It's literally inedible! The veggies were 95% cabbage. No onion and everything was bland. The rice had a good texture. The texture of the rice was the only good thing about this meal. And, the inside of the restaurant is really hot. Like 85 degrees or more hot. I got my food to go. If I had been wanting to eat in I would have left and went somewhere that has a/c. I will not be spending my food money here again.

That changed when an acquaintance mentioned this place, so a few weekends later we decided to stop by on our way back to Suwanee. When we walked in, the restaurant had only a few tables, and the interior decor showed its age -- but that didn't matter to me. I was simply hoping the food would be as good as my acquaintance claimed. We were greeted by the owner, who was courteous and friendly, and handed a one‑page menu: Korean dishes on one side and Chinese dishes on the other. As a Korean, I naturally gravitated toward the Korean side. The selection was limited to about 20 items, but All the dishes were classic Korean comfort food. We ordered 돼지국밥 Dwaeji‑gukbap (Korean pork soup with rice), one of my favorite dishes, and 해물파전 Haemul‑pajeon (seafood and green onion pancake). Before the main dishes arrived, the server brought out the side dishes - and wow. They were exceptional. They looked and tasted like the kind of special banchan your grandmother would prepare just for you. These were not the typical side dishes you find at most Korean restaurants. A few minutes later, our main dishes arrived - and again, wow. The presentation, aroma, and flavor were all impressive. The food tasted authentic, homemade, and prepared with genuine care. The broth was genuinely authentic, rich, and deeply comforting - the kind of flavor you can only experience in a traditional outdoor market back in Korea. The choice of pork cuts was perfect, tender, and full of depth. And from that moment, I was hooked. Since then, whenever I commute between Georgia and Tennessee - whether heading to work or returning home - I make it a point to stop by this restaurant. Kobe has two dining options, you can choose to do the hibachi style with the chef preparing your food in front of you or you can choose the "dine in" option. We chose to "dine in" and were seated on the right side of the restaurant. The hibachi tables are all on the left side. Kobe is a nice, clean place. You can tell they take pride in the restaurant. My wife enjoyed that each table has its own little lamp. Our waitress told us they are a small business, not part of some chain. They also order their fish and other stuff for the sushi bar every other day to ensure freshness. The yum yum sauce they serve is very watered down and did not add the expected level of flavor. You must buss your own table and sort your tableware and plates for them. Napkins are available at the self service station. They do have a fountain machine for drinks. The music was irritating and definitely for the benefit of the employees and not the patrons.

She forgot my friend's sushi, and the cook had dropped a piece of zucchini in my friend's water, and she NEVER got a new water even tho she asked. The food was BAD as well. The chicken tasted and felt dry and even the sauce couldnt save it. Since it was also my friends birthday, we has asked our waiter if they could sing happy birthday to her.
