I couldn't get in the car, I had to get in through the passenger side. All I'm saying is everyone should avoid this Shop at all costs.
