They used gluten free soy sauce in the veggies for me. Wine prices were reasonable and service was fast. Filet and Shrimp was a big hit as was chicken with Orange chili sauce. The yum yum sauce is on the table in a mustard container. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was promptly greeted and seated. Throughout my visit the staff were friendly and attentive. The dining room is clean and spacious with tables and half booths. I started with an eel roll and the ginger salad and both were good. And for my entree I had the hibachi steak which came with shredded vegetables (versus chunky vegetables), steamed rice and generous and tasty cubes of steak cooked to order. The flavors were good, but there was a lot of liquid from the vegetables and the water pooled in the center of the plate. One of the best restaurants we have found in this area! We went for lunch and ordered the Crab-tastic roll and the Hibachi steak and chicken. The salad was just lettuce, but had a delicious Ginger dressing , made on the premises. Yum! Maybe the fried rice could have been a little bit better, but it was still good and everything else was delicious! The waitress was pleasant and attentive, which is always a plus! First time stop when in town for work. And I absolutely love this place. I actually looked at the reviews. Didn't find the roaches. Yes can it do with an update and upgrade - absolutely. But for a small town and a pop and mom shop it's pretty good. The food is the star. Fresh and yummy. I loved the spring roll and the soft shell crab sushi. As a personal request I would love it if on special days there was authentic Thai food. Since this is such a multi ethnic cuisine place I think it would do well. read more

Our favorite is their tiger roll (local favorite for the Adairsville tigers), shrimp fried rice, crab Rangoon, shrimp and steak hibachi and the original sauce for salad. I will never step foot in this location again. Myself, my mother, my daughter and my 4-year-old granddaughter went here to eat on Saturday because my daughter loves the spring rolls and when she comes down to visit from 4 hours away. First off, the server didn't act like she really wanted to be at work then when we are done eating and paid (split check), we get to the car and my daughter notices she was charge a gratuity of $7.50 which my mother was not charged (we only had 4 people, and the check was under $100). So, when i went in to question why my daughter was charged the gratuity, I was told by the server and the girl running the cash register that my daughter comes in there all the time (mind you she lives 4 hours away, so i know she doesn't go in all the time) and doesn't tip, laughs at the server and leaves rice all over the floor (she has a 4 year old baby). She said her manager told her it was okay to add the gratuity anytime she sees my daughter come in due to these reasons. Then i was told that it was okay for them to charge if they feel like they are not getting tipped due to them only working for tips. I have contacted a lawyer and i advise if you go in often or at all make sure you are not being charged this gratuity as well (servers name was Nicole). As someone who used to work as a server, if you are not making money find a new profession (I found one because living off tips is hard, even if you are friendly and do your job.) I am also not believing the manager told her it was okay to just charge her every time she goes into the restaurant. That is illegal just because you felt like you are not being tipped enough. She did get her money back, but they told her to never come back. read more

My husband is from San Francisco so he knows good Sushi and he likes the food at this place. We are very happy to have found this place. The hibachi is what I usually have and I'm very happy with the flavors and the portion sizes. I dismally have enough for at least two meals. I like that there is a good variety of tasty for those of us who do not eat a lot of meat. This has become our go to place when we want to eat out. Another family favorite of ours. Their famous orange sauce is the best of the best. Service is always professional and fast. I love how you can see the chefs cooking through the open window. Quaint with soft lighting makes dinner time comfy . High chairs available ! However we will always miss the previous manager for years ( Sherry). Her passing is sad for our Okinawa community . Okinawa is a hidden gem in Adairsville. I'm a big fan of Japanese food (I've eaten in in various states, countries, and continents) and I was pleasantly surprised by how good this restaurant is! The sushi was plated beautifully. There was a distinct seasoning in the sushi rice which gave it an excellent flavor! I recommend the Tokyo roll if you want to try unagi (eel) for the first time. For lunch, a large plate of teriyaki chicken with steamed rice and well seasoned vegetables was $7.00 - an unbelievably inexpensive cost for such good food! The sesame chicken was fantastic, I highly recommend it! When you are there, try the yum yum sauce (it comes in a bottle on the table) for a sweet and slightly spiced dipping sauce (it goes excellent with shrimp). The salad that comes with the meal is smaller, but very fresh. I highly recommend the ginger dressing! The service was excellent! We were seated immediately and drink orders were brought out quickly. The food took maybe 8 minutes to arrive and the staff was ready to assist you at any time. Everyone was super friendly and polite. In short (TLDR): the food is excellent, the service is fantastic, and it's all at a price you can't beat. Do yourself a favor and try it out. My girlfriends yakisoba looked closer to ramen noodles from a packet. Staff were friendly for the most part even if our waitress seemed a little distracted. If I had advice for the owner I would recommend more authentic dishes, maybe some better ambiance in the room other than strictly country music, and to replace the rice with a more traditional mix of white rice, egg, carrots and onions. When we brought it to their attention we where told it's because how close he was to the bone when he carved it and that she watched him cut it. She stopped eating it.
