Food is absolutely amazing!!! The group running this place were so quick and nice. They were able to help out with our order since it was our first time. For the place find a seat and meet some new people. There is many different places to get food in this area.

Checked out this boba stand and had to order their Satoimo Ube boba tea; it has Ube and taro which is creamy and has a nutty flavor. I love the purple color also and their boba is deliciously chewy. This boba is not like the traditional tapioca balls; it's made from konjac which is a plant from Asia with a jelly consistency. I actually prefer this over the tapioca boba because it's healthier and has a better texture. They also have other bobas to choose from, heart shaped strawberry jelly, matcha boba jelly, and brown sugar boba jelly. I can't wait to try out the other flavors; what catches my eyes next are the Kanako Brown Sugar, Cafe Matcha, and Ama Thai drinks. This boba stand is right next to Hartford Poke Company which I believe is the same business. I'll have to check out their poke as well. Overall, quality boba tea and I enjoyed it!

I came here with my family for lunch on a weekday. We decided to get boba for dessert. This spot caught our eye because the drinks look beautiful and the branding is great. We got the matcha drink and ube drink, and they were simply not good. Given, I am from the Bay Area, where there's a boba shop on every corner, but these drinks just felt lacking. The flavors were either too milky, watery, or powdery. We couldn't finish our drinks. I don't think it was worth the price. When checking out, double check the screen because boba's automatically added. Extra star for the service though. The cashier was really nice and helped me fix the issue when I realized I did not order boba and I was charged. He helped us reverse and repay.

Such a fun place!! The boba teas have fun colors and this is our favorite spot for boba tea in Hartford . We tried the Ube and Taro , strawberry and matcha (not pictured here because my husband was too thirsty ). Service was very fast. You should give this place a try.

So good. I'm from the Bay Area and this beats out a lot of spots even there. I'm very picky about my Ube usually.

I've been to Okinawa Boba before and it's really only a place I would come if I was in the area and wanted boba; I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. I got the iced Kinako Brown Sugar milk tea with brown sugar jelly boba, less sweet. This was a good sweetness level for me; any sweeter would've given me a headache. As a huge fan of kinako, it's disappointing that this flavor didn't come through at all. It tasted like a normal brown sugar milk tea. I do like their jelly boba, but I wish they would include an option for regular tapioca pearls. Overall, this place is alright.

A great addition to the growing about of bubble tea and drinks in greater Hartford! Since they opened, I've always been a sucker for their Ube tea. It's slightly different than Taro but oh so addicting to me. I've also enjoyed the Thai tea and the classic milk tea options. If you ask my partner, he'll say the stars are the fruit teas! I can't blame him because those are all great too. You'd have to stop me from ordering one of each with my food. Finally, the staff is absolutely wonderful. They operate with Hartford Poke and they put their attention on every drink. Make sure to check them out!

Unpopular opinion, but I thought this was an okay boba drink. The boba is more like a boba jelly. At first bite, I was turned off, but it grew on me. The brown sugar drink was tasty. They definitely forgot about me and my drink, making it only after I inquired (after a 10 minute wait). Lunch rush isn't really an excuse, especially when the boba drinks and poke bowls have two separate preparing areas. There are only 6 flavor options, which is fine. This just didn't blow my mind away.

My boyfriend really likes the pineapple black tea that they have! I tried the Ube boba, it was my first time trying Ube as well as milk boba. I wasn't a fan.

    Bad boba

This boba stinks. The matcha one is pasty and taste like chalk and I usually like matcha. The jelly was not nice either. I did like that they were shaped like hearts. Three of us got boba and only had one sip each

    Satoimo ube. Amazing!

LOVED this flavor! Its like sweet milk with honey with a really good after taste. Never had ube soak don't know if that was the after taste. But loved loved.

About a month ago, I included my review of the Ruby Boba drink in my review of Hartford Poke, not realizing that there is a separate Yelp page for the related Okinawa Boba. In any event, I thought it tasted like a Strawberry shake and that it was delicious. I'm not the most knowledgeable person about Boba, but I definitely liked it.

This place is located inside Parkville Market in Hartford. I'm a huge fan of the flavors of the tea, and the ingenuity behind changing up the "boba" (tapioca pearl) portion of the tea to what I believe is a konjac based one. It lightens up the calories and has a really unique texture that is enjoyable with the liquid portion. The degree of sweetness is perfect in my opinion. I'm looking forward to trying all of their other flavors, especially the brown sugar flavor. I took off a star for slower than expected service. It seems to be popular (and has been since it opened!) so it was a little jarring that they were really slow. I enjoy getting something to drink before running errands, but it's not efficient enough for me to justify going out of my way. Definitely stop by if you have time/don't mind waiting because it really is delicious.

This by definition is not boba. The drink portion was good, but saying its boba is borderline false advertising.

There are over 350 franchised stores in the U.S. Their process is, picking the most quality tea leaves, brewing it at the correct temperature, and steeping it for the right amount of time. The tea leaves are from Taiwan and it's brewed every 3 hours; the boba is cooked every 2 hours. The strawberry lemonade and orange green tea are made from freshly squeezed juices. On this visit at the WeHa location, I was walking by and had to pop in. I ordered the small milk tea with grass jelly and normal sweetness. I loved everything about the drink. They had so many flavors to choose from, I was having analysis paralysis. There were signs to download the Kung Fu Tea app for discounts. There were plenty of seating and the place looked clean. The customer service was good. I look forward to going back to try out their other menu items.

I usually opt between some sort of Matcha or green tea of sorts, but I absolutely love their Boba and nata jelly. But my absolute favorite is the milk cap - it's a must for me.. that salty sweet combo is everything. If you are a fan of that savory combo, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Not my cup of tea…read more I've been meaning to come to this location to give them a try. Had the opportunity this time around, and decided to jump in. The location is very small. Not a lot of room to order or wait. There's a singular tablet to order from. Ordering kiosk was buggy. Had to select espresso multiple times to get to the coffee and had multiple upcharge prompts. And I guess they just started a Barbie promotion? Because the 4 seats in the place were taken up with influencers in Barbie and Ken garb. Decided to try their pumpkin coffee, because why not? Wait was a little long, but eventually I got my coffee As a coffee location, it's not great. I appreciate they have it, but it's very much a hint of coffee with a sickly sweet combo of pumpkin and strawberry foam. Not the flavor combo that works I get it, it's a boba tea place. Coffee is not its strong point, and it's not right to compare a coffee in a place that deals in almost exclusively tea. Even if I were into tea, I do have expectations. A kiosk that works, expediency in a chain location, and a drink that's not looking to hide any form of bitter in a mountain of sugar. If you really like boba and presenting yourself on social media, then this place could be your jam (or jelly, or boba) for me it's a pass
