Miles was completely honest about their timeline (which was a little longer than I'd hoped) and kept me up to date about when his team would be out to do the work. The conversation ended by him hanging up on me by my questioning if we had an issue with our line, yet him already approving it. I then went to report the incident to his manager, who confirmed the pipe should not have been approved, and he would get back to me with what I needed to do. I followed up with him three times, and he's ignored every message. We paid for an inspection from ATS to know if our gas line was installed safely to have a tech approve an unsafe pipe, deny it, communicate unprofessionally, his boss ghost us, and after 3 weeks, we still do not know if our gas line is safe. Flagging for the city that ATS has approved an unsafe line and will not communicate nor follow up after multiple attempts.
