The person they sent out to collect information was no better than a typical foundation company's inspector. That data was sent to someone listed as a structural engineer, but that person did not answer the specific questions asked prior to the inspection and totally ghosted us after issuing a report that failed to address the issues of concern. A total and complete waste of our time and money.
