I got drunken noodle with chicken and my mom ordered chicken teriyaki without onions. The spring roll was fried fresh and my noodles were very good. My favorite sushi in Lancaster. I've tried almost all of the sushi spots in Lancaster and so far Oka is the best. I order from the just about every week for the last two years. Their sushi is consistent and so good. Their pad Thai is also delicious. I love their fried rice and their Tom Yum Goong soup is amazing. Their service is very nice, on the phone and in person. It's a fanatic business here in town. I have dined in and was disappointed by their drinks. The ambiance in the restaurant, especially in the back seating is a bit blah. First time eating there and immediately the staff showed how nice and helpful they were. My dad uses a walker and has mobility issues, and as soon as we got there, they helped get him comfortably seated. The service was great and the food was as well! Appetizers and entrees were brought out when they should be, so we could eat and appreciate each dish. We're planning another outing there very soon read more

Love the food, frustrated by the service of the take out. I've never had the meal ready at less than 15 min later than expected time, usually 20-25 min. It feels like they don't start the online order until you get there. Doesn't matter the time of day, day if the week etc. However the food is fresh and incredibly good. The mango tofu with brown rice is a personal favorite. Plan to wait the extra time and Oka will not disappoint. read more

We still love Oka even amidst a pandemic. Happy they are now on GrubHub. We wish they would become a GrubHub plus location so we could use our membership to defray delivery costs. But that aside... food critiques... one general to Oka, the other more about delivery. I LOVE summer roles but Oka rolls seem too loosely wrapped with too much lettuce and skimpy on shrimp. Whenever I get them elsewhere I'm reminded that Oka'z just don't match up and I wish they'd up their game. They sooo easily fall apart into a pile of lettuce. :( Now that they are on Grub hub and doing more sophisticated delivery... it's a bummer I can't request a spice level on my dishes. I have to accept them all at whatever level the menu suggests and then try to spice them up myself. Hopefully they can fix this since other Thai and Chinese restaurants... not to mention other restaurants in general.... allow you to offer a desired spice level or other personal selections around additions. Given I like extra spicy... I'd love to get it delivered that way rather than try to figure out how to do that at home. I will say.... despite spicing issues... tonight's taking udon with beef was awesome. Love your food! read more

Despite what their web page says Oka Asian Fusion was open during the COVID-19 crisis on May 12 when we ordered take out & walked down to pick it up. We ordered for 4 adults, a few entrees, soup, edamame, sushi and fresh rolls. The sushi was the best, and the Tom Kha soup was also very good. Their fresh rolls were mostly iceberg lettuce. They gave us the wrong order at first and we had to return for correct order. On the second try they assured us we got the correct order and had re-checked it, but upon walking away we were chased down on the sidewalk with our missing soup. We are very forgiving during these challenging times and we would definitely try Oka again during "normal" dining circumstances because their sushi was awesome. read more

Hands down the best sushi I've ever had! We ordered a few things: 1. Crab Rangoon: delicious filling, 10/10 2. Wonton soup: 10/10 3. Rainbow roll: all the ingredients tasted extremely fresh, and the cucumber in the roll wasn't overwhelming. 10/10 4. My partner ordered a tempura lobster roll, he said it was delicious. Delicious dinner and did not need to make a reservation for a Friday night dinner. We were seated immediately though it did get busy around 7:30pm. The waiter we had was very sweet and took our order precisely but he rarely came back. I will say that the other waiters were available if any assistance was needed because we called one over that was passing by to give us a box and check (no problem). We paid at the front because we assumed that's what you have to do (like no one comes to the table tot take the book back). Overall delicious meal and definitely recommend: clear soup (or miso soup which is also good), seafood war bar (had snow crab, lobster, shrimp, squid, scallops, vegetables and rice) and the hibachi rice (I got vegetarian but I'm sure the other proteins are delicious as well). The hibachi rice isn't as saucy as you would get at some other restaurants however the flavor is there. Overall though, it was a great experience. read more

I am so disappointed in this place. We went here on a Saturday at lunch time. Plenty of seats available and we were seated quickly. Jimmy, our server, brought us water and I guess he thought his job ended there because 10 minutes later and he hadn't come back. We found him playing on his phone at the sushi bar. I was like... can we order? He got reprimanded from the guys behind the sushi bar. Ok, Jimmy. So we ordered a spider roll for 10.00 from Jimmy. I love spider rolls normally and I've been trying to introduce my fiancée to some delicious sushi options. Out comes the spider roll. I don't know if they aren't doing well, but apparently, we weren't deserving of a full sushi roll. As you can see in the picture, this roll was a half roll and was sliced so thin (maybe 1/4- 1/2 inch) that every piece fell apart as we desperately tried to get it fast enough to our mouths. I was already fuming. Jimmy comes with our orders and I got the 2 sushi rolls with miso soup for 11.00. My fiancée ordered the vegetable fried rice for 11.00. Jimmy brings out our food and decided I wanted a salad instead of miso soup and I was really hungry and already in a mood. I reminded him I ordered miso soup but whatever, Sir, I'll take it. Sushi rolls and vegetable fried rice we're about a 5.5 out of 10. Salad was salad. We were finished for about 5 minutes and Jimmy comes over to take our plates and checked in on us. Um. Yeah... thanks for Checking when we are finished? The other servers, btw, were doing good jobs checking in on their customers. Jimmy just really liked his phone and sitting down. He brought us our check and then vanished again. 15 minutes later I find him with his friend sitting down and said.. uhhh can we pay? I mean, I didn't really want to at that point, but I was raised with some morals. Don't go here. There are plenty of better sushi places in Lancaster. read more

This is one of our favorite resturants to stop at on our trips to Lancaster. There is nothing like a day at Park City and stopping here at the end of a long day for dinner. And the food is always great! I am not much of a sushi person, being vegan I guess sushi doesn't excite me that much. But one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had, the avocado peanut roll, is served here and man is it fantastic! My boyfriend ordered the special, the Spicy Tuna Sundae and the Hot Lover Roll. He described the Hot Lover roll as being the perfect combination of fish with a hint of lemon zest. The Tuna Sundae he said combined two of his favorite flavors, tuna and avocado, into a nice a appetizer. I regret not thinking about it earlier but after placing our order I asked our server if they offer an additional menu with traditional Chinese choices. I much prefer Chinese food to sushi and many Chinese restaurants do offer this and turns out they do, hooray! I cannot wait for our next visit and to try the Chinese food! read more
