I had an incident happen at this location and I have tried multiple times to reach out regarding the damage done and the admitting fault and NO ONE has contacted me. Elisabeth commented on my last post and told me to submit in a request to a reviews email and I did! I also, went on the company website (after being told by Katie at the location) there is no formal process. I found information in the website and was told you all take claims very seriously but NO ONE has said anything to me at all!!! I've been going to Okie Carwash for months and pay for the most expensive membership. Everyone is usually so nice and polite. Today, I went through and the new manager, Gus, was so rude. He would not let me through, and said he would cancel my membership if I didn't stick the ugly sticker to my window. He took my sticker when I said I didn't want to stick it on the window. When I asked for it back to go to another Okie he wouldn't give it to me. He had to stick it on my window. Mustang use to be the best. Terrible experience. Some guy named Gus said he was the manager and was extremely rude and short with me. I've never seen him before. He just starting making things up about the rules of the car wash that I've never heard before. The guy could not have been in a worse mood. Staff is always very nice but the wash isn't great, used to be better when they pressure washed both sides as you drove in but now they just spray soap on the car and the front/rear never get fully clean. read more

Complete trash. Prices keep going up and service goes down. No re-wash, car is never clean when finished and the employees are rocks with lips. Don't even think about going close to 8:00. They will take your money for the car wash and shut the vacuums off and say too bad. Did it tonight with 7 people still cleaning the cars. Better off running your car through a puddle. read more

i was there washing my car and i had to use the restroom they had there and i guess its in there area where there office is by i came out and the employee cursed me out for useing the restroom mind yu one of the other employees pointed me to that restroom over all i was embarrassed because how that one employee treated me sorry i used yr bathroom won't be going back at all read more

First car wash here on a brand new car and there's damage to the wheel. Don't use this car wash unless you want the bumpers to damage your wheels. There's other options out there without the bumpers that do a good job. read more

Had to go through the car wash twice because there was only one attendant and he didn't get my passenger side sprayed. When I got out to vacuum my car was still covered in dirt. I'll give him a little credit - he tried to jump on the other side to spray it before I went it. The unfortunate part was his co-worker was out in the parking lot talking. When I went back through the second time I explained to the tenant why I was back. He didn't seem to be concerned. Drove home and re-washed my car by hand. Paid for the full wash. Two attendees at the start. One on the right side was spraying the ground while texting on his phone. No window pretreatment. Didn't spray the tonneau cover. Needless to say, I had to wash the window and cover. Vacuums had no pressure. Best recommendation, go somewhere else. read more

I paid $16 for this car wash, post snow, so my car had quite of bit of dirt, the guys who prepped just went through the motions and didn't pay attention to the back of my vehicle except to tape my back wiper down. I got paper towels to clean the back of my car when I got home. It was so dirty I wish i would have thought of taking pics prior to cleaning it. This used to be a great place to go. I bought the managers special with ceramic sealant and my car still isn't clean there's bugs residual on the windows, hood, grill, etc etc, the bigger vaacumm worked fine but the small one does not have much suction, definitely not worth the 25 bucks, I guess I'll just have to drive to moore to wash my car off eastern read more

Okie Express Mustang has deteriorated somewhat. Several of the vacuums do not work. I had to change stalls to find one that worked, and then only one side worked. The floor mat cleaner also did not work. They've raised their prices but the service is worse. read more

I canceled my monthly membership with them today after almost four years of having the $29/month plan. Suddenly I am told they can no longer ensure that bugs are cleaned off of my windshield. They always have several employees with power wands and they've always sprayed off the bugs before I enter. Now I am told that I must have a more expensive monthly plan in order for them to guarantee that my car will get clean. There's nothing posted or in writing that explains this change ... just a verbal recommendation that I need to buy a more expensive plan for the same service I've had for almost four years. **Disclaimer. Long review, but it isn't one of those only focus on the negative, rant, complain and moan reviews. This is a detailed review of my complete experience at Okie's. It's worth the read. Moved to the Yukon/Mustang area in the end of January. I'm a car guy, so try to keep my ride clean at all times. Drive a black 2014 Dodge Charger. I have always had a car wash membership at various locations i've lived at in the past, so here was to be no different. I've also worked at a location like this in Nashville for two years, so I know the business and the equipment very well. The equipment used at Okie's is sub-par, for sure. The wraps (technical name for vertical brushes that clean the sides) are far too abrasive. Typically, as the car goes through, they should start in a position that appears it will block the cars path (to clean the front bumper), then retract to a position that allows the ends of the brushes (about 40-50% the length of the brush) to touch the car, without being too aggressive. Here, they retract just enough to let the car pass through, with almost 90% of the brush touching the car (Leaving 10% margin of error before the metal shaft supporting the integrity of the wraps touches your car). This amount of abrasiveness has (in the two weeks i've lived here), stretched the passenger side of my car (because the wrap brushes acquire ice on them in sub-freezing temperatures when not constantly warmed, which is another defect of this business; they dont have heaters in the tunnel. Conventionally, 50,000BTU gas heaters are placed every 40-50 feet in a tunnel during sub-freezing temperatures to keep the ice from developing on the wraps), took off the mirror cover on my drive side view mirror, and left pices of wrap cloth stuck between my headlights and bumper. Another deficiency in this equipment, is the inability to fully retract the wraps, which is a function at every other car wash i've visited, which causes only about 10% the length of the brush to touch the car, relating virtually to a non-touch car wash, which I prefer. Spoke with Sean about filing a damage report, and he spoke to his boss who said that because the mirror was not factory, they wouldn't cover damages. Back story there, a few months back I had the left side of my car re-done (OEM at Dodge) because a truck backed down the side of my car. They claimed that OEM work by Dodge is aftermarket, which they dont cover. Granted, the mirror did just snap back on and stayed secure, it would be nice to see the business take more responsibility than that. The only reason this business got 2-stars, and not one, is because 1) Sean was respectful and professional in my interactions with him, and 2) The business does use a rather exhaustive list of chemicals to clean your car, in the correct order of application. So yes, your car does get clean, but potentially at a cost of cosmetic damage. Long story short, if you like the way your car looks, stay away. You're better off cancelling your membership and spending a few hours on a sunny Saturday doing it yourself at home like I did. Plus, you'll feel good about the job you did yourself, and you'll save a bit of money. read more
