I got my nails done there today and the lady did a terrible job. Her line work was so sloppy. Another nail tech had offered to do the line work and she told them no saying that she can do it and the end result was really bad. I was super disappointed. I literally cried, the same lady redid my nails and now they're just blue French tip and her French tip work isn't even good so not only did I not get what I wanted, but even the bare minimum doesn't look better and I just called to see if I can get like a refund or like some of my money back and the lady hung up in my face so I don't recommend going here read more

I walked in this place for the first time . to the eye , the appearance is beautiful . The staff greeted me and were all kind . I came in with my own set of mink lashes that I wanted applied . I asked if this is something that could be done the tech said yes no problem . As she started applying the lashes everything was fine , though she did not use adhesive tape to hold steady my eye lids . (should have been my first red flag ) as she applied the lashes she used more and more pressure on my eye lid and my lid felt heavier and heavier . finally one last forceful application and over smear of glue and my eye was glued shut . which as I screamed and told her she snatched opened and proceeded to tell me not to close my eyes all the way . once finished I realized not only did she not apply all the lashes that I bought in with me she took it up on herself to add the lashes she had on hand that I specifically said I didn't want . as a black woman take how I look very seriously . I told her I was having a very special occasion this weekend . instead of getting the soft look I wanted . it was very much giving drag and this was not the look I was going for . while some women of my color may carry a certain aesthetic, it should never be assumed we all carry ourselves the same way especially when verbally expressed specifically what we are expecting . When I told her the lashes were hurting she grabbed a mirror and told me look nothing was wrong . Then proceeded to what I believe was clip my natural lashes away from the glue and extensiin to relieve the tensiin she caused . No I didn't complain further . I recently went there today and boy was I underwhelmed by the service I got. The place and atmosphere was nice; very clean and polished. Service was pretty good too. However the quality was way below average. I went in there to get my acrylics off and was met with many obstacles and scares. The person who was taking them off filed them very poorly. I have many indents in my natural nails from the powerful drill. My left pointy finger was sliced with the drill (seen in the picture). Worst of all, my right thumb was poorly cut into (the manicurist had half cutted my nail with a nail cutter and then proceeded to cut it off by PULLING the rest off which caused a tear in my natural nail). I DO NOT recommend going there to take off your acrylics. Save your $10.00 and just go to Fiesta to buy acetone nail polish remover for a cheaper and safer removal process. read more

They don't all speak good English which is a bit complicated to ask for something specific. Overall I've always gotten what I've asked for or it turns out ever better! The pricing is also so good! I got a Chanel pedi and a French tip shellac mani and they did a great job. Only reason for one less star is because there are bubbles in the shellac mani. I will never be coming back again! I wanted medi and pedi full set and let the guy receptionist know ahead of time. I arrived around 3:30pm and the place was empty. Once the lady got done doing my feet, she had me sit and wait for someone to do my nails, which was odd because I've been coming here for almost 5 years and they always do my feet and hands at the same time. After waiting for a while, (it's almost 5:30) I asked when was I going to get my nails done, the guy told me a 15 minute wait. Which was fine until I seen a hand full of women go before me. One of the staff seen me waiting and called me to her so she can start my nails. The guy receptionist got mad at her and I told her it's fine that I didn't want to get my nails done because I didn't want her to get in trouble, all of a sudden he got mad at me.
